my Whiskerless Albino Koi
"Unlike most LEGO themes, the theme is an experimental theme that was launched as a crowdfunding project to see if adult LEGO fans would be receptive to a theme based around display sets. The theme contains large and elaborate models with "skins" to completely refurbish the model if the builder desires."

I've always wanted LEGO's "Forma" set but it's pretty rare and pricey. That made me think... maybe I have the parts to put it together! A quick Google search gave me the instructions, part list AND the 1 to 1 print for the Forma skin! After about 2 hours... *sigh*Â I was like 7 pieces short. Technical pieces or pieces I wasn't ready to take from other builds... RIP Ghost Riders Motorcycle.
After I ordered the missing pieces I printed off the Forma skin template. It was really easy to find and just think of the possibilities! If you don't care about the official skin? Tie-dye? Fish Bone?
The last 2 speedbumps:Â
1) I don't have the official pegs to hold the skins
2) I hope my makeshift idea to hold the skins using other parts will work...
With the help of a hole punch on the homemade skins... THE PARTS AND SKINS WORK! YEEEAAASSS!
POINT BEING you can make this great LEGO set at home! Kinda!
