what sections of a bookstore do you browse? Hah! The English Books one! it’s really small in the bookshop I usually buy from, most often i order what i need from them... BUT they have an amazing recommendations shelf that Doesn’t consist of all the bestsellers, it’s a beautiful mix ! I’ve been looking at the fantasy section again recently because of neil gaiman, and then there’s the biographies... I answered 19 and 20, buuut a specification for The Gay in 20: (what are things you look for in a book?) I’ve started to read some gay classics (like baldwin, hall and your beloved virginia), some gay biographies (some collections, natalie barney, now anne lister), aaand through some contemporary gay (like malinda lo, sarah waters)

There are, of course, no shareholders.  When other businesses pay dividends to shareholders out of profits every year, John Lewis pays each employee a yearly bonus, depending on how good profits have been that year, as a percentage of their salary.
