It wasn't your first time having your arms wrapped around Leon S. Kennedy.
-==-==-==-==-==-
This so-called stoic agent had offered you a ride the first time you expressed interest in his baby, his motorbike. One day had gone by like a flickering flame, you barely remembered the files you were handling or the classified documents that had you queasy at every read as you archived them continuously. Working on the same floor as Leon was usually more eventful, being part of the DSO came with more gossip than the average person might realise⊠but all that had happened was three coffees, ten too long bathroom breaks, and stinging eyes as you finally waved the building goodbye, already prepared to fall face first on your mattress.
Seven o'clock. Seven nineteen to be exact. You were taken aback by the weather, or maybe it was the wind that whipped in the air from a vehicle passing right at the front door, totally not hazardous whatsoever. You were going to walk to your car, until you noticed who it was, what is wasâŠ
Leon, on a bike. His 90's boyband hairstyle was recognisable from any angle and it didn't take long for you to start ogling⊠his bike. Not him. But that beautiful shiny bike. You just stared for a moment, and soon-to-realise fortunately for you, he had immediately stopped after it registered that he sped past a civilian, taking a quick glace back to make sure no one got hurt.
Typical.
His eyes met yours, but your eyes met the gleam of the paint, so he followed your gaze⊠and a tiny smirk arouse. "Want a ride?" He asked. You paused everything, "âŠWhat? On that you mean-" he cut you off with a barely noticeable shrug, "Yeah."
You lit up, a smile rising to your cheeks, suddenly you weren't as tired as you thought. You nodded as you walked up to him, this was the closest you had ever been to an agent, or specifically, him. Leon handed you a helmet that was tucked behind the back, you took it slowly, contemplating your words, "Look, I know you're being nice and all but⊠I don't plan to look like a loser." His face was mixed between amusement and disbelief, "Come on, don't be ridiculous-" "This is gonna make me look ridiculous-" You retorted.
He threw his hands up as he took the helmet back, he did not feel like arguing today. You hopped on the seat him after he patted it like a baby's behind, then grabbed your arms and hooked them around his torso himself as he muttered, "hold tight." You tensed for a split second before hugging him accordingly⊠damn, he was beefier than you thought.
"Next time⊠maybe wear a helmet yourself so I wouldn't feel so left out." You said sassily. He kicked off the gravel and slowly began to accelerate, "next time?" He raised an eyebrow, he didn't even need to elaborate - he knew what he was doing, smug motherfucker. You furrowed your brows just enough for him to notice and leaned your head closer to his ear to speak over the wind, but no counter came to mind, simply glaring softly against his peripheral.
The corners of his lips lifted, and you took the opportunity spoke before he could say anything, "No introduction needed."
-==-==-==-==-==-
"You know how people say that you'll meet the one when you least expect it?⊠I mean it's still bullshit but I will admit maybe they were onto something." You talked to Leon's ear.
A year later, complicated feelings, free drinks and free rides led you to this, a relationship with Leon. Something you'd once considered impossible.
You had your arms wrapped around him closely now, feeling along his torso as you idled at a red light. Leon leaned back into your touch, turning his head to look at you in the radiant sunrise, "That's surprising," he said. "What's surprising?" "You never admit to anything." You scoffed lightly, puffing your cheeks and smushing it against his shoulder. "Shush."
He hummed pleased, "Yes ma'am." The traffic light flashed green, Leon held onto one of your hands as he steered the bike around the corner, heading down the highway to a quieter road travelling along the mountain side. You both liked to go on rides early in the morning, just another way to spend time together before the day crashed down on you again. Leon eventually cruised calmly along a straight road, relaxing his shoulders as he stared out on the horizon.
You turned to rest your chin forward on his shoulder, watching him closely but absentmindedly through the side mirror, your eyes half lidded⊠he caught you, his own softening as he pressed his lips together to hide his smile. He quickly pecked your temple a few times before focusing back on the road, "Don't go falling asleep now, I'm not holding you this time." You pecked his cheek back, "don't tempt me, maybe I need some more TLC."
He shook his head slightly as he chuckled, "You're spoilt."
Another couple minutes go by in silence until something came over you.
Was it all the movies you had been watching?
Was it the risk alluring you?
Maybe you weren't awake enough to think clearly.
You held tightly onto his shoulders and made your move. You carefully maneuvered around Leon's hips, shifting until you were sitting on his thighs in the front. The bike trembled as he attempted to stabilise it, eyes widening in surprise until finally you had stopped moving to look right at him. His gaze shifted between you and the road ahead, shaking his head again, "This is dangerous," he murmured, but he didn't look all that upset. "You drive drunk, I'm sure you can handle a girl," you grinned almost mockingly in his face.
"A beautiful girl," you expanded, "beautiful lady," Leon corrected.
He exhaled a chuckle as he leaned in, "You're stupid."
His lips met yours in a rush, but the kiss itself was slow, impactful. He coasted 20, way below the speed limit for his personal taste, keeping his eyes opened ever so slightly. As much as he loved you, he was not idiotic enough to let something happen to you over a reckless kiss. You leaned further into him as you tilted your head, wrapping your arms tightly around his neck and your legs around his waist, breaking the kiss momentarily just to end up taking more.
One of Leon's hands glided against your back, feeling along the bones of your spine. His body heated along with your own, emitting enough to feel the pleasure coming from both of you, you kept lapping at each others tongues softly until the bike stopped movingâŠ
Wait, the bike stopped moving?
You both immediately broke apart like your future kids had caught you, listening to the tank sporadically try to use up the air inside it like fuel.
"âŠOh shit." You whispered. "Oh shit is right-" Leon unhooked you from around him, setting you down onto the bike to crank the steer stopper. He stood silently, his eyebrows tightening in that how you like to say, sexy intellectual way. He took out his phone and sent a quick message, you leaned forward slightly to glance at the name.
"Um⊠don't worry someone will come," He began to say, "Someone?" You deadpanned. "Okay and that someone may be a whole chopper, so what?" You exhaled, you couldn't contain it, you had to laugh as you facepalmed, "Oh my fucking god, Leon. I told you to put fuel in it-"
He immediately kissed you again, one hand on your cheek, the other on the seat right next to your behind, practically threatening to touch you. You could feel his cheeks going taught as he tried to keep composure, "But we don't have to rush now."
You attempted to speak out but were muffled by his insistence, "Leon-!⊠We-⊠mmmâŠ"

A/N:Â @artlovingbreâ gave me this idea for a one shot. I have mostly free time on weekends to write, so if you have any ideas, donât be afraid to ask.
Pairing: Leon Kennedy X Fem!Reader
Warnings:Â mentions of death and blood, swearing, tooth rotting fluff.
Description:Â Reader is the last one in the trial, she finds hatch while injured but gets hit and falls into the hatch. Ends up back at camp all bloody and unconscious and Leon is super worried while Claudette, Quentin and Lisa are tending to her injuries. When they are done, Leon goes to lay next to the reader in her small cabin and full of cuddles and kisses when she wakes up.
Y/N frantically searched for the hatch before the killer could. All her team mates had died to Bubba in basement. When David was caught, Bubba camped with insidious. Bill went to save him, not knowing about insidious, and was caught. Ash told Y/N he would try to get them, but if he got caught, to find hatch.
Unfortunately, Ash got caught trying to save their teammates. Having Bar-B-Q and Chili, Leatherface found Y/N, but lost her, so it was only a matter of time until either one of them found hatch.
Hearing the hissing of the Entity, Y/N saw itâs open hatch. However, Leatherface saw her running to it too. Right as she got to the edge of the hatch, about to jump in, Leatherface slashed at her back, injuring her further. Letting out a scream, Y/N fell into the hatch, all bloody and in need of medical assistance. Waiting for the Entity to bring her back to the camp fire, Y/N slowly lost consciousness.
âŠâŠâŠâŠâŠâŠâŠâŠâŠâŠ
Leon was out of trials, waiting anxiously for his girlfriend to finish hers. He saw David, Ash, and Bill come back through the fog, letting him know they were sacrificed.
âWhat happened?â Leon asked, slightly playing with his fingers, waiting for them to let him know whatâs happening.
âDamn Cannibal camped with insidious in basement. Ash told her to find hatch, we didnât even get to fully complete a full generator,â David complained as he sat down.
âHe definitely had BBQ and Chili. I donât know if sheâs getting sacrificed right now or finding hatch,â Ash told the agent.
Hearing the news, it didnât help his anxiety, praying that she wasnât getting sacrificed. To make it worse, Bill added, âHe also brought a Mori. Itâs probably why he didnât slug. It was probably a Cypress memento mori.â
Now he was panicking a little, which was rare for him. Leonâs usually a calm and collected person, dealing with zombies for a living. Nothing usually makes him anxious, but when his girlfriend is getting moriâd or sacrificed, made him panic.
