4. Talk about the thing you regret most so far.
Hmm. Honestly, right now all I can think about is not getting help for my depression sooner. In 8th grade was when it started, and I didn’t get help until a year ago which was my senior year of high school. I shrugged it off, thinking it wasn’t as bad as it was. I finally discovered how bad it was, with the help of some friends (and ex-friends). I just wish I would have done it sooner because being happy feels a lot better than feeling sad.
