The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go.” -Dr. Seuss That first step (side note: congrats Wyatt!) though it is scary once it’s overcome you can’t wait to do more! I’ve traveled plenty for school and professional occasions and family vacations, but none like the trip I took in April. It felt different. Every single thing about it felt new and exciting. It sparked an interesting in me that had just been slowly burning just waiting to ignite. I knew it could be done, I had the means, I had the timing, I had the plan. All I had to do was take that step. And once I did, there’s no looking back. I’m more interested than ever in traveling more, learning more, getting to know people more, laughing more, encouraging more, writing more, even cooking more and just living more in each moment and for each day I wake up. Especially when the sun’s out. It feels like my childhood curiosity has been let loose and I have no intention of stopping that. I hope #lesson19 inspires someone to look up that one thing they’ve always wondered about or google how that one things works or how much that fantasy trip could actually cost.