So Leon sat down by the camp fire, waiting anxiously to see how his girlfriend ends up. Chris and Claire were chatting about something, and Jill joined in every now and again, but Leon wasnât paying attention, waiting for Y/N.
Everyone was doing their own thing, when the Entity brought Y/N down with its claws, letting everyone know she escaped through hatch. However, Leon was the only to notice she was limp and unmoving. Standing quickly, he took Y/N from the Entityâs claws, who set her down gently in Leonâs arms. There was a whisper in his ear, saying, âThe Cannibal hit her to dying stage, Iâm feeling generous for his tactics. Out of pity, heâs getting punished and I stopped the bleeding while she was with me.â
Sighing in relief, thanking her for her generosity, started panicking again when blood started pouring out of her wounds and onto his uniform. He didnât care, he always had his clothes back when he saved Ashley. His black t-shirt under his brown cotton filled jacket with his blue jeans. Leon always wore his gloves back from when he was first in Raccoon city, never having the gut to discharge them. Even though he couldâve worn that outfit instead of his RPD one, it got way too hot and his RPD uniform didnât make him as hot in trials.
Since trials were still going on, her injuries werenât automatically healed. Leon shouted for the healers help. Claudette was the first one to rush to Leonâs side, requesting Leon set her down. Leon set Y/Nâs unconscious body down, and noticed Lisa and Quentin rushing over to help. Quentin had a med pack in his hands, probably acquired from a chest in a trial. The three got to work, stopping the bleeding and stitching her up. Leon held and rubbed the back of her hand, to comfort himself.
When Claudette, Lisa and Quentin were done healing Y/Nâs wounds, Leon requested - with blood point heâs earned in trials - the rest of the night off. Accepting the request, the Entity sent him and his girlfriend away to her cabin.
Leon entered the small cabin. Upon entering, there was a small area that had a sink and chest against one wall, a curtain opposite of that wall, another curtain in the corner next to the storage area and a small bean bag with a fire place. Leon carried Y/N to the curtain opposite of the sink and chest wall, opening it to reveal her room. It was a small area with a full sized bed and a candle for light.
He set her carefully down on the bed, then scooted on the bed next to her. He positioned her to lay on his chest - previously discarding his vest to make her comfortable - and played with her hair.
Every now and again, Leon would kiss the top of her hair, slightly holding his lips there, whispering little love sentences. His right arm was playing with her hair, while his left hand was intertwined with her right hand.
Leon and Y/N laid their, cuddling, for a couple hours until Y/N woke up again. She felt herself lying on something warm and hard, and it was breathing. Slowly looking up, she saw her boyfriend sleeping. However, his eye brows were knotted in distress. Probably not fully asleep, just dozing off. Y/N let out a whisper, calling his name.
Leon opened his eyes quickly, upon hearing his girlfriends voice, and started asking questions. Instead of answering his worried questions and statements, Y/N kissed her boyfriends lips. âWhy donât we just sit here and cuddle. My last match was stressful.â
âOk, David, Bill and Ash told me what happened, Iâm just worried about you is all,â Leon told her quietly, hugging his girlfriend closer to his body.
âI love you,â Leon states as he kissed Y/N.
Kissing back, Y/N released the kiss and said. âI love you too.â
Note:Â Just did something simple this time :) I apologize if Leon seems a little OOC? It was fun writing this chapter nonetheless!Â

Just like before, you and Leon separated once again. You guys exchanged numbers again, since Leon got a new number, and the reason was, "I've got stalkers, you know" and you obviously did not believe that. . .maybe you kind of believed him, because Leon? Leon Scott Kennedy? He is hot as hell and you honestly don't blame the ladies (but, still stalking isn't okay). Now that you think of it, it's been, like, four days since you've seen the handsome agent. But, honestly, it felt like you just saw him yesterday. You were sitting down on your couch, watching Tom and Jerry, and once again, your flip phone dinged. You laughed to yourself and picked it up, clicking the buttons to head to the messages.Â
Leon: what r u doing rn?
Sent 10:03 AMÂ
Me: Watching a cartoon
Sent 10:03 AM
Leon: that's crazy me too
Sent 10:04 AM
Me: Yeah? ur wack
Sent 10:04 AM
You snorted and closed your flip phone, turning your attention back to the screen. Surprisingly, you had a week off, while Leon did not. You weren't surprised, since he's a very bad ass agent. Ever since the both of you reunited, he had been in constant touch with you. He was always sending you texts and he would call you randomly at times. Anyways, it has only been four days. Now that you think of it, what the heck is he doing texting you and watching cartoons while he was working? Your phone dinged and you checked your phone.Â
Leon: okay and? ik u miss me and all. y r u so sassy in the am
Sent 10:07 AM
Really? In the AM? Is he for real? And me missing him? Well, I mean, he ain't wrong.Â
Me: um, sir, wdym. btw u should be workin. get 2 it
Sent 10:08 AM
You sighed and shook your head. Sometimes he would be flirty, and you wanted to flirt back, but you reminded yourself that he clearly had a woman. You just knew there was something there between them, even if he said there wasn't. You remembered the look on his face when you both saw her on your previous mission. Looking back at the screen, you watched as Tom once again had his cat woman being stolen from him by Butch. "Well, that sucks," you muttered, huffing. You stood up and stretched your body, looking out at the window to your right. It was cloudy outside and by the way the trees and plants swayed, it was windy. Beep! You reluctantly checked your phone.Â
Leon: not rlly doing anything. just wanted 2 text u and theres nothing wrong w missin me
Sent 10:11 AMÂ
You rolled your eyes and let your phone fall on the comfy couch. Thinking back to the first time you met Leon, he was such a cinnamon roll, but now, he is a sinnamon roll. You can't believe Leon was such an innocent cutie, but now he is a sarcastic, teasing ass. Now, that's pretty crazy. All of a sudden, your ringtone began going off and you looked down at your mobile. You flipped it open and see an incoming call coming from the one and only Leon. You inhaled and then exhaled, answering the call. "Hello?"Â
"There you are," his very attractive voice spoke.Â
"Yes, I am here, Leon," you sarcastically responded.Â
"And so is the sarcasm."Â
"What are you calling for?" you asked and walked to your kitchen to grab a can of soda.Â
"Just to kill time. The paper work just keeps on stacking," he muttered.Â
"Haaa haaa," you mocked and he grunted on the other side."Well, hope you get it done, mister."Â
"I rather do a mission than do this," he sighed and you nodded to yourself, agreeing as you clicked open your can. "You're drinking without me?" You rolled your eyes and took a gulp. "Wow, what a real friend you really are, [Name]."Â
"Then, I guess I am not your real friend, Mr. Kennedy," you said.Â
"Then, what about being my girlfriend?" he asked and you almost lost grip on your can, but caught yourself. Your eyes widened and your heart began to race immediately, a tingling sensation spreading throughout your whole body.Â
"Wh-wha--?" you stuttered, eyes blinking. You swore that your stomach was falling out of your ass right now. Then, the bastard began chuckling, making your chest clench. "Stop joking around, Leon. Ada wouldn't like you saying that." It was quiet for a moment and you raised an eyebrow. "Leon?" you called.Â
"Ada is not my woman," he stated, his voice so serious that you were caught off guard. You could feel that it was getting tense between you two, and you decided to not push it any further. Before you could speak, Leon beat you to the punch, ". . .She may be someone that I could never forget, but she is not my woman, and I am not her man."Â
"O-okay, Leon," you drawled, feeling a little awkward, messing with the top of your can. Honestly. . .you felt really relieved. It was silent now, and you looked around your kitchen, heart beating super fast. You weren't sure what to say because you felt like you had gotten Leon upset. "U-um," you started, but he spoke right away.Â
"Have you really not been romantic with a man these few years?" Leon inquired and you felt confused. Confused because why would he ask you this?Â
"I mean, I was romantic with this one man," you answered. The blonde agent went quiet again and you furrowed your brows. "I did not date him though. We were just in the talking stage, but we eventually had to call it off due to our jobs."Â
"So, he is an agent?" You chuckled, feeling that he was not happy about this.Â
"Are you. . .jealous?"
