I just feel that they’re taking too much energy from you that you just need to stop. You don’t have to give up and cut them off, but if you know you already done what you can on your part, then the next course of action is to let them be. Continue to do what you’re doing in terms of listening to music, but also I keep hearing… if you don’t know about this method already, maybe you have forgotten, or maybe you’re just feeling unmotivated to do this.. but something that would help you is to write your thoughts. Write on a piece of paper or type in the notes of your phone, though I feel physically writing it may be more therapeutic for you. Also because I feel you might be the kind of person who can’t hold yourself back from replying to notifications even if you put your phone on silent or do-not-disturb.. or even deactivating your accounts.. you just put it back again before you’re “ready” to. Think of what else calms you down or what you want to try, but another thing I’m seeing is maybe being close to a body of water, going to a place in nature early in the morning (of course, be safe; maybe this could just simply be standing in your balcony), having a warm bath, warm shower, drinking more water or making a drink at home (maybe you have a matcha set at home). Tl;dr keep listening to music that you like/music that calms you down like maybe lo-fi, piano versions, water sounds, write down your thoughts, go out in nature early in the morning (be safe, go with someone if you can), have a warm bath, drink more water or make a drink/type of food that you’ve been wanting to for a while.
