"Hold the reins tighter. Yes, just like that."

Despite all her experience with chocobos, Léonne had to admit she was a bit out of her depth with this one. While it was one thing to train a bird to tolerate being ridden, teaching someone how to ride was another. Especially a child.

Thank the twelve little Amor had the patience of a saint when it came to all things chocobo. The young child held a white-knuckle grip on the reins, drawing a soft creak from the leather. The sound drew a chuckle out of her.

"Okay, maybe not that tight," she tutted, reaching to adjust their grip. Amor's hands immediately melted into hers upon contact, allowing her to gently mold them into something that was surely more comfortable. Catching a quiet sigh as she let go, she looked up to see their brow furrowed, clearly busy committing the shape of their hands to memory.

Gods, what ever did she do to be blessed with finding such an adorable child?

"Alright, now we can get started on moving. Are you ready?" She suppressed a laugh as their head shot up, nodding enthusiastically with an affirmative grunt.
