“You shoot at me, I’ll pull the bullet out of my ruined jacket and shove it up your ass with my pinky finger, and who do you think that’s going to hurt more?” [Lillian ;) ]

Kilgrave gritted his teeth and considered just letting the guy shoot her anyway. It had been a stroke of luck that he’d found her here. He’d been searching for Daisy, but he’d seen her from afar, and diverted his attention. She’d been walking away, so he told her to stop and turn around, and then told a civilian who was holding a gun for the shooting gallery to point it at her. But she hadn’t reacted the way he’d expected. She was just as bloody arrogant as the last time he’d seen her, just as fucking smug.
“What a creative threat,” he said sarcastically, and normally he would have been patronising, but he was too furious for that. This bitch had almost broken his nose. She was just as strong as Jessica. “You’re a right bitch you know.” He turned to the civilian, who was pointing the rifle square at her chest. Nobody could miss at this distance. The passers-by were ignoring them, as he’d told them to. He didn’t have time to deal with this woman, whether she was powered or not. She had to pay for screwing with him.
“Shoot her,” he said coldly. Normally, at a distance, a metal pellet wouldn’t do much damage, but the civilian was at a close enough range that it would seriously injure her. It wouldn’t kill her, but he didn’t want her dead.
