Jace stood perplexed as Alec ran out of the training room. They had playfully been sparring, but after Jace had pinned Alec to the floor, the entire mood had evaporated and Alec’s cheek had darkened, before the older teen had struggled away and rushed off, leaving Izzy and Jace behind.     “No worries, he’ll come back around.” Hodge said, tossing Jace a bo-staff.

Alec remains locked in his room the entirety of two full days. He reacts to no one.

                 Until.

“Hodge.. we need to....” Alec wanders into the kitchen. Walking in on Hodge wearing naught but black form fitting boxers and a pink frilly apron. Visually rather stimulating. Especially because Hodge has his back turned to Alec and his ass is simply glorious. Plus the muscles in his back ripple in all the right ways when he turns to look at the teen. “Need to what?” A light brow jerks up as the older male frowns.     Alec gulps audiably. “Talk...” He mumbles, finding his mouth eerily dry. “Sure, sit down, I’ll grab you some tea.” Hodge says, padding over to the sink to fill the cooker with water. Alec feels the urge to smash his face against the table, just to stop looking at the way Hodge’s apron flutters up and shows of a decent portion of the mans abs.  Hodge sets down a mug of tea, making the teenager look up from his thoughts, mildly startled. “You alright champ?” Hodge frowns and sits down on the opposite side of the table. Alec heaves a deep sigh. “I don’t think so. I am experiencing strange things... Physically.” He mumbles. “That is ... late.” Hodge drops a few sugar cubes into his tea. “Not like that, Hodge... I mean..” Alec mutters. He has no idea how to put to words what he is feeling.

“I might be interested in men.. Sexually...” Alec stammers. Hodge nods in calm and quiet acceptance. Alec is simply baffeled. “How! Hodge, how can you just sit there like it is not a big deal?!?” Alec stands up, his chair toppling to the floor noisily. “Because to me it isn’t.” Hodge replies, as if things are just as simple as that. “Why not???” Alec asks. “Because I am too.” Hodge says with a shrug. “In the circle this was never a problem. It is the Clave that will act like a bunch of butt hurt school children.”Hodge says, ever so calm. Alec huffs, picks his chair from the ground and sits back down. “How’d you knew you were interested in men?” Alec asks. “I did things with men.” Hodge replies. “Really?” The disbelieve in Alec’s eyes is priceless. “Yeah, I got around in the circle. Eager to please, bi like no one’s business and good looking.” Hodge answers calmly.
