Marisa was a foundling in the Greenwood Arlathan and was raised by the Guardians a dalish tribe despite being human. As such she's learned every trail and tree-- a veritable protector of the forest. As her magic talent manifested, Marisa found herself drawn to mastering wind and lightning magic. The keeper, sensing Marisa's restlessness and strong desire to protect her family and the people she loved-- introduced her to Strife and ever since, her staff and magic has been the Jumpers. (The existence of Pooby is to be determined.)

Leene's hunt for Runebarrows Elven Ruins in the Greatwood Arlathan leads her to cross paths with the Guardians Veil Jumpers-- particularly one Jumper by the name of Marisa. While reluctantly brought back to the camp, the Jumpers were impressed by her sheer determination and quick thinking, she was invited to join their ranks. She still calls herself "the Luckiest Girl Alive!" and has an uncanny knack for uncovering artifacts that borderlines supernatural.

Nowa followed his sister away from their tiny mountain village-- not just the lure of ancient history but to also see the world with his own eyes. One foray in Arlathan, leads the two separated. Fearing the worst, he tried to seek his sister deeper in... leading him to fins his sister safe and sound with the Jumpers. Where one goes the other wasn't too far behind... and as such Nowa throws his lot in with them. He has proven to a capable hunter, tracker, and defender for the Jumpers--when he's not trying to keep his his sister out of too much trouble. His meddling shows when they camp near settlements, winding up helping on small tasks here and there for anyone who'll let him. As he's always there, ready to help in any way he can.
