Ingredients: 1 package lemon drop cake mix. 1 1/4 cups water. 1/3 cup vegetable oil. 3 large eggs. 1 cup lemon curd. 2 cups whipped cream. 1 cup graham cracker crumbs. Lemon slices for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat the oven according to cake mix instructions. In a bowl, mix cake mix, water, oil, and eggs until well combined. Pour batter into a greased baking dish and bake as directed. Allow the cake to cool completely and then crumble it into small pieces. In serving glasses, layer crumbled cake, lemon curd, whipped cream, and graham cracker crumbs.
