Yesterday it was my very first time knowing that someone was just talking shit right in front of my face. What makes it even worse, i barely understood half of the things she said. The other workers were talking all quite and one seemed to have said something like "Hay why are you talking about this right in front of her" and she replys, she doesnt understand what we're talking about" 

I thought she was cool. I thought that she was going to be one of those chill people at work but now. Seriously? If i was doing something bad or a not so good job let me know, I'll try my hardest to work on it. But just going directly to the boss and complain about me? What did i ever do to you? Probably the only thing that would have made you think otherwise of me was when i said that Johnathon really likes your ass. Never once talked smack or anything. But now? You barely acknowledged my existence, I asked politely last night if I did all of my side jobs, you didnt even check. I just wanted to make sure that i did it all so that you wouldnt complain that i didn't do it.
