Accidentally did scrying tonight
I guess what they say is true; you have to be in a pretty zen mental state and clear your mind and not think about it all, right? I certainly wasn't thinking about much at all, but I was kind of dazedly thinking about my future teaching while staring into the dark window and waiting for the pasta to cook. BLACK SALT IS DONE! I used Himalayan pink salt as a base because of the associations with love, and ground it into the charcoal. The intent to stomp out and blacken all of the love (the pink) I once felt was strong. This is a good beginning.
