Salmon tartare served in crispy baked wonton cups is a delightful appetizer that offers a burst of fresh flavors and textures. The combination of tender salmon, zesty lemon, and aromatic dill creates a dish that is both elegant and flavorful.
Ingredients: 12 wonton wrappers. 200g fresh salmon fillet, finely diced. 1 small shallot, minced. 1 tablespoon capers, chopped. 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste. Microgreens, for garnish optional.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. To make cups, press wonton wrappers into mini muffin tin cups. After the oven is hot, bake for 5 to 7 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Put chopped capers, chopped dill, diced salmon, minced shallot, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Combine well. After the wonton cups have been baked and cooled, put some of the salmon tartare blend into each one. Add microgreens as a garnish if you want. Serve right away and enjoy!
