we need an official moratorium on the two-sentence aside where the characters pause to let the reader know that they're doing Safe Sane and Consensual Kink Don't Worry before they can get back to it
#like please...#mostly i want to say that i appreciate fics that don't do this SO much#or that let the reader know this is consensual via the actual. i don;t know. writing.#also like the color system and safewords are frankly so FUCKING BORING to read about like it's fiction#we don't need to do this. sorry but we simply don't have to.#also i just don't believe these men would know about them so--#easier to believe they are doing stuff they are finding fun in a risky and under-researched way! if you want realism!
