The last time I was in Birmingham, Alabama was five years ago so it was fun to see all the changes that @andrewbrownid has made to his house since then. Each room is a jewel box filled treasures found on his travels around the world with his partner Kip who really needs to get on Instagram. There are so many special paintings and objects that you just want to spend hours looking at them all. And then there’s the decoration and attention to detail such as having decorative painter @janrobertsbaker paint speaker covers and switch plates to match the @philipjeffreydesign wallpaper in the living room and paint the ceiling after a leak ruined the lacquer. Of course, now that it’s feeling pretty much done, there are thoughts of moving so I’m glad I got to see it one more time.
