i do think one of the best things for mclaren is the fact that theres such a small age/maturity gap between oscar and lando. i really think the maturity difference between george/kimi is gonna cause issues ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ like just the sheer difference in how a 19 year old processes and experiences conflict compared to a 28 year old with going on 7 years of experience added onto kimi being given chances to win so young i just…i would not want to be a part of managing that team
