Summary: We’ve all been cocky about how we would beat a certain character in a fight or how we could totally handle living in the world where said characters live… well what if the universe tested you to see if you could back that claim. 

Chapter 1: HERE COMES- Wait…Who are you?

“Well Duh! If I had similar powers to the Monkey King or Macaque I would use them very irresponsibly, hell I bet I could kick Macaque’s butt if I could have a fraction of the shadow abilities he has. Beat him at his own spooky game!” Her comments were rather boisterous, almost loud enough for the heavens to hear as she laughed at her own antics, her friend on FaceTime laughing with her “You always have to choose violence don’t you?” Her friend asked, still snickering a bit, “It is as the old saying goes: Violence is not the answer. It is the question and the answer is: Yes!” This silly answer caused her friend to have a giggle fit then huff “You are too goofy for your own good” she huffs a laugh in response. 

They eventually ended their call as it was getting late and sleep was important (kinda). After getting ready for bed she still couldn’t help herself from thinking about the world of Monkie Kid, “Heh, I could definitely handle being in the world of Monkie Kid, it’s not as bad as the other shows I’ve watched and most of the villains would be puntable” she mutters to herself as she slips into bed, humming the theme song as she dozed off….

She awoke the next morning, very sluggish and not really in a bright mood. She trudged into the bathroom to wash her face in the hope that it would wake her up. It did wake up a bit, she took a glance at the mirror before continuing to dry her face but soon she took a pause. She slowly lowers the towel, then actually takes a good look in the mirror and notices she looks very different. Incredibly different. 

She was furry now; she looked like a bunny. Floppy ears, twitchy nose, glowing green eyes; she looked behind her and there was a tail behind her. She also took note that she also had a bit of a lego like appearance. “Oh. MY-  I’m dreaming, right? There’s no way I am, where I think I am right now” she pinches herself and it hurt but she didn’t wake up, “THERE”S NO WAY I’M IN LEGO MONKIE KID RIGHT NOW” she was freaking out but did her best to stay level-headed.

“Okay, we have to be calm and rational about this. Even if I am feeling the exact opposite…the real question I should be asking is…if I am in LMK…which episode am I in right now” she ponder, then as if on que a loud rumbling could be heard across the city. She wasted no time and shuffled into getting dressed and heading outside her apartment to see what was all the ruckus. She couldn’t see the events taking place but her ears kept locked in a certain direction. She was trying to think of a faster way to wherever the rumbling was coming from, until it clicked again that she’s a bunny demon and can jump relatively long and high distances. She steadies herself before taking a huge leap. 

That when she sees it. The massive shadowy beast all the way on the other side of the city. She stays suspended in mid air for a very long moment as pieces connect together in her mind “I’m in the episode where Macaque gets introduced…”, she land less than gracefully and causes an impact crater. She begun to pace in the crater wondering what to do. She should probably just let the episode play out as is- and maybe clean pre-redemption Macaque’s clock, because she had always wanted to punch him for the crap he pulled on MK in this Episode. “Okay…we’ll just let the episode play out and then I’ll just try and find a monkey…whose whole thing is hiding in the shadows…UGH!” 

This was going to be one hell of an adventure.

Chapter 7: Finally. They Meet

Summary: Kind of a continuation from the previous chapter. While at the arcade Túzi properly meets MK and Mei, so now the friendship can slowly begin 

Once inside the arcade Túzi nearly combusted. The place was even more amazing being able to actually see it and be in the very vicinity of a massive arcade like this was almost paradise to simple gamer such as herself. Once she paid she ran to the first game that caught her attention and began playing after that she moved on to the dancing games for a bit and honestly did way better than she would if back in the real world. 

After a couple more sporadic playing of various different games, Túzi finally decided to take a crack at playing Monkey Mech, the game she remembered MK and Mei played a lot “Seems like any other fighting game, so shouldn’t be too hard to pick up the mechanics…hah, “mechanics” she chuckled to her as she began to select a character and start up a round. She had a bumpy start at first, simply button mashing and brute forcing a win but after a while Túzi actually began to pick up on the move set the characters and started dealing out combos while ending with a finishing move.

An hour or two had passed and Túzi hadn’t stopped playing Monkey Mech, even the games back home weren’t this addictive and she played a Sailor Moon Beat’em Up. Túzi was about take down yet another character when someone tapped her shoulder and caused her to jump in surprise, “Uh…Whoops” “I told you MK, she was in “The Zone”” Túzi sighed in relief, it was just MK and Mei. 

“H-How… How Long were you two-?” She tried to ask but MK already sped to answer “Since Round 14 and my gold vision randomly went off for me to see you’re a-“ Túzi just facepalmed and responded with “Ah right, you are the Monkie Kid after all” she sighs as she finds no use in keeping up her glamour anymore. “Oooh! Now I definitely recognize you! You’re that Bunny girl who was going to try so SPICY BARBECUE!! Was it any good?” Túzi chuckled “Yea it was, surprisingly but…” she sighed and posed dramatically “I may never taste the deliciousness that is Pigsy’s Noodle ever again” which gets the pair to laugh at her antics “Damn Red Boy really knows how to make a “scorchin meal”” Mei joked which earned a laugh from Túzi.

 “So you seem to like Monkey Mech like we do, wanna play a couple rounds-um…” MK asked but also realized they didn’t ask for Túzi’s name, “Túzi, and sure I’m down to clown. Think you can beat me~?” She grinned deviously and MK and Mei gave confidence smiles back “We’re gonna show you how the pro plays” Túzi chuckled as she turned her attention back to the arcade game “Alright then…Choose Your Character!”

because I just looked at MK’s Kaiju form and then the Destined One’s Azure Dome/Stone Monkey and my brain was like “THE POTENTIAL IS LOUD”
