#oh no lol #also i disagree with people in the notes thinking not getting a religious ref is good #it's not. That means you're lacking essential knowledge to understand the world around you which is still full of religious influence #what is good is being raised with knowledge about abrahamic religions the same way europeans are raised with knowledge about greek mytholog #we don't believe in it but we know it's important to understand how where we live used to work (for those in places that used to be Roman)#and to understand all the arts and architecture around us and the references in renaissance/classical texts etc #it's interesting knowledge the same way religious culture is. It should be taught as fictional texts that have impacted the world imo

24°C at 3am rn. I can't sleep bc there was a minimal amount of wind tonight so my room's temperature didn't decrease much... life sucks

Because I am on the same boat and my bf remembered something he saw on boats once that actually helps with the wind situation (not a miracle, but it does help:

Stuck a piece of cardboard to the window so that part of it is completely out. It will redirect the wind inside the room.

He saw this in the bullseye of rooms in a Russian ship.

Good luck. I am also up at 4 am, but in my case due to hormones.
