#letran calamba

So earlier yesterday, we were asked by ur president to do our speech which will be the caption of this photo for our Facebook account. I did some research, ofcourse and I came up with this speech.

Being a member, performer and former officer of Samu’t Sari, a theater organization of the Colegio, I’ve experienced extra-curricular activities which enhanced my competency and leadership for the betterment of myself. Equivalently, I will strive to administer events & programs for JPIA-Letran Calamba that will improve the skills and talents of the Accountancy students outside the four corners of the classroom. It is also my responsibility to fortify the students’ involvement to turn into a competitive and unified one.

We are not for the position but we are here to serve JPIA-Letran Calamba.

I am nervous about what will be the outsome of this academic year but I have my confidence on our team to do our best for our chapter.

Our Acquaintance Party was held last July 16, 2015 (Thursday). It was supposed to be last last week, but due to the typhoon, it was postponed. Nonetheless, the weather that day was sunny and warm and it feels good! The only thing is I have a fever. I never expected that because I don’t really find symptoms before that day. In the morning, I’m planning to skip the party because I was thinking that I might not enjoy it. On the other hand, I kinda felt guilty because no one will help my classmate, Air for managing our booth and I already bought clothes that I will wear at that party so I decided to go to school even though I am not feeling well.

I feel cold that time, even though the sun is strking hot haha. Anyway, thanks to Basti for lending me his handy dandy jacket! <3

Our booth! Haha, it’s not well decorated because it’s rush, We only planned it the other day. At least, we gained more money than we expected. Kudos to everyone who helped and joined us! <3

We end our booth before lunch. We headed to our room after, eat our lunch, watched Insidious 3 with Ma’am Glam (it was scary hahaha) then get ready for the party.

Went to a classic outfit that day. Just a plain white top from Shapes. Denim polka dots pants from True Love and all white slip ons from SM dept. Store. My make up is really simple since it will just melt during the party. I just put powder, mascara and lipstick!

I woke up early that day so that I can prepare my things and make sure that I won’t forget anything. We had classes up to 12 PM, then proceed to club orientation.

Club orientation wasn’t so fun. It’s because we already know the clubs and I already have my participated club. I wanted to be in The Squire, our school newspaper but the screening was last year and I forgot to list my name (sad times) We had a lot of photos before club orientation but Blu haven’t posted anything yet!

After Club Orientation, we went to the gym to have the boring ceremony before the binyagan starts. Binyag Arriba has been a tradition to Letran whereas the Freshmen are welcomed by a huge splash of water coming from the fireman hose (?) haha you get my point?

I never participated Binyag Arriba when I was freshman, it’s because I am having my ~girl probz~ that day hahaha that’s why we participated this year’s binyagan and this would probably our last :(

Binyag Arriba was so fun. G10 has go pro but I don’t know where the pictures are :( they splash out color powders and some of it goes in our mouth (that doesn’t taste so good though) it was semi rave because we jump out like crazy hell hay I already missed binyag arriba & shame to those who didn’t participate, they missed a lot of fun happenings!

The annoying thing is the bathroom because it’s dirty and it’s hard to change clothes ahuhu nonetheless everything is fun! <3

We stayed a bit later on the 3rd floor and eat goodies then went home tired. Gotta love thursdays!
