Regina/Blue Fairy - wish fulfillment (I just woke up. Good afternoon!)

Regina doesn’t know what to say at first. After wishing her entire life for help and receiving none, she’s never expected a fairy of any sort to grant her anything. To find the Blue Fairy standing at the foot of her bed some eighteen years too late is almost insulting. She nearly wishes to be left alone, merely to spite the Blue Fairy’s sudden surge of ‘good will.’ But if this is her one shot at getting any wish of her choosing, she decides to use the opportunity as best she can.
She thinks about wishing for different parents, but she doesn’t know if that will help anything. For all she knows, the Blue Fairy will send her somewhere and sometime worse than here and now. She could wish for the King to disappear, but then everyone would point the finger at her. There seems to be no easy fix for her life--no simple wish that will mend everything that has broken or gone amiss.
Casting her eyes away, she says, “I wish someone would honestly and truly love me.”
The Blue Fairy stares at her for a moment and then steps forward. Technically speaking, she’s not allowed to grant wishes regarding the free will of others, but she’s not using magic in this case. She cups Regina’s cheeks, draws Regina’s face up, and kisses her slowly.

Actually, it was a pen name I chose for myself about nine years ago. It’s a weird misspelling of Kim, which I thought was clever. Apparently, it also means questioning your manhood, but that was never my intended purpose. Then again, I do that a lot.
Any fics where either Regina or Emma are blind from the start or become blind during the fic? I already read Touch and See -NikiFrost, Precious Illusions - RowArk, & where Regina falls for the bottle blonde - red_streaks.

Have you ever considered getting a hypoallergenic animal? One of my friends has major allergies & she was still able to be paired with a guide dog. Also, are there any hairless animals you like? I'm partial to reptiles myself.
Mini schnauzers work for me, they don’t give me allergies, so that’s why I want one. To be fair though, I have a cat. I even had two, once upon a time. Allergies be damned.
Hairless animals though. If I had a big ocean, I’d want a killer whale.
I mean, what a lovely sight would that be to see in the morning.

What topic did you choose?
Over the course of my relatively short life, I have grappled with where I fall on the gender and sexuality spectrums. Two months ago, I started using ‘they/them’ pronouns, which brought into sharp focus how my gender performance impacts not only me but those around me.