"You didn't answer my question," he grumbled and you pursed your lips, eyes narrowing in delight.Â
"Yes, he is an agent. By the way, why are you so curious?" you cocked your head to the side, leaning against the kitchen counter.Â
"Name?"Â
"Ch--"
"Chris Redfield?!" You jumped at the volume of his yell. You have not heard Leon yell like this before and you were shocked. Your eardrum felt like it just blew off and you huffed.Â
"Jesus," you muttered, "and no, completely wrong. I've met Chris Redfield before and yes, he is hot, but I cannot imagine dating him. And Chris's name doesn't even have a 'ch' sound, weirdo. His name is Chad Ridley."Â
"Sorry, didn't mean to yell. I was going to kill Chris if you both did date," he said, chuckling to himself. You raised a brow.Â
"Why are you going to kill him?"Â
". . .Well, it seems I will need to go--"
"Leon, hey!"Â
"--I will talk to you in two weeks! And Chad is a very stupid name!" Then the line went silent. You still had the phone against your ear and you sighed.Â
"Really?" You laughed.Â
You were definitely asking him for answers when you see him.Â
There is no story to this I'm sorry I was just horny and lonely
-==-==-==-==-==-
Your back was tucked into his chest sideways on the bed, your leg pulled up to your rib. Leon had looped his bicep around your thigh and held onto your shoulder like a lock, keeping you nice and open, ready. Sweet nothing fazed past your ears while he kissed around your neck and nape oddly affectionately, breathing almost in perfect rhythm like this wasn't fazing him at all. But you knew better.
His hips moved in time to meet yours, agonisingly slow but undeniably loving...
That wasn't right...
You tilted your head back and parted your lips, reaching behind you to grip his dirty blonde hair as you felt his hand glide down to massage your chest.
"Fuck..." you whispered under your breath. Leon hummed in response, gradually increasing his speed the more you expressed your pleasure. Groans then escaped him for the first time tonight, and your leg that was assisted in being lifted abruptly fell as he faulted. You blinked unexpectedly.
You were in the middle of turning your head, ready to ask why he'd stopped, right when it was getting good. Fortunately for you, Leon shuffled to hover over you instead, forearms caging you in beside your head as he started to roll against you again, faster, and not even daring to look away from you. He almost seemed hypnotised.
You instinctively lifted your knees up beside his hips, holding onto his biceps like handlebars as he did you good, struggling to keep your eyes open to stare right back at him, "Hm... Leon-" You moaned, "Yeah- shit... keep holding onto me, just like that..." He whispered.
You continued to do so, obviously, the sounds bouncing off the walls from you two only becoming lewder. You broke the eye contact with involuntary blinks of pleasure rather than want. God, you could look at his blue eyes all day if you got paid to do it... well you'd do it for free too but that's beside the point.
Leon tilted his head down with a rasp whimper, kissing along your chest while pounding into you like it was first, not second, nature. "God, you feel so good..."
"Don't stop... hm..." You managed to breathe out, "I'm- I'm gonna come... Leon..." Your words only seemed to spur him on more, his arms and hands tensing to cradle your head, skin slapping against each other. He kissed your chest sloppily until he latched onto a nipple and silently acknowledged you, "Mhm..."
He didn't need to say anything or act cocky, he knew what he did to you... and secretly, he was trying to keep it together too.
Your back arched at the extra pleasure of his tongue swirling around the most sensitive part of your chest. Breaths and moans suddenly poured out of you faster, louder, mouth parting more and more until finally your body caved in to the feeling. Your voice rung out like a siren and your legs trembled as you pulsed around him, barely noticing him slowly taper off from his own high with a slew of quiet groans and mutters. "Ugh fuck..."
You breathed against each other for a minute, it was intimate.
Too intimate.
Leon slowly raised his head from your chest, pushing himself up on his hands. Your grip slid down his arms and coasted off while he breathed steady... well, as steady as he possibly could. He faintly shook his head and grabbed your hands in retaliation to pulling back, wrapping them around his neck before rolling over to pull you onto him like a body pillow. His hands gently traced up and down your sides.
You kept your hands around him, caressing his skin with one of your thumbs soothingly as you watched looked up at him. He looked timid, smaller than usual, only glancing at you below his irises while he kept his head parallel to the ceiling. He softly spoke against the hum of the AC, "... thanks, I really needed this."
You smiled tightly and pecked between his collarbones, "I know. Of course I know."
You smiled tightly and pecked between his collarbones, "I know. Of course I know."
"No I mean seriously-" "Yeah I know, Leon."
"I don't think you do."
... You stared blankly.
His torso shook underneath you as he silently chuckled unsurely, "... same time tomorrow?"
Ever since being with Leon, you always noticed his eyes.
Once was innocent, soft, and gullible.
Next was hard, too cynical for the average man his age, yet still benevolent.
Then dark, mysterious, a new kind of look only he could handle.
And now in your fifties, they'd become significantly lighter. Not in that sweet way you once knew, but practically blinding. Every time he opened them it was like you were opening your kitchen curtains in the morning, the sun was meant to be something to look forward to, but even in all it's magic and glory, you hated the way it impaired you.
You were cooking a simple breakfast, a new daily routine that started after quitting your field work to stay in the labs at DSO, more time landed on your hands to care for yourselves better. Leon sat on one of the kitchen island stools, sipping on that hot coffee like it didn't burn his tongue, you knew he would never admit that.
"And a toast for you..." Your kissed his cheek as you plated it in front of him, eggs and ham on the side â a classic easy meal.
"Thanks babe..." He muttered and quickly kissed your cheek back, the pads of his hands grazed your arms as you sat down before he started digging into the food. You watched him silently, breakfast was always a peaceful time, a time where neither of you felt the need to crowd the silence with random words and topics that you didn't care about.
His fingers tensed on his fork and knife as he cut everything up into pieces, scrambling it together like a psychopath while you had a neat looking sandwich. The suns glare filtered through the window, casting a radiant glow along his skin and scattered grey hairs, baby stands sticking up like they'd found a signal at every tower near you. Clearly after what you two did last night, he had a good sleep.
You continued to chew on your own dish until he suddenly turned towards you, just slightly, a small cough escaping his lips. He didn't say anything, or do anything else, and kept munching. You noticed his eyes squint, sitting back in his chair closer to the shade in the house.
------ 6 Months Later ------
At first, it was endearing, another new thing about him you could look forward to that wasn't a wrinkle. A new habit that you discovered after you thought you knew everything about him.
But over the course of months, he began to complain...
At home in the kitchen, pinching his nose bridge, "Why don't we go back to warm white lights?"
Outside on walks, you could see him squint, "Fuck that sun's bright..."
Even in DSO's building, straining his orbs in those white sterile labs that had become your home, "Jesus christ, I need a coffee."
"Babe, you've had three coffees already and one of them is currently in your hand," you replied.
All he did was shrug, "well I need more? This place is so boring it makes me tired."
You noted the fluttering of his eyelids, the way he kept his head low, avoiding the corner full of glowing viral containments.
"... Is something in your eye?" You asked.
"No."
"Come on, let me look-"
"No- it's fine, I told you, I'm just tired."
You didn't bother arguing, audibly huffing and crossing your arms before getting back to work, "I sleep next to you, I know how you are when you're actually tired."
You eventually were able to convince him to go to a doctor. You weren't twenty anymore, and if he was willing to eat so much protein in a day to keep his juicy muscles, then he could stomach eye drops now and then... at least, that's what you thought.
The front door handle jiggled, you had already gotten home from work and were relaxed on the couch in your pyjamas, waiting for Leon to get back from his late appointment, of course he never scheduled during the day.
You straightened up and lowered the TV volume, "Leon?"
"Yeah, it's me..." he replied calmly, your cheeks pinked at the normality of his response, and you almost thought nothing of it until he walked straight past you into the bathroom...
Stop.
He has never ignored you like that, even if he was mad, a small kiss or touch would reach you regardless.
You got up Ava followed him silently, but you were shut out by the bathroom door.
"So what-" the spritz of the shower cut you off, you stood bewildered behind the wood, "the hell, Leon..."
You considered barging in, but you weren't the type to disrupt privacy like that unless invited. You went back to the lounge dejectedly, waiting with your knees pulled up to your chest, grabbing a blanket and returning to watch your show, toes curling in anticipation.
Minutes passed, the shower stopped but you were still waiting, waiting, and waiting... the clock ticked ominously... the bathroom door opened.
Leon reappeared in the living room soon after, he looked just as calm as he sounded, acting like he hadn't shut you out twenty minutes ago. You decided to keep staring at the TV pettily, but your mission diminished as far as it started once he sat next to you, his hand covering your knee, "Hey."
You hum and shift your body to face him. He opened his mouth a couple times in contemplation, eyebrows furrowing for milliseconds, cheeks puffing for short moments, "um... the doctors..." he trailed off.
You perked up, "What did they say? It's nothing?"
"Well," he paused, he other hand clasped yours like he was getting ready to tell you bad news, to tell you... oh.
He fidgeted slightly against your knee, "I, um... I'm... going blind."
Your eyes widened, gaze stuck on him like glue, "... what?"
"... It's Glaucoma."
