I like to think Agents had to use electric nets for Light!Zianna but even then it didn't fully work on her. It just pissed Zianna off more and made her switch her attention towards agents.
( Also I have a feeling Someone needed to hold Paxton back from absolutely attempting to absolutely ATTACKING the surviving Bully. Because let me tell you- he definitely had some things to say- )
(Fun fact: That’s the Multiversal Love kids’ half sister. Though they didn’t know it at the time. The only reason why they knew AFTER the incident is because MAD recognised her and called her name, saying “BABY?!” at the sight of her, which is also a name he uses for Lu and her siblings.)
(My Mum calls me baby since I’m her baby so I like to think that MAD would do the same. Also that’s his eldest daughter. She’s 16. Her name’s Aryanna.)

I like to think that the first thing that the TCF tried was a rope to the wrist, like how Officer Jenny does in Pokémon X & Y and XYZ when she’s arresting people! However, this didn’t last long, as when they got her within close range, she gave the agent that tried to contain her a nasty right hook, causing them to pass out. So, they had to go to more extreme measures and use an electric net. It worked.
