first my train for yesterday was cancelled so I had to change it to today and lose one day of vacations... and now today's first train is almost an hour late and about to make me lose my connection to the second train 😐

i did lose my connection to the second train and the replacement connection they gave me was 30 minutes delayed AND is sending to a train station an hour away from my hotel 😐 only good side is that that train station is next to the sea so im gonna spend the rest of the day chilling at the sea side I guess. I was planning on visiting the city etc but that shit is out the window now lol

It's so important to acknowledge the very real and sometimes truly horrible failings of the healthcare profession and the pharmaceutical industry while never ever ever letting them drive us into the arms of pseudoscientific bullshit. This is something I feel really strongly about.

i just don’t know if that many of us need to be on the roads driving. we should live in a world where more people can sit that one out
