He has been mentioned at least once! Gemma mentioned him in the Brookside crossover episode (she said, "Pretending to be dead was for mine and Leo's benefit?"), so we know they haven't retconned him out 👀 I'm surprised as well, but since it's been only close to a year since it was revealed that Donny is Mick and they brought Gemma in, there's still time! I hope to god Steven would be willing to come back - we know he's still close to a lot of the Brookside cast, including Louis, and they really did cast them so well, he's perfect 😭

I'm not sure about arrested, but he has in fact been questioned by the police 😭 When Nikki was drugged and assaulted, it was in his house at a party that he and Tinhead had thrown without Donny or Sinbad's knowledge, so they were both suspects and got taken into the station a couple of times. There may also have been other instances as he was tangled up with his cousin Jerome when he was getting into trouble a lot

Since we didn’t get him this time, I am still crossing my fingers for him to pop up around autumn/winter. Dodger having a friend would be fun
