Changbin & Hyunjin: I think he would spent a good amount of time on his phone looking at things that grab his attention, often ending up seeing suggestive pics that could provoke him a boner easily, so to get rid of it he gets to work, it might be another reason for him to have such strong arms. Now, with Hyunjin I feel like he'd do it like 3 to 4 a week, but not like every week, mostly when he's bored and alone and has the opportunity to do it.