"... Seriously?" Your eyes watered.
He nodded with a small exhale, beginning to stroke his hand up and down your thigh, you broke the trance you had on him, "What is that? Is it really bad? Are you gonna lose your sight completely? When?-"
"Shh, calm down, it's okay," he moved to cradle your head, pulling you into his chest and kissing your crown, "I can still see... I'll just slowly lose it... I don't know when..."
Leon held the complete truth, he had lost his peripheral vision already but he didn't want to scare you, he couldn't admit that just yet.
You breathed steady against the mountains of his torso, you had no idea how to react to this information. So it wasn't the worst right now as far as you know, his vision will gradually deteriorate... how do you manage this? Well, you can only let it happen, but you didn't want to accept that, that someday he wouldn't be able to see your face. Your mind went blank, there were so many thoughts swirling in the mess of your mind that you couldn't pick one to focus on.
"You know I'd still love you if you were a worm right?" You half-heartedly joked.
Leon immediately chucked, "Yeah I know... It's just a big change... shit, I really am getting old."
"I don't want to believe it..." Your voice finally shook slightly.
Leon gently pressed his lips to your head, not a kiss, just close contact, he comforted you, even though you weren't the one to worry about.
------ 1 Year Later ------
You could hear the song of your diffuser misting as you woke, the star of the show almost limp right underneath you, his hand on your waist and arm over his face, a small groan escaping his lips while he shuffled to get comfortable again, "You awake?"
You hummed groggily in response into his skin, you used to pull on the lamp string first thing and saver the look of Leon's swollen sleepy face, but that habit changed fast in the last few months. The sensitivity in his eyes only getting worse, causing a few new house rules to be made.
You could feel his gaze on you, his chin tight against the top of your head as he looked down. You gave into his stare, taking in the tired puff of his face and those baby blues as best as you could in the moonlight. He'd started to look at you properly, not that he didn't before, but you could see a difference.
The way he turned to you completely when you said something rather than eyeing you from the side. The way he rotated his head up to see you instead of long up though his pupils, you oddly missed the show of his forehead wrinkles.
His thumb grazed your cheek carefully, you could just about see his face in the dark Abe dared to imagine what he must see when watching you right now. Pitch black? The middle of your face? Distortion?
As if Leon could read your mind, he murmured gruffly with a small smirk, "I can still see you, baby."

When Y/N first came into the Entityâs realm, she was overwhelmed by all the emotions the survivors were feelings. With as much as the survivors were feeling and Y/N being scared of lashing out in her first trial, stayed away from everyone. All the survivors assumed she was just a lone wolf, kinda like Jake, but even he knew when he needed to help or be helped. Y/N wouldnât let people get near her.
In trails, she tended to do the generators alone, unhook people if absolutely necessary, and when she was unhooked, she would get away from her savior as fast as possible. Outside of trials, Y/N tends to walk down the river to where it meets the lake. Thatâs where sheâs able to see the killers when they too visit the lake.Â
When Y/N first came into the Entityâs realm, all the feelings of killers and survivors overwhelmed her so much that she passed out. Both killer and survivors were confused to see her flop over when she passed out.
The Entity realized her condition and decided it was best to wait so she could meet everyone. The Entity decided it was best to take everyone out of the match and give them their respective rewards.
Eventually, Y/N met Danny, he was the only person who didnât have much of a aura and he was friendly to her. He was the first to find out about her powers, finding out through her eyes. They reflected the rage David was feeling before he was sacrificed to the Entity.
Outside of trials, Y/N always made her way to the boarder where Danny waited for her. Rin was the next person to find out when she went to the lake to get away from her great great great grandfather. She noticed Danny was talking with the survivor, and when Y/N noticed the Rin, and her aura, suddenly rushed away from Danny. Danny was confused why she suddenly ran off, and when called for her countless times, Y/N lashed out at him. Spirit asked what was up with her, and Danny explained that sheâs able to see peoples feelings and feel it herself, so with so much rage the Spirit had, mustâve triggered in her.
From then on, the Rin made sure to limit her feelings when around Y/N, hoping to find friendship that way. Taking the friendship, Danny and Rin accepted the empathetic as their best friend.
ââââââââââ
Y/N was in another trial, along with Leon, Nea, and David. Danny was wondering around, stalking and searching for survivors to kill. They so happen to get Eyrie of Crows, the Artists map, which was easy for Y/N to spot where her teammates were.
Choosing a direction, Y/N found the last generator, untouched. Smiling slightly, happy to not be around anyone. Getting to work, Y/N glanced around to see if Danny was around. She was on death hook, and Danny warned her that he brought a mori. He didnât specify which type of mori, but with her being death hook, and even though they are friends, he wonât turn down a kill.
Halfway done with the generator, Y/N glanced around and saw that David was headed her way, with Danny hot on his tail. Y/Nâs eyes grew wide in disbelief, not sure if David knew she was there or not.
Not taking the chance, Y/N swiftly got off the generator and crawled away from David. However, Danny saw her trying to leave, and switched from the injured David to her. Screaming out a âFuck you Davidâ in frustration, her own feelings, Danny stalked her to exposed. Y/N saw Leon running towards her, probably trying to take a hit for her, but Danny got her anyways. Letting out a shout of pain, Y/N was instantly on the ground, lying, awaiting for what Danny had planned.
âSorry Y/N, itâs just business,â Danny said genuinely as he stabbed her back, dragging it down to her tailbone, and brought it back up, repeatedly stabbing her. Once he was done, Danny took a picture with his flash photography camera. Getting off her back, Danny then searched for another survivor.Â
While looking around an exit, Danny heard Nea and David whispering. Leaning against the wall, Danny heard them talking about his best friend.
âShe deserved to be moriâd. Her and Ghostfaceâs friendship shouldnât be accepted. And she always want to be by herself, she never helps us, and we probably would get generators done faster if she worked with us,â Danny heard David complaining. Not liking how he, of all people, is talking about his best friend behind her back, without knowing why she hides away.
Quietly stalking, Danny waited till David was fully healed and from then, planned his attack. Smacking David, Nea screamed in fright, while David shouted out in pain.
Chasing Nea away, Danny quit the chase and went back for David. Before doing the same mori he did on his best friend, Danny started talking.
âBefore you go judging people on why they donât want to be around you, and taking shit about my best friend, maybe you should get to know who she was. Maybe talk to the Observer on why she stays away from everyone,â Danny growled as his started his mori and attacked David with all his might. Taking his rage out on David.
âŠâŠâŠâŠâŠâŠâŠâŠâŠâŠ
Y/N decided to sit with the Observer while she waited for her best friends to get out of their matches.
âIs that why she keeps her skate board with her?â Y/N asked why Nea always keeps her skate board. They werenât laughing, Y/N knew it wasnât ok to laugh about Neaâs personal, she just wanted to know more about her fellow survivors.
Continuing to talk, Rin walked into the small hut Y/N and the Observer were in. Smiling as best she could, Rin greeted the Observer and motioned for Y/N to follow her. Saying goodbye to the Observer, Y/N and Rin met up with Danny as the trio walked down to the lake.Â
âSorry about the trial, gotta please the Entity somehow,â Danny explained as all three of them sat down. Y/N just nodded before glancing at the water. Watching as it slightly wrinkled from the wind, and the crows diving in to clean themselves. Y/N noticed the moon shone on the water brightly, indicating that the Entity is having a happy night.
Thinking about her childhood, she remembers her and her parents and brother went out during the summers to camp at their states lake. âWhy donât we go for a swim? The Entityâs having a good night, her moons shinning bright, itâs enough light to play around,â Y/N thought aloud her idea to her two friends.
âSkinny dipping?â Danny asked smugly, fulling knowing Y/N doesnât have a bathing suit.Â
Rolling her eyes, Y/N laughed lightly, while standing up and taking her shirt off. âNo, Danny, Iâm swimming in my underwear,â Y/N laughed at his red face. Danny pouted before taking his robe off. Rin joined Y/N in the water, and the three started a splash war.
âŠâŠâŠâŠâŠ
After drying off, with the help from the Entity, Y/N, Danny and Rin walked back to their logs. âIâm glad you were able to cool off a bit from that match. I heard David complaining about how you never help them, but I fully know that you are just protecting them,â Danny apologized while looking at the moon. Y/N glanced at him and for once, didnât see any aura around him, or even Rin. Glad she didnât have to deal with any major emotions, Y/N accepted his apology.
Sitting in silence, Y/N noticed a red aura approaching them. She couldnât tell who it was, killer or survivor, so taking her chances, Y/N scooted closer to Rin.
