A Witch of Heart is someone who actively changes identity and individuality. I can interpret this as someone who often presents themselves to some people in one manner, but a completely different way when around someone else. "Right time, right place" is how they play their cards. They can make the conscious choice to act differently around others, and given that they are Prospitan they are unaware that they're even doing this, or that it's affecting how others see them. This is enforced even more under Leo's aspect of Heart. The person splinters greatly, and may even have a bit of themselves in other people. That's how much they resonate with others and change Heart. They are extremely influential and sometimes they don’t even know it.
