So today, I had a bit over 500 calories >.< I am going to say it’s the hormones but we all know where excuses get us...

I got a waist trainer today as well and that really doesn’t let you have much in your stomach without feeling sick. It’s like an external gastric band o.o
omg today was good, I have an interview for a tattoo apprenticeship and my cals are below 300! woop I am happy :) I am going to weigh in on Sunday and see how I’ve gone. I am hoping to have gone from 49kg to 48.5kg at least. <3
I’m working all day at work tomorrow and I figured out the exact amount of food I can have from there and it equals 448 :) That is, 8 apple bites and 1 pineapple fritter.
I guess tomorrow’s sorted :3
Day 2 Pink Diet
So my partner is always happier when I eat. If I say ‘oh I don’t want fries’ when we go to get his daily fast food meal, he’ll say ‘then what are you having for lunch?’ I of course have nothing to say and he gets quite upset at the thought of me not eating. Well, he knows all about my fucked up way of thinking about food and he has assured me he likes me as I am now. But this isn’t for him it’s for me. So I eat the fries then nothing else.
Fries - 500 calories
That’s it for day 2 of the Pink Diet. No more food for today and its only 1:30pm >.> I did it yesterday I can do it today!

I bought lots of flavoured gum so I’m going to replace chocolate with gum
I have work tonight at a fast food joint so here’s to self control >.>
I have a wedding tomorrow and I can’t have bloating on top of the fat already there