Sensing the other killer, Danny stood up, calling out, âWhoâs that?â
âCalm down, simp, itâs just me,â Frank called out, calmly strutting to them. âI just came to ask the newbie couple of questions.â
âThat would be?â Y/N bravely asked, curious what a killer had to ask a survivor.
âIf youâre able to see the auraâs of our feelings, do you have feelings of your own?â Frank asked with a smug look on his face.
âYes, I can, but if extreme emotions come out from someone else, then it affects me,â Y/N stated matter of factually.
âSo can you see the look that young copâs emotions?â
Quirking an eyebrow, Y/N asked, âYou mean Leon?â
Frank only nodded his head, glancing behind her, looking at the survivors hanging around at their respective campfire. âYeah, I can, but why does that matter to you?â
âHave you seen the look he gives you, or have you seen what heâs like while youâre gone?â Frank laughed. Y/N looked back at Danny and Rin, and noticed their auraâs. Franks was red along with Rinâs. Their emotions werenât making her angry like them, but if Frank continued his teasing, it for should would start to.
âI think I should get going, I need to get ready for the next trail,â Y/N explained while getting up. Frank rose his hands in a mock surrender, before saying, âAll Iâm saying is, if you really can see peopleâs feeling by their auraâs, you arenât very smart at it.â
âWhy donât you go back to your group before I drown you,â Rin growled, emitting a dark maroon hue. Backing away, Y/N decided that it was best she left back to her safe place away from killers and survivors.
However, when she got to the camp fire, hoping to pass by without any hassle, David spotted her and called her name. Not wanting to deal with his nagging, Y/N quietly muttered âNot now David.â
âNo wait, Iâm sure Ghostface already told you what happened in the trail, but I want to say Iâm sorry.â
Stopping in her tracks, she looked at David like he grew another head. Looking around, she caught a glance at Leon, who was emitting a new color she didnât know of. âWhy-why would you be sorry?â Y/N finally asked.
âI visited the Observer, since no one at the camp knows about your past or you overall, and know that we know, I wanted to say sorry. For misjudging you.â
Now that she noticed, David didnât emit a big aura. It was small, like he was feeling it less when heâs around her. Looking past him, he saw Kate come up to them too.
âItâs true, David explained about your abilities, and we understand why you wanted to be away from us since the beginning.â
After that, Y/N started to accept the other survivors, and their games almost went smoothly.
Leon, after finding out about Y/Nâs ability, was embarrassed, because his small crush for her grew into a huge crush, which he was pretty sure was giving off an aura to her.
So, instead of being a pussy, and hiding away his embarrassment and crush, decided to confess to her. So, catching her while she was going to meet up with Danny and Rin, he stopped her.
âLook, Y/N, Iâm pretty sure youâve been seeing my aura, and I just wanted to let you know, that I really like you,â Leon quickly spurred out, quickly hiding his face with his hands. He felt like a middle schooler telling his crush he likes her.
Y/N was stunned for a second, before explaining that she isnât sure how she truly feels, since sheâs always feelings the extreme emotions others feels, she doesnât know how she feels.
âI donât know if its you causing me these emotions or not, and just in case you are causing me these emotions, I donât want to use you,â Y/N explained urgently, and expressed she was scared. Leon, ever being the gentle man, shushed her ranting by placing a kiss on her cheek. Too stunned to say anything more, Leon went back to his rightful spot next to Jill and Chris.
âŠâŠâŠ
"I didnât think he would actually love me!â Y/N shouted while her and her 2 best friends were swimming. She was floating on her back, while Danny and Rin sat in the shallower part of the lake. âAnd then, when I was rambling, he kissed me cheek!â
âSounds to me like you also like him back,â Danny said as he glanced at her face. It was still red from when Leon expressed his feelings to her, and when he kissed her cheek.
âHow do I know? I mean, heâs feeling these emotions for me, so heâs only rubbing it onto me!â Y/N shouted again, hitting the water in frustration.
âYouâre far enough away from him and youâre still blushing!â Rin shouted back, noticing her best friend dunked her head under water. Y/N stayed under the water for a little bit, thinking about what Rin just said. Thereâs no way I like the guy, itâs just him and his emotions rubbing off onto me. Y/N thought to herself while coming back up to the surface.
âNo, Rin, Iâm sure its just him and his emotions rubbing off onto me.â Swimming to the shore, Y/N grabbed the towel she brought and started drying herself off. âI donât want to talk about this anymore so Iâm going to head back to my tent and change clothes, Iâll see you guys either in a trail or later tonight. Cya,â Y/N explained and was already heading back to her tent before Danny or Rin could make another comment.
âShe definitely likes him,â Rin said sadly.
âWhyâre you getting sad over it? We could literally convince one of the survivors to flirt with him, and when she gets jealous, Leonâll have his answer!â Danny explained his plan to Rin.
Smiling deviously at each other, they decided to talk with their survivor of their choice.
ââââââââââ
âYou want me to do what now?â the pod-caster asked the two killers.
âAll we want is for you to flirt with Leon, so then Y/N can finally admit her feelings for him, thatâs all weâre asking,â Rin begged the tall woman.
âAnd what would I get in return?â she asked.
The two killers thought for a second before Danny spoke up, âWe confirm you get into matches with one of us every time you go into a trail, and we let you go free for one whole night.â
âOk, I like that. All you want me to do is flirt with him in front of Y/N?â
âYes, then us three get her and him alone, so she can confess her feelings.â
âIâm in, Leon needs someone like her.â
âWe start tonight, after trials.â
ââââââââââ
âLeon? I want to talk to you about something,â Y/N shouted out in the dark forest. She wanted to apologize to him for how she acted when he confessed to her, but she hasnât seen him since trials ended.
Shouting his name again, she saw him and Jane talking quietly next to the river. Staring at the two, she felt something within her that she hasnât felt before.
Deciding to ignore it, she went to talk with them, but she saw Jane touch his shoulder, and his body lit up in bright pink. Did he already move on from me? Y/N asked herself. Deciding to let them talk it out, Y/N moved back to her tent, waiting for Rin or Danny to get her.
When she heard Leon and Jane come back to the camp, laughing, Y/N felt a pang of sadness. Why am I even feeling this way? Heâs the one who was giving me the feelings of love when he confessed to me. Heâs ok with talking to anyone he wants to. Y/N told herself as she looked at the top of her tent. Sighing out, she heard Leon open her tent and say âKnock, Knock,â to let her know he was there.
For some reason, she decided to ignore him and continue to stare at the tents ceiling. âY/N?â Leon asked, confused why she isnât responding to him, even though sheâs fully aware heâs there.
Clearing his throat, Leon continued what he was going to say, âFeng explained that you were calling and asking around for me, and when I asked where you were, they said you were in your tent.â
Ignoring his comment, Y/N closed her eyes, pretending to go to sleep. Getting frustrated at her stubbornness, Leon continues to talk with her. âIf you donât want to talk with anyone at the moment, let me know and Iâll tell the others to leave you alone but stop ignoring me!â Leon shouted, frustrated.
âWhy donât you go talk with Jane! She kept enough company to you when I went looking for you,â Y/N shouted back at him, feeling his and her own frustration. Why couldnât he just leave me alone? Y/N asked herself.Â
âWhat are you talking about! Jane and I were talking about the next trial, I was teacher her Bite the Bullet!â Leon shouted, moving around and grabbing at his hair. âWhy do you care so much that I talk with Jane anyways? You were the one who didnât want to date me because you werenât sure about your feelings towards me.â
âWell maybe I lied! Maybe I do like you and seeing you with Jane, so far away, I was also lying to myself!â Y/N shouted while also getting up, facing Leon.
Leon was stunned for a second too long and Y/N took this chance to continue to talk. âAnd so what if I did love you like you loved me! It seemed like Jane was getting really comfortable with you when you two talked. Touching youâre arm, touching your shoulder! Teaching her an ability doesnât require physical touch!â
âAre you jealous?â Leon finally asked.
âNo!â Y/N shouted, blushing like she got caught doing something she wasnât suppose to do.
âYeah, you are,â Leon said, smirking. He walked closer to her while she threw her hands around, saying something he couldnât understand. Y/N continued to rant but Leon wasnât listening.
Grabbing her arm, Y/N stopped talking and looked up at Leon just as he shoved his lips onto hers. Staring wide eyes at him, Y/N searched his face for anything that could affect her, and instead, closed her eyes.
Around them, the two let off a bright pink aura, lighting up the room.
When they pulled away, Leon noticed something. He saw her eyes were pink, and he was in a pink bubble.Â
Y/N opened her eyes and she too saw they were in a pink bubble.
âIs this what you see?â Leon asked as he looked around and at her eyes.
âYeah.â
âWow, Iâm terrible at hiding my feelings,â Leon laughed.
Y/N laughed just as Leon kissed her again. Instead of hesitating, kissed back immediately.
