(Washingdad and Burr as promised xx)đđ
Washington had invited Hamilton and Burr to attend a meeting. Sounds simple enough. Just your average political meeting, nothing out of the ordinary.
Except for the fact that rarely anyone got Burr and Hamilton in the same room together, Â let alone discussing with one another in a scheduled meeting. It wasnât because the two hated each other, no, it was just because they had opposite. personalities. Hamilton was hyper, Burr was reserved. Hamilton had fantasies, Burr was practical. Hamilton talked and talked for hours, Burr like to talk less. In fact, he had never wanted Hamilton to shut his mouth more than in this specific moment.
âSo you are just afraid of insects?â, Hamilton asked, amused, and wanting to see how long Burr could lie for. âYesâ, Burr replied, âRetched creaturesâ. This had all stated when the two were waiting for Washington, both arriving early to the meeting. Hamilton had decided to pick a little fun with him and yelled out, âSpider!â, clawing his fingers on the back of his neck. Yet he didnât shriek, he just jumped forward with a snort. A snort. No, Hamilton knew that this wasnât simply a fear of insects.
âSo that's really all?â, Hamilton questioned, raising an eyebrow. âYesâ, Burr replied, trying to stay calm and collected. âBut what if I did this?â, Hamilton remarked, leaning forward and scribbling his fingers on Burrâs sides. âSi-hirâ, he cackled, wiggling forward.
Hamilton grinned, âYour ticklishâ
âAm notâ
âAre tooâ
âAm not!â
âAre too!â
Burr just sighed and shook his head, âJust drop it, Alexander. Donât be so childishâ. Hamilton grinned wider, âSo you areâ. âI-I never said thatâ. âWell are you?â âJust drop it!â Hamilton just chuckled to himself, âNothing to be ashamed of Burr, we are all a little ticklishâ. âShut it!â Hamilton gasped and put a hand to his chest, âIs that any way to talk to your fellow man?â Hamilton softly nudged Burr on to the carpet and climbed on top of him, wiggling his fingers in the air above his belly threataningly.
Burr squeaked and squirmed a little, âOh-ho fihine. I aham ti-hicklishâ. Hamilton flashed him a goofy grin, âOkay! That means I have every reason to do this!â. As soon as Hamiltonâs fingers made contact with the soft fabric over Burrâs shirt, he began laughing.
âNohoho! Stahahap! Ahahahalex!â
That was when George walked into the room, yet unfortunately for Burr, Hamilton was too engrossed in his victim to notice. âHow âbout here?â, Hamilton asked teasingly, lightly shoving Burrâs arm to the left, giving him access under it. Burr shrieked and squirmed faster.
âNOHOHOHO! NOHOHOHOT IHIHIN FRONT OHOF WAHAHAHASHINGTON!âÂ
Hamiltonâs fingers immediately came to a halt at that, as he turned around to see none other than president George Washington standing by the door. Hamilton looked sheepishly up at him, and slowly stood up.
Yet Washington didnât look that disappointed, rather, he looked amused. A small smirk spread. across his face. âItâs a pleasure to see you two getting alongâ, he stated, Burr and Hamilton both blushing. Washington chuckled to himself, gesturing for Burr to say something. âErm, um, Hamilton started it!â, he stuttered. âOh gentlemen! Letâs not turn this into a fight!â, Washington exclaimed, âWhat matters is that you two are getting alongâ. The two men just nodded at that. âNowâ, said Washington, âYou two best be heading homeâ. âWhat?!â, the two men remarked at once. Washington smiled and slowly shook his head, âWhat, you didnât really think I would call you two in fo an actual meeting alone did you? No, I just wanted you two to start getting along better, for the sake of the future of all of us. AndI think I have succeededâ, Washington stated. The two men stood in awe and shock as Washington turned around. Hamilton decided to be a little cheeky, and just as Washington was about to leave the door, gave Burrâs ribs a little poke. Burr squeaked and jumped, causing Washington to turn around.Â
âCome on Hamilton, donât kill the man!â, Washington said, amused. âOh come on daaaad, I mean, Washington, sirâ. Washington just smiled, âI just wanted to make sure that you donât cross any boundaries, son. I am familiar with the concept that after a certain amount of time, tickling could become rather unpleasant, and we certainly donât want thatâ. Burr blushed deeply, âN-no,  Washington, sir. Iâm a strong man, I can handle whatever this guy throws at me. Plus, Iâm not even that, err, sensitive, Washington, sirâ. Washington chuckled, âOh really Aaron? Well you seemed rather sensitive to me!â Burr shook his head, âNahhhhâ. Hamilton smiled brightly, âOh come on, whatâe you tryna hide Burrrrr?âÂ
Then, all of a sudden, Hamilton softly nudged Burr on to the carpet once again, and started teasing his ribs.Â
âWAHAHA NOHOHO!â, Burr cried, as Hamilton dug in to the sensitive skin between the bones. Hamilton looked up at Washington, âCare to help me, dad?â Washington grinned, âWith pleasure son! Say Burr, where else are you sensitive?â âBAHAHAHA NO WASHINGTON DOHOHOHNâT!âÂ
Washington flashed him a cheesy grin, âHow about here?â, he spidered his fingers across Burrâs neck. Burr yelped and resumed his laughing, âNOHOHOHT THEHEHERE!â âThan where Burr?â, Hamilton teased, âHere?â. Hamilton squeezed his knees. âNOHOHOHO!â This went on for quite some time, the two of them tickling the man to bits, jumping from tickle spot to tickle spot. Usually, there wasnât time for such shenanigans, but it was nice to just have a bit of fun once in a while. Though after a bit, Burr was getting a little tired, and the two men had to stop.Â
Burr panted for a few moments, the three of them silent fo a few moments. Than, after a while, the three broke the silence with loud cackles of joy. âThahahat was soho mehehehan!â, Burr laughed. âWashington, sir. I didnât know you could be so playfuhuhuhll!â,  Hamilton remarked, smiling at the other two.  âYeah!â, Burr added, âYouhour a full on tihickle mohonster!â
âOhâ, Washington said, âIt was pretty easy to find your worst spots to be honest. They are pretty much the same as mi-â, Washington stopped, realising his mistake.Â
The other two grinned, âWhat was that, Washington, sir?â
âErmmm, nothingâ
And soon, laughter filled the air once again.
