garrett swung his head over to look at jj, squinting eyes at the blonde. he leaned over, shoving at his shoulder with a playful huff and roll of eyes. the question is full of tease, sense of playfulness as garrett finally stood and grabbed his bookbag. with an effortless swing, shoved the bookbag onto shoulders and then leaned down to grab the car keys, his lighter, and the two joints jj had rolled up.

"You know my dad is a factory worker. My mom got sick once when I was little, and couldnt watch me and my sister. My dad was too cheap to pay a babysitter so he just brought us to work with him. It was wildly dangerous and irresponsible but well... it was my dad. So what does anyone expect realistically. I learned a lot from it though. He taught me how some of the machines worked. Let me watch him take them apart to clean them and put them back together. That's kind of where I learned to work on the boat engines. Im no expert but I can get by." She shrugged.
