    dahlia  rests  her  head  back  on  the  wall  ,  shifting  a  little  as  she  pulls  her  knees  against  her  chest  .  she’s  not  sure  how  long  she’s  even  been  here  ,  but  she’s  tired  .  the  female  jumps  when  she  hears  banging  and  shouting  coming  from  upstairs  ,  shifting  onto  her  knees  .  she’s  cold  ,  she’s  only  in  a  t-shirt  -  she’s  not  sure  where  the  rest  of  her  clothes  are  .  dahl  jumps  a  little  ,  swallowing  as  she  shifts  a  little  on  the  floor  .  “  down         i’m  down  here  !  ”  she  calls  ,  although  ,  she’s  not  sure  if  anyone  can  hear  her  .  her  throat  is  dry  and  scratchy  .

it was just supposed to be another night out as a group. kieran had been working so much that he forgot what it was like to just see a ton of friends out for a drink. however, a feeling he didn’t think he’d be experiencing tonight was anger yet, here he was. fighting everything in him to not want to knock someone’s teeth in. a sticky situation was not what he’d call this, it’s not so complicated to understand anyway. kieran had been with them for almost over a year, he definitely fell fast for anyone who gave him the time of day, but kieran really thought this was someone he could be with and he just saw them get proposed to across the room. turning away from the crowd, kieran made his way out the back door, his chest rising and falling as he tried to control his breathing. 

    she’s  stressed  .  she’s  used  to  deadlines  ,  but  this  is  something  else  .  serenity  takes  a  deep  breath  as  she  stares  at  her  laptop  screen  .  rini  has  been  trying  for  hours  to  make  this  look  good  and  she’s  on  the  verge  of  tears  .  this  happens  when  she’s  not  had  enough  sleep  ,  or  she’s  spent  too  long  working  and  she  just  needs  someone  to  pull  her  away  from  the  screen  .  serenity  has  never  been  great  at  the  balance  ,  usually  ,  she  had  her  sister  to  tell  her  when  to  stop  .  rini  takes  a  deep  breath  ,  rubbing  her  hands  over  her  face  .
