The camera eye focus a lot on the statue's butts, but that's really the director eye who is a creep. People admire nudes sculture because it's art, because there is a deeper meaning into that, not just for the blatant nakedness. I guess the director isn't smart enough to understand that. Or he is a super creepy man. More likely.

Maybe it's just the translation, and I know it was meant to show that Emma didn't want to have sex with Adele, but still, I didn't like it. You can show them having sex for fifteen minutes and gaze over their bodies like they're meat, but when they discuss, just for a little time, an everyday woman's issue, the director slips. I'm not surprised.
