I want a spooky tattoo for Halloween!! I want three other fucking tattoos 

So when you are the only person who is missing her left leg in a small town, kids always ask me a question.

A Child: What happened to your leg?

And I have many answers;

Me: I was in Jurassic Park, let’s just the T-Rex wasn’t sniffing my leg.

Me: I went swimming and the shark was playing tug of war a bit to hard.

Me: I didn’t eat my veggies as a kid.

Me: I jumped of the bed and broke me leg.

Me: What are you talking about? *looks down at my leg* OH MY GOD!!!! MY LEG!!!!

Me: I wanted to be a Bratz doll.

Me: I asked the same question to girl like me, and she cursed me. So I would be careful if I were you.

Me: I was a pirate.

Me: I traveled back in time, and messed up. Now I’m stuck like this for the rest of my life.

Me: Oh my gosh! You can see it too!

Me: I was starving.

Me: Oh my friend is borrowing it.

Me: I was a zombie, but I got cured. Well partially.

Me: I wished that I didn’t have to walk long distances, and my wish came true.

Now if a kid asked nicely, I’ll answer truthfully.

(Rare) Me: My arteries are very narrow, so a lot of blood doesn’t flow through them. So my left leg didn’t receive enough blood, and it wasn’t growing like my other leg. So the doctors told me I could get an amputation, and I could walk on a prosthetic leg. Well I ended up only walking for two years, turned out my bone was very fragile and it would break if I kept walking. So I had another surgery, but it didn’t turn out so well. And now I can never walk, but I can tell people I have died before. Because I have, while I was in the hospital. So I guess that’s all I have for me.

I obviously tell the kids the truth afterwards, but I also tell them to be mindful when asking. Because it can be triggering to some people.