There was whooping outside, which Y/N knew as her 2 best friends. Leon heard it too and saw the anger on Y/Nâs face. Grabbing her waist before Y/N could run off and attack them, Leon whispered, âLet them have it, they helped you find out your true feelings.â
âI guess so,â Y/N laughed as she wrapped her arms around his neck, kissing him in her tent again.
Hereâs part 2 of Damnation

âWhat do you mean itâs time for another trial! Most of us just got out!â David shouted as he too noticed the crows.
âWhat do the crows have to do with trials?â Y/N asked, quirking a blonde eyebrow at him.Â
âThe crows let us know who The Entity chooses and let us prepare for the trail,â Leon explained as a crow landed on his shoulder. He let out a loud sigh in disappointment but didnât verbalize his dislike for being chosen. One by one, each crow chose a person for the next trial. David, Kate, Nea, and Elodie were chosen for one trial, and Y/N, Leon, Chris, and Cheryl were chosen for the other trial.
David let out a loud groan in annoyance. âAt least Iâm not stuck with the newbie and puppy love cop,â David stated as he stood up, walking towards Claudette. âShut up David!â Kate shouted as she hit him on the back of his head. David ignored it and continued to Claudette.
âHere, I wanna teach you some things,â Lean said as he stood up and held his hand out, his cheeks a light pink in embarrassment. Taking the hand, Leon led her to Feng Min. âFeng, do you mind teaching Y/N how to use Lithe before the trial?â
âSure,â Feng confidently states as she explained what Lithe was. âSo when you quickly vault a pallet or window, youâll want to kick off the object and run as fast as you can. Youâll lose stamina for a little while, but after about a minute without running, youâll be able to do it again.â
âThank you for the tip,â Y/N thanked Feng before Leon held onto her wrist. Turning her wrist, Leon pointed to 4 diamond shapes on her wrist. âThese are our perks, we are only allowed to have 4, but they help us in the trial. See, you already have Fengâs perk,â Leon explained and Y/N saw one of the diamond-shaped objects have a woman vaulting over a window.
âI want to teach you another perk, itâs really useful.â Leon excitedly states and leads them towards Claudette. David just finished up talking with her and Claudette turned to the duo. âDo you mind teaching Y/N how to self-care?â
âYeah, you're going to teach her Bite the Bullet?â Claudette asked. Leon nodded his head, smiling. âOk, so when you have this perk on, youâll always have bandages to heal yourself. Itâs unlimited so donât worry about resources, just make sure youâre safe before healing up,â Claudette explained and another diamond shape was filled up. It had a hand being wrapped up. âThank you, Claudette,â Y/N thanked the botanist. Smiling, Claudette went to acknowledge another survivor Y/N forgot their name.
âOk, now weâre going to quickly talk to Jake and then we should be ready for the next trial,â Leon said and led her to Jake. He was just gazing into the fire, minding his own business.
âJake, would you help teach Y/N iron will?â
Snapping out of his daze, he looked at Leon then Y/N. Jake nodded his head and began to explain how to use Iron Will. âYouâll just want to refrain from grunting or moaning out in pain. Think of it as if you donât stay quiet, youâll be found,â Jake said nonchalantly before getting up from the log he was sitting on and walking away, towards the forest.
âDonât mind him, heâs been on his own so he prefers to be by himself. We also secretly think The Entity likes him out of everyone,â Leon whispers to Y/N, knowing immediately she felt she did something wrong. Laughing at the joke Leon made, Y/N saw the third diamond was occupied by a person biting something in their mouth.
âOk, now for Bite the Bullet. Youâll want to heal yourself slowly, which in return will keep bandaging up quiet and youâll heal yourself quicker the slower and quiet you are,â Leon explained as he showed her the last diamond was filled with Leon holding up his arm while wrapping it. Erudite all four of the perks, Y/N glanced up at him, smiling as a âThank youâ before all the crows at once cawed. âGame time,â Leon shouted as Y/Nâs vision slowly went black. âI put an offering to spawn next to you.â Y/N heard someone whisper before she gained her sight back. Getting a good view of her surroundings, she saw Leon at the end of a hallway.
Y/N was standing in a corner, a door to her immediate left, Leon down the hallway to her right, and two more doors on each side of the walls. The one on the right door leads to a stairway going up, and the door on the left side of the hallway leads into a storage room. Leon ushered Y/N into the storage room, where a generator was. Getting to work on it, Y/N and Leon worked in silence, harmoniously, waiting for the killer to come by.Â
âYouâre doing edification on the generators, Iâm impressed,â Leon praised when he noticed they were almost done with the generator and there was no mess up.
Y/N kept glancing at Leon, thinking what the letters on his vest meant. Leon noticed she kept glancing at his vest, so he decided to ask, âWhy do you keep glancing at my vest?â
âIâm trying to decipher what those letters mean on your vest,â Y/N explained as the two finished the generator. Leon then explained that it stands for âRacoon Police Departmentâ, where he worked before being pulled into this world. Y/N nodded her head before growling was heard behind her. Spinning around, Y/N saw a person slowly walking up to the duo. Leon acted quickly and grabbed Y/Nâs arms and dragged her into his chest. Y/N let out a squeak of surprise and looked at Leon confused. âThose are zombies, you donât want them to bite you or youâll get infected,â Leon explained as he dragged them away. However, another zombie appeared in the doorway, blocking them in.
Y/N started to panic a little, and Leon was looking around, trying to find a way out. Fortunately, the zombies didnât notice them just yet and Leon spotted a locker. Swiftly yet quietly, Leon brought the two into the locker, hopefully, to give the zombies enough time to move away. If Leon had his gun, he would have shot at them, but he lost it when the Entity dragged him into the game.
The locker had only enough room for one person, however, there was no other locker and the zombies were starting to enter the room. Leon opened the locker and entered it then dragged Y/N along with him. Y/N and Leon were in a juxtaposition, their bodies being forced to get close. Y/Nâs face immediately went flush. Her heart rate picked up when Leon laid his head on top of hers. Y/N was inevitably shorter than Leon. Her face was in his chest and noticed it was very broad. She could hear his heartbeat and his breathing. Leonâs heart was beating so fast out of anxiety, almost getting caught by the zombies. Y/Nâs legs were tangled in Leonâs, her left leg in between his legs, and his arms were around her waist. There was a pregnant pause before Y/N started hearing her heartbeat in her ears. She felt Leon tense up, squeezing her closer to him, which made her face flush red even more.Â
Y/N then heard something outside the locker, but she wasnât tall enough to look through the small shudders, but Leon could. Whatever was outside the locker growled out âS.T.A.R.Sâ while stomping around. There was breathing right out the lockers doors and Y/Nâs breathing picked up while she pushed her body into his even more. Leon noticed her breathing and he needed her to be quiet, or else theyâll be found. Lifting his head from Y/Nâs, he quietly moved his hand to her chin and made her look at him. Leon mouthed âYou need to be quiet,â however Y/N knew she couldnât. She shook her head, trying to tell him she canât. Thinking quickly, Leon leaned down and kissed her.Â
Y/N tensed up but realized it was helping her concentrate on him and not her panicking. Leaning into him, Y/N kissed back and prayed she wasnât causing noise doing so. Her heart rate picked up in her chest, and the heartbeat in her ears softened. There was a roar of a generator being finished, so Leon knew the killer was gone, but he didnât focus on that, only on Y/Nâs lips. They were soft and plump, while his lips were chapped, rough, and thin. Y/Nâs kissed enough men in her lifetime, but Leon was more delicate than the others Y/Nâs been with. Y/N was enjoying the kiss and when Leon reluctantly pulled away, she was disappointed. Y/N and Leon stayed pushed against each other for a moment longer, making sure when they exit the locker, there would be no danger. When there was no noise for danger, the two left, Leon let her go first and then closed the locker behind him.
âSorry, I didnât know what else to do to calm your panicking with the killer around,â Leon apologized sheepishly, rubbing the back of his neck. Y/N looked down, trying to hide her blushing face. âItâs ok, I kinda enjoyed it,â she said quietly while hiding her face with her hands. Leon saw her in a new light after that.Â
âLeon, stop staring at the newbie with puppy dog eyes, and let's move,â a voice spoke up. It wasnât a femalesâ voice and it startled the two. Leon blushed while glaring at Chris before he agreed and followed him. Y/Nâs whole face was red while she followed them.Â
âWhat generator did you finish?â Leon asked Chris as the three of them moved up the stairs. Chris went first and Leon let Y/N go next, following behind her.
