Levi sighed a little bit at this. "I don't know," he murmured softly. "I guess sometimes, I feel like we all just go through the motions," he said. "I just wonder what more is out there, you know?" He turned to her. "I mean, I'm all about having all the fun...but...there should be more than that, shouldn't there?"

“I mean, sure, definitely,” Violet nodded as she looked at him. “I guess that’s something we should all be thinking about. I mean, college is generally the place for figuring that stuff out, right? When you think of wanting something more, what do you imagine?”

Qhuinn noticed something was wrong the moment she opened her eyes. Where her feet would have normally been toasty warm, wrapped in the comforter, they were freezing. Huh.. She must have had a restless night and kicked it off. Shivering a little, the wolf reached out from under her cocoon of blankets to adjust them, letting out a startled cry when what emerged was long and hairy and much larger than what she was used to seeing. What the actual... “Fuck!!”

Jumping out of bed, Qhuinn stumbled to the bathroom, trying to control the large body that she now occupied. Flicking on the lights, she looked in the mirror..and burst out laughing. Oh this was rich..this was a good one.. She had to give the island that much at least. Shuffling back into the bedroom, Qhuinn grabbed her phone, big fingers struggling with the buttons as she sent off a text.

[text] Hey hubs. Looked in the mirror yet this morning?

[text] I think we have a situation here.

“Those are two contradictory ideas!” Leslie scolded, glaring at the claimed slave, feeling his pint of cider lose about an inch onto his hand and the patio of the rec area they were having this stupid dance in. He stepped back, deciding that messing with a claimed slave would just turn up more problems, but the young man was rude as hell nonetheless. He switched his drink to his other hand, disgustingly giving his soiled hand a shake to try and clear it off from eventually sticky cider.

“There’s, like, no one out here, man. No reason to be a complete muppet... Go be useful and get me a towel or something. It’s the literal least you can do.”

He had the all too recognizable look of the new arrival. Levi tended to avoid these people at all costs but right now, he was feeling intrigued and generous. So he was making his way over to Wilder when he heard him speak. He didn’t recognize the accent which just made him all that more curious about the man. “I can show you,” he offered with a shrug of his shoulders. “If you don’t mind hanging out with the likes of me.” He smirked just a bit, watching him curiously. He licked his lips and extended a hand. “I’m Levi,” he introduced.

Levi looked at the other man gratefully and nodded. “Cheers,” he said before extending his hand. “Wilder Hayes, or uh, Professor Hayes? I dunno, whichever, I don’t really care either way,” he shrugged as he pulled his duffel bag over his shoulder again. “Nice to meet you Levi, and I don’t mind hanging out with the likes of anyone, I’ve got no room to judge mate,” he assured the other man. “Specially as long as you’re doing me a good turn.” 

“Well I appreciate it,” Levi said. “Not everyone around here feels that way. Most people just mind their own business, do their jobs and ignore the rest of us,” he said honestly. He shrugged a bit though, not seemingly too worried about it.

“I don’t believe in ignoring people,” Leib waved a hand. “The way I see it, everyone has an interesting story to share or something to teach, and I am addicted to knowledge,” he smiled. “So, what are you going to teach me today Levi?” he asked with a grin as he wiped down the book he was checking back into the library. 

Levi had seen the struggle and was about to offer some help when the duffle bag hit him. He chuckled and shook his head. “Hey we’ve all been there,” he told her. He bent down to pick up one of the boxes. “How about you let me give you a hand? Help out the disaster for just a bit,” he teased, chuckling a little bit. “I’m Levi, by the way,” he said.

Ash blushed when he picked up one of the boxes before smiling at him. “Thanks, I super appreciate it, I wanted to get one of those little cart things to help move my stuff, but I guess they were all checked out or something,” she shrugged. “Or they didn’t have them, I’m actually not sure which one, everything happened so fast,” she shrugged with a shake of her head. “But um, nice to meet you Levi, I’m Ash,” she grinned. “So are you a student here too?” she asked as she continued pushing her pile of boxes with her hip and dragged her rolling suitcase behind her.

Gina chuckles at his reply, crossing her arms behind her back as she waits with a small look of excitement on her face. “Can’t I-I give out presents without a-an ulterior motive?” She beams.
