He had a beautiful vision on life and inspired me with his stories of senegal and his opposition to our society's general acceptance of transferring our beloved parents into retirement homes when they lose there autonomy. This phenomenon doesnt exist in senegal and the majority if not all of africa. I agree we should take care of our parents who sacrificed to raise us with love and it should be normal to boomerang it back to them when they need it by looking after their needs when time comes. Individual fulfillment is a beautiful thing to a degree but forgetting to care for our neighbors and family when they need it is alot less beautiful.
