The current ruler of Lith is King Leodor Dunnlisoxr Lithrag, who has been reigning for nearly thirty years, since he was in his mid-twenties. He ascended to the throne at an early age due to the untimely death of his father, Dunnlin Brasconsoxr Lithrag. The Queen Mother Halanka Karatratria of Altomir continues to serve as a trusted adviser.
The Queen Consort is Taibhíona na'Sealan oidh Bridh, one of the islands to the northwest of Velerky. Her mother is Duchess Sealan na'Baebhedh oidh Bridh, and her father is Prince Tusuin Akhatuine of Dirigali, far to the south. She was married as per tradition, when Leodor rescued her from her tower; he is eight years her senior.
Leodor and Taibhíona are well-respected and competent rulers. He is quite strict in his traditional ways, but she brings a spark of levity and a flair for the unorthodox into the marriage - at least in their personal lives.
Together they have six children.
The eldest, and heir to the throne, is Braagor Leodsoxr Lithrag. In his early 30s, he does not show the aptitude for magic his parents clearly desired in naming him after the great sorcerer Braagor Falgrith of Undiquitus. He is being groomed to one day assume the throne, and has rescued & married Princess Ikeria of Farun, who is Very Proper. He has one five-year-old son, Cruslem Braagorsoxr.
Second in line is Tanisthel Leodsoxr, in his late 20s, does study magic with decent success. He has shown reluctance to go about rescuing princesses, and expected levels of jealousy towards his elder brother, but seems well-suited to his probable destiny as an advisor.
Halangia Leodraxr, the eldest daughter, in her early 20s, has been happily married to Lord Kothos Raphoutis of Masecraeia, west of the Velerky peninsula, where she now lives, and has had two young children.
Altheadra Leodraxr is the middle daughter, eighteen years old, and currently completing her coming-of-age/ courtship ceremony by awaiting rescue in a tower... much to her chagrin.
The youngest boy is Ohemlink, in his early teens, followed by the youngest girl, Gwimerna, at barely ten.
