Molnarka a traditional Hungarian yeasted milk accompanying roll. It a brioche type bread. The dough has a bit of sugar, quite a bit of milk and yogurt and you need to raise it all in one and then after portioning it, then after forming it. An egg white wash gives it a nice shiny finish. I followed Limara’s recipe.
