I hate how recasters assume we "allow legit companies to get away with long wait times when it shouldn't take so long." Are you serious? Do you understand how resin, or pre-orders work? How about first-come-first-serve? Because everyone below you needs to get their orders first. Recasters are just a bunch of selfish instant gratification seeking thieves. They really truly don't care about anyone but themselves, and their own personal gain.

Who is from U.S here and wants to earn money? Its legit. Just message me here
What a lot of recast owners don’t seem to get is if they own even just one recast, it effectively de-legitimizes their entire collection in the eyes of the community. Every single one of their dolls is either suspected or assumed a recast at that point. Especially all these people who have come out after the fact with dolls they were letting people assume were legit. All your dolls are now recasts. Unless proven otherwise. That would suck. Why would anyone do that to themselves?
And don’t tell me you don’t care what the community thinks about you. Of course you care. You didn’t buy a Recast Switch Doll because you’re happy to keep him to yourself, you bought him because you want to have a Switch Doll and show off your photos of him and earn the accolades and faves other Switch owners get. Because that’s what it’s all about for recast owners. And they don’t want them if they’re not popular. I’ve never met anybody more “elitist” in the hobby then a recast owner.

How pathetic can you get? Hating recasts so much that you join a group about them to out members? It's the only place recast owners feel save, leave them alone already. Stay in your legit space and we will stay in our own space.

Ok so I'm a little conflicted. I owned a two recasts when I first joined. I've since got rid of one but kept one because she means a lot to me. I've seen the error of my ways and how much it affects the hobby (yes, it does). Lately I find myself disgusted when I see people posting about their new dolls and how many are actively buying recasts. I know it's hypocritical but I'd no longer support anyone actively buying recasts. Where do I fall on the pro-artist/pro-recast debate?

How can I make sure that my Minifee head is NOT a recast? I bought her like last year. And the seller said that she was the second owner. And that she was bought before FL had a coa. But now I'm doubting the whole head. And I hate that because she is really pretty. I read that the headplat should be thin. When I hold it to the light I can she my finger a little. But she has her sculpt writtin on the inside. Why doe recasters have to spoil this hobby so much ;(
