• he tried to lean on a door once talking to you and miss the doorframe entirely, crashing on his side. he played it off by doing push ups but it was so clear he fucked up

• shoutouts to the bucket of chicken instead of flowers. i hope you like chicken! he’s so bad at romance it’s comical.

• i think he would try to impress you by taking you places and then see other guys do better and fold… you do have to tell him that you enjoyed the visit or else he will assume he did WORSE

• other scenario is that he gets you both ice cream and runs excitedly to you only to drop your cone on the ground. he would look down and then hand you his cone instead. heS SO SORRY BUT LIKE HE CANT HELP BUT BE FAST he forgot he was holding ice cream

• if you happen to not be like him and a lot more sophisticated, 1. how did he bag you 2. i think he would try and take you to a library because “you fancy smart” and then get kicked out because he was being FAR too loud.

• i think if he really tries to be traditional the only place it doesn’t go wrong is him taking you to his ma. and it’s very fun for you!! she loves you! a little too much. she shows you his baby photos and he’s begging her to stop. but look! little scout with a baseball bat and a missing tooth! he’s so cute!
