My save file includes:

- important: auto aging is disabled!! if you want your sims to age please change this in “Game Options”

- 122 sims (76 in the map and 24 homeless sims)

- some sims 2 characters, as well as their family trees

- skills, jobs and relationships between the sims in the map

- a graveyard where you can visit some ancestors (as well as add your own, of course)

- 20 public spaces, such as:

    - 1 public pool

    - 3 bars

    - 2 museums

    - 2 lounges

    - 2 nightclubs

    - 2 libraries

    - 2 gyms

    - 6 parks (1 can be used as a community garden, and 2 include wedding venues)

- 5 fully furnished starter homes so you can start playing with your own sims if you wish to do so;

- 4 big fully furnished homes which are marked as rentals. I added them for people who like to have “house goals” for challenges such as the legacy challenge, or for anyone who simply wants to move into a more fancy home

Remember, this is a save file! All you need to do is download, unrar, and move the file onto you “saves” folder (NOT your “Mods” folder!!)
