Uh, this is a hard choice. A VERY HARD CHOICE. But I’ll say that Aries and Leo are better for friendship because they are both fire signs and will argue and fight with each other like a thousand times a day, and you don’t want that in a relationship, no matter how sweet and cute it might seem. But still, they are BOMB together in a relationship if they succeed to find  mutual language with which they can understand each other. However, the Aries and Libra combination seems like a decent one, with the Aries being the leader and the Libra being the manipulator lmao this seems like such a cute relationship. Aries and Libra are opposite signs which makes them love each other beyond limits OR hate each other beyond limits, there is no in-between. You get me? 

They will literally diss you most of the time and make fun of you, even insult you. After this phase, they will try to befirend you but be careful to not stay in the friendzone. And what is most important, FIGHT. Fight back because Leos test their “prey” with battles and arguing, only to decide if the person is interesting enough for them or not.

Woah WOAHHH!!! This is an insanely great combination of two fiery signs full of love and weird/crazily-insane understanding for each other. You two might get SO involved in your relationship that you forget your surroundings. This seems like a very potential relationship! You might love to travel the world together, have fun meeting new people and exploring new cultures. Go for it! I don’t like it that both of them will always compete for some imaginary first place in literally everything. With finding a mutual language, this can be fixed. But you two will have to stay concentrated to NOT explode when you’re triggered. Otherwise, it’s a good combination!
