Well, today I aged another year. hopefully, I'm wiser than I was a year ago, but no promises. I have been listening to General Conference on a loop and I absolutely love what I am learning. Even having it run while I sleep I've started to dream about it! The Gospel has helped me to become strong and for the most part Stable. I do still have rough days but I know its easier to handle than it was before. now the episodes are shorter and less likely to have me scream or cry or even throw things! so that's a plus and afterward I can identify the trigger as I use my dbt skills to calm and relax and do a little work. Dbt Really helps to see a bigger picture.
