If you do nothing else, find that place. That place where you can go to unwind and just BE. That moment in everyday that just gives you a confidence and peace and contentment that nothing else does. That one person or thing that just makes the world come alive for you and makes your soul sing. My thing is my workouts. Every morning, I take that 20 minutes/half hour/hour.....whatever I need to mentally prepare me for the day ahead. If I don't get that time, I feel it and my day somehow feels "off". But our mind and soul NEED that. And I know, this crazy busy life sometimes keeps us from taking the time out for the little things but eventually it will overwhelm us.