âCheryl and I just finished the generator in the showers, and Nemesis is chasing her right now,â Chris explained while letting Y/N know who the killer is. âI think itâs best we do a generator on the other side, outside. Just so we donât 2 gen ourselves,â Chris continued as he led them to the other side of the building. There was a statue in the main lobby, but it was broken and there was a black substance oozing out of the cracks.
Walking through a secret door and into an office, their heart rate picked up. Y/N went to stop but Leon touched her bicep to let her know itâs ok to keep moving. When the three started working on the generator, there was a loud whip sound and scream from Cheryl. Y/N flinched while still working on the generator.
The heartbeat was still loud in her ears, but Chrisâ shout was louder. âRun!â he screamed while getting off the almost finished generator. Y/N looked to her left and saw a tall figure with a grotesque face. The thing imminent towards her and Leon. Y/N got off the generator with Leon and they ran towards a burning helicopter. Running quickly past the hot flames, Y/N and Leon ran from the tall killer. As they ran down the hallway, a zombie stood idly, brainlessly. With the motion of heavy footsteps of the killer and light patter of Y/N and Leon, the zombie turned and walked towards them. âY/N look out!â Leon shouted as he threw a pallet down on the killer, stunning him. Y/N wasnât fully aware of the zombie headed her way until it was too late. The zombie tackled her to the ground and bit into her exposed neck. Y/N let out an agonizing scream. Leon acted quickly and slammed his foot into the zombie, stunning it and knocking it off her. He lifted Y/N by her arms then picked her up bridal style, running as he noticed the killer was right on his tail. Leon had one job, and he failed it. His omission to protect her out the window.
Y/N moved her hand to her neck, trying to stop the bleeding, failing as it seeped through her fingers. âItâs going to be ok, youâll be ok,â Leon repeatedly whispered to Y/N as he noticed the tears running down her cheeks. Leon kept running with Y/N in his arms, the killer chasing him. However, it was lethal as the Tyrant hit Leonâs back. Leon shouted out and almost dropped Y/N but regained his balance. There was a grunt of pain, indicating that Chris threw down the pallet that Leon ran through, on the killer. Cheryl came in as well, trying to get the killer onto her.
The Tyrant took the bait and followed Cheryl, who led it away from the trio. Leon groaned out in pain as he wobbled to set Y/N down. However, Leon fell on his knees in pain and if it werenât for Chris being next to him, Leon wouldâve landed and injured Y/N more. Chris quickly started getting to work on Y/Nâs wound. Trusting he knew how to stop the bleeding, Y/N just closed her eyes, letting Chris stop her from bleeding out.
âWe need to find a cure, now,â Leon grunted out as he started healing himself, grabbing the pliable bandages from his pockets. Chris only nodded his head in agreement. The room was quiet except for the small whimpers Y/N let out. When Chris got done with wrapping her neck, making sure the bandage wouldnât leak with blood, confirming he stopped the bleeding, stepped back and made his way towards the double doors. Y/N went to stand but the amount of blood she lost, she blacked out. Leon just finished healing too, freaked out, and caught her. Chris was almost out when he heard Leon grunt. He turned around and saw that Y/N was limp in Leonâs arms, eyes closed.
âDid she just pass out?â Chris questioned harshly. Leon glared at him but nodded anyway. âI think she lost too much blood.â
Chris groaned in annoyance before catching himself halfway through. Chris knew she was new to all this pain, not having the same life he and his friends did. Sighing, Chris walked out of the office he led them to. âWhere are you going?â Leon asked as he picked Y/N up bridal style.
âTo go find her the vaccine before she turns,â Chris said over his shoulder nonchalantly. âYou wait here, make sure no zombies come in and keep Nemesis away from her. Donât want her waking up with a tainted hook through her shoulder.â Chris stopped just right at the door before glancing behind him, watching as he traversed into a small room connected to the big office full of desks. He scrutinized Leon, seeing the way his eyes held adoration, worry, and disappointment. âLeon,â Chris started and Leon stopped right at the doorway, looking at Chris. âDonât use her as a rebound,â was all he said before vacating through the double doors in the office. Looking at the door Chris vanished through, Leon then glanced down at Y/Nâs sleeping form, frowning.
Chris was tolerable but Leon grew irritated at his choice of words and tone. Leon knew what he was talking about. Ada Wong. Leon told him about her once they settled in the realm, how much he missed her but hoped she was doing good. Leon took the time waiting for Chris to think about what he said. Am I in love with Ada? Leon finally asked himself. He let himself think about Ada then about Y/N, comparing the feelings he felt between the two. Before he could think any more on the matter, Y/N started to stir awake.Â
Moving her head, Y/N let out a quiet yelp, forgetting about her injury, hoping she wasnât stuck in the game of cat and mouse. Leon snapped out of his thoughts and quickly tended to her, making sure she wasnât in too much malaise. âLetâs go do another generator. Chris will be able to find us easily if we finish the generator we were working on,â Leon explained as he guided her slowly back to the generator. Slowly making their way up the stairs, the two eventually made it back to the almost completed generator. There were many vantage points around them, so they could see and predict when the killer would come their way.
There was a rough spike of wind, and not having much protection from the cold - only wearing her purple doctor shirt and white robe. Y/N quaked at the lack of a coat. Leon acknowledged this and decided to give her his leather and wool coat he wore before the trial. Thanking him for his kindness, Y/N immediately felt a wave of serenity and comfort. It smelled of musk and pine. The scent brought nostalgia to her, reminding her of her childhood. Living in the woods with her parents before she decided to move to the city, helping people in their time of need.
Snapping back to the generator, Y/N neglected to see that Leon was watching her carefully. Leon knew instantly that he loved her, and Ada was just a fling. The way his favorite and only leather and wool coat hung loosely on Y/N. He noticed his heart race when looking or being around her, something Ada failed to provide to him. He noticed his face would heat up when thinking of her, or how unusually worried he gets when sheâs in danger.
Focusing back on the generator, the light illuminated the area around them. âLetâs head back inside so you donât get soaked. Chris should be here soon,â Leon explained as he helped Y/N inside through the door by the stairs going down.
âWhy do we need to wait for Chris?â Y/N suddenly asked, not quite sure why they needed to waste more time to get her healed. âHe already made sure I didn't bleed out.â
âThat bite is from a zombie, if we donât give you the vaccine in time, youâll turn into one of them until we all die or escape.â
A chill went down Y/Nâs spine. It chilled her to the bone thinking about turning into one of those things and possibly hurting Leon too. Leon then brought her closer to the light, explaining he needed to peruse the bandages around her neck, to make sure itâs still ok from the rain. He tilted her neck to get a better view of the bandaged wound. They were so close together it made Y/N blush again, overly confused about her feelings towards the tall, dirty blond, emo-style, hair policeman.
There was a deep cough, stopping Leon from his full inspection. âHere I got the vaccine,â Chris explains as he hands Leon the syringe. Cautiously, Leon injected the vaccine in her arm, going to stop the virus from turning her into a mindless zombie. As he was doing so, there was a chime around them, letting them know they only needed one more generator to leave.
âChris, could you guide Y/N to the generator downstairs, Iâm going to make a flashbang,â Leon asked Chris. Nodding his head, Chris helped Y/N down the stairs and helped her behind them, where a door was. While the two worked on the generator, Leon entered a locker and started crafting a flashbang he furtively took the spare parts from the generators they completed.
Exiting and heading down the staircase where Chris and Y/N went, a zombie came out of the doorway at the foot of the stairs. It noticed Leon, so he decided it was best to distract it before it was brought back to Y/N and Chris. Turning around, another zombie was already walking down the staircase to him. Leon had no choice but to use his flashbang, to stun them enough to get around them safely. Pulling the pin and throwing it at his feet, Leon shut his eyes tightly and covered his ears with his hands. There was a bright light and a deafening sound, though muffled because of Leon covering his ears, the zombies were stunned by the blinding light and loud noise. The flashbang was used squander, stupidly. Chris and Y/N heard the loud noise outside the door and then a couple of bafflegab noises.
âLeon must have been sandwiched,â Chris explained as he noticed Y/N was looking out the doorway. Nodding while looking back to her work, the two completed the generator in no time. There was a loud chime, letting everyone know the exit gates were powered and readied to be open.
âThereâs a door right outside here, the other one is in the main lobby, in case we get chased out of here,â Chris explained as he helped the angel to the exit gate. Leon wasnât around and the zombies werenât around either. âYou go ahead and open it, Iâll take lookout.â
Pulling the lever, Y/N and Chris wait patiently, eager to get out of the trial. âOnce we get back to the campfire, we should have a couple of hours to ourselves before trials start again. Kinda like nighttime,â Chris let Y/N know of the plans after they got out.
