The moment being a left-handed knitter becomes a little annoying
Color. Charts.
So I’m left-handed, but as a lefty who’s had to navigate the world of the righties I learned to cope by assigning certain tasks to my right hand. Knitting happened to end up being one of them. And then I knitted so much I irritated the radial nerve in my right hand. Now, a wise person would’ve put the knitting away and worked on a different hobby for a while. I do not claim to be a wise person. So I taught myself how to knit left handed. And here’s something I didn’t realize when I started: color charts are backwards if you’re knitting them left handed.
So that can be confusing when you’re working on a color chart that spans 3 pages that are supposed to line up together. Not the end of the world, just an unexpected snag