While talking, the duo heard Leon scream. Chris was already gone by the time Y/N turned around. There was no heartbeat in her ears, which let her know if the killer was coming, so she assumed Leon must have been jumped by zombies. Deciding to wait on opening the exit gates, Y/N went to walk towards where she heard Leon scream, but Chris came back with Leon. He was hanging off Chrisâ shoulder, his left hand holding his neck. âOpen the exit, Iâve got a syringe,â Chris explained as he waited for Y/N to open the exit.
âWhat about Cheryl?â Y/N asked, worried for the other female.
âShe knows to meet us here or sheâs already at the other exit,â Chris reassured her. Pulling the lever down, the exit gates opened up. The floor started to shake and break open with the transparent lava seeping through, just like the last trial. Chris led Leon in and Y/N went to work and injected the syringe. Once she was done, Y/N helped Chris, the duo led Leon vamoosed back to the safety of the campfire.Â
When they got there, Chris sat Leon on the log by the fire, Y/N quickly getting situated to help his wound, forgetting about her own. Everyone suddenly was interested in Y/N working, not used to a doctor being around them. Only used to Claudette using her plants to heal their wounds, or reusing bloodied bandages. Cheryl walked back without any injuries, Y/N quickly noticed while still working on Leonâs wound. After cleaning it with alcohol and stitching the skin back together, Y/N then started working on her wounds. However, she couldnât see what she was doing, so she left it alone for now. Maybe I can look for staff while I have this free time. Y/N told herself.
After a while, Y/N saw three figures walking back to the campfire. Kate, Elodie, and Nea came back, limping and wincing. David was nowhere in sight, so Y/N only assumed he was sacrificed. Even though she knew they didn't die, Y/N was dejected. He may be penurious to her, he was still a breathing, living being.
When the three females sat down by the fire, they acted like everything was fine. However, Y/N knew to get their wounds checked. So she went over to Kate first, asking her if she could check her wounds. Kate explained that once trials are done for the night, they are healed by the Entity, so they didnât have any wounds. That would explain why my neck doesnât feel like itâs on fire. Y/N thought to herself as she went to sit back down by Leon, the only spot open.Â
Suddenly, David was on the ground behind her, groaning and panting. Y/N was startled up from her sitting position. She saw David was on his hands and knees, his head bent down towards the ground, spitting out his saliva. Y/N moved around the log to help him but he waved her off, not accepting help. She jettisoned his rudeness as a moment of weakness and sat back down. Accepting the new reality of the stratification place, getting accountable with the people around her.
Throughout the night, waiting for another trial, Y/N listened to David jactitated about his fights before he was pulled into the realm. Explaining how no matter how many times he got beat up, he would always win, never staunching.Â
Leon told Y/N about his time in his police academy, telling her of all the fun times he had with his other coworkers, how hard it was, and the best memories he had. Leon saw Y/N showing such vibrant elation which luminaries to Leon. However, their storytelling hiatus when crows started swarming the survivors. Everyone was each picked for a trial, and Y/N was chosen to be with David, Nea, and Ash. Y/N sighed exasperatedly and got ready, bringing the perks she used before the night started.
âYo, Newbie, donât be an imbecile. Iâd like to survive this trial!â David shouted, reviled at her. Gritting her teeth, Y/N decided to ignore him and prepare for the next trial. Y/Nâs vision blackened and soon, she found herself to be inside some hospital.Â
Y/N knew this place, this is where she worked before she was taken. The area around her was locale. Y/N was home.
Note: Here I am with some fluff!!!!!!! I had a lot of fun writing this :) Enjoy!Â

âJust cooperate with me, please,â Leon said as he tried to drag you from the bathroom and to his bed. You began throwing up like crazy, and Leon made sure to stay by your side in the bathroom. Your right arm was over his neck and your body was so close against his that you felt his muscles. You giggled and stumbled, struggling to walk straight with your drunken state.Â
âFor sure, I will cooprate with you, you hottie,â you drawled, slurring your words. Leon snorted and knew immediately you were going to regret drinking so much. You were leaning your whole weight onto him, but it didn't bother him. Finally, he managed to get you to his bed. You plopped onto the bed face first and groaned, while Leon sighed. You laid on the right side of the bed, your body straight as a log.Â
"[Name]?" you became quiet and stayed still, so Leon called out your name. He quickly turned you over and you were knocked out cold, your cheeks still pink from the alcohol in your system. The blonde huffed and leaned over you, struggling to put you under the covers. He managed to after a few minutes since your whole body was like a heavy log. Before he was going to leave to the living room, he heard you muttering and turned around. "This girl talks in her sleep?" Leon chuckled and walked over to you. His blazing blue orbs analyzed your features, and he brought a hand to brush a strand of hair out of your face. Seeing your face peaceful like this was probably his second favorite expression of yours. The back of his hand softly caressed your cheek and you stirred. âCute,â he mumbled and covered your shoulders with the blanket. He stayed watching you for a few minutes and reluctantly left to the living room to sleep on the couch.Â
--
"Ugh," you groaned, raising a hand to your pounding head. I fucked up. Why did I drink crazily, goddammit! You slowly sat up and looked around the unfamiliar interior. Then, immediately, you looked to your left to check if Leon was in bed with you, but he wasnât. Thank goodness! I thought I did something stupid last night! A huge headache came back to you and you moaned, rubbing your head. âDammit,â you grumbled. You eventually wobbled out of the room and into the kitchen after your headache ceased a little. âI need some aspirin, something.â You looked through the kitchen cabinets, looking for the medicine. You eventually found it on the kitchen counter near the sink, and you gladly took it with a glass of water. You looked around the kitchen, and it was indeed clean. Well, Leon was mostly working on his missions anyway, so of course itâs clean. Leon lived in an apartment offered by the government. There are perks to it, I guess. Over the kitchen counter, you saw Leon sleeping soundly on the couch. You rinsed youâre glass of water, and then walked over to the sleeping blonde. âCute,â you whispered, kneeling beside him. His right arm was tucked under his head, while his left hand rested on his abdomen. Leonâs eyelashes were so long it wasnât even fair. Why does he have better eyelashes than me?! His hair was messy, and skin was so clear and overall, he was just perfect. Handsome, strong, thick in the right places, and a very cute dork. His peaceful, sleeping expression. Now, you will admit this was your second favorite expression of his. For some reason, you had an urge to kiss him on the cheek, but you held back the feeling. Instead, you opted to shower, after a few more minutes of staring at the handsome agent.Â
-
When you finished showering, you wiped yourself dry and put on the same clothes as last night. The bathroom was steamy from your super hot, lava shower. It was getting stuffy, so you opened the door, only to be met with a sleepy, messy haired Leon, rubbing his eyes. Holy fuck, that is so cute, what the fuck. âMorning,â he muttered, voice raspy.Â
âGood morning, Leon,â you managed to not stutter. You walked pass him and went to sit on the couch, feeling fresh and dazed. Ugh, oh my god. Leon isnât good for my heart. You clutched your beating chest and sighed. You could hear the sound of the water running and him brushing his teeth. You thought back to yourself being drunk and you really hoped you didnât say anything dumb. You couldnât remember much from last night, so hopefully it was nothing dumb.Â
âHow you feeling?â Leon asked as he walked to the kitchen to grab a glass of water. You looked over at him, eyes immediately looking at his bed head. You snorted and he blinked, then realized what you were looking at. âOh, yeah, it gets too much to handle,â he said his lips curling upwards.Â
âIâm sure, but it looks cute! Anyways, Iâm feeling good. I took an aspirin,â you answered.Â
âThat's good, because you definitely were a headache last night,â he said and you blinked.
âDid I do anything embarrassing?â You asked, feeling nervous. He hummed, a devious smirk appearing on his lips.Â
âWell, you were pretty bold last night,â he started and you stiffened, âyou started touching me, and kept trying to kiss me.â You brought a hand to your mouth, feeling mortified. âThen, you said you wanted to have my babies.âÂ
âThere's no way,â you said, eyes wide. I mean, I do want your babies, maybe.
âYeah, sadly, you didnât. So there was no way you did it,â he said and began laughing. âThe look on your face!â He laughed hard, his shoulders and messy hair shaking. You watched him, stunned.Â
âH-hey! I was really scared I did that!â You cried, feeling embarrassed. He continued laughing, and you werenât sure why it was so funny, but you began to laugh anyway.Â
âWhyâre you laughing?â He asked between laughter.Â
âI-Itâs not even funny, butââ then, you snorted. Leon laughed even harder and so did you. As you laughed and watched the blonde laugh uncontrollably, you realized you had never seen him laugh like this.Â
Laughing Leon was definitely your first favorite expression of his.Â
Little did you know, Leon thought the same.
â
âI realized you said âsadlyâ, Leon. Care to explain?âÂ
â. . .Did I say that? I donât think I didâhahahaha!â
