General:

Volt gives off 50/50 switch vibes

Man doesn’t care who’s doing the laughing as long as you’re enjoying yourself.

He adores tickling in general. It’s a great way to tire Eddie out if he’s had a long day, and he just loves to smile around those he loves.

Lee:

Believe it or not, Volt actually gets a bit flustered with tickling when he’s in a lee mood.

He’s unable to say the t-word, and the only ways he’ll ask are indirect. Eddie knows the signs, but it takes you a bit to catch onto his patterns.

“Live wire, could you flip that little breaker on my side right there? I think it’s fritzing.”

“I’m rather bored, darling. Think you could help me fix that?”

“Hmm? No, of course I didn’t poke you. Must’ve been the wind.”

He’ll blush rather intensely once you figure it out and give him what he wants.

Worst spots are his ribs and neck. His ribs get deep belly-laughs out of him, but his neck is killer. It’s hard to reach because of his hair, but if you can manage it, he might short-circuit (gotta be gentle with him).

Melt spots are his arms and back. He adores gentle scratches along his forearms and near his pits. If you give him gentle tickles alongside a back rub? Pure bliss.

If you’re really wrecking him, little sparks will fly off his hair, and his eyes will light up. If any hit your skin, they don’t hurt—just tingle. He always gets all flustered if you tease him about it afterwards.

“Live wire, please. It’s not cute. Yes, I am rather dashing, but that is not.”

Thankfully, it isn't hard to get him to say otherwise (with the proper motivation).

Ler:

VERY playful bastard of a ler

He’ll tease you about it for hours before he even comes close to doing anything.

A playful poke at the bar, a slip of the hand while dancing, little teases whispered in your ear…

“Just wait until closing time, darling…”

“Your laugh truly is enchanting, live wire. I can’t wait to hear it for hours later.”

“You look rather fetching in that top, love. And look, it’s cropped. Perfect~”

When he does finally strike, it’ll be in the comfort of privacy. The only other object around would be Eddie, specifically so you feel safe and cared for.

This suave bastard is a teasing ler for SURE, though he knows not to go too far.

“Don’t worry, live wire. I’ll start slow. You know I adore your giggles.”

“Does that tickle, hmm?”

“My, that was quite the reaction, love. I wonder if you can top it.”

You know how he lets off little zaps of electricity when he’s really emotional? Well, he’s figured out how to weaponize that.

Those little zaps tickle like crazy, though they never hurt. Volt is incredibly careful with you, even while he’s being a bully.

Again, Volt is incredibly respectful of your boundaries. If you want him to really wreck you, you’ll have to set up a safeword. He doesn’t mind going that far; he’s just more concerned about your comfort than a good time.

He’s wonderful with aftercare, as one would expect.

He’ll grab you some water, maybe sneak you over a couple cherries from the bar for a sugary snack to perk you up.

If you’re in the mood for it, he’s always up for relaxing cuddles and random rants before falling asleep. He’ll even drag Eddie over for a snuggle pile (he can never resist when it’s for you).

💡Eddie🔧

General:

At first, Eddie’s really hesitant about any of the tickling stuff.

He’ll get flustered if you ask about it, tense up, or tell you he’s not in the mood. You’re always respectful of him, of course; he just needs some time to warm up to the idea.

Once you break the ice, however, he gets pretty fond of it. Well, fond of wrecking you whenever you insist on annoying him while he’s on the job.

He’s a ler-leaning switch, though he doesn’t mind the occasional tickle from you or Volt (good luck getting him to admit it, though).

Lee:

He gets really flustered when it comes to getting tickled.

It’s hard for him to ask, though he won’t do a complete character 180. He’ll just brush it off if you ask about his behavior or say he’s tired. Not a lie, but not exactly the truth either.

When you do finally figure him out, he’ll just sit down and refuse to make eye contact until you get started. Stoic to a fault (though it’s an easy fix once you get started).

Volt knows a little bit about Eddie’s soft spots, so you get some pointers before you wreck him. Eddie makes sure the cocky man learns his lesson, though not before he meets a giggly fate.

Worst spots are his ears and hips. Little kisses or nuzzles against his ears destroy him, and he cannot handle his love handles being squeezed. Volt likes to randomly come up and poke them to make him jump (a habit you adopt).

Melt spots are his wrists. His hands always get sore, but the callouses there make it kind of hard to feel anything. His wrists, though? Soft, sensitive, and the perfect place to kiss or gently stroke if you want him to get all giggly and relax against you.

Eddie gets incredibly sleepy after he’s tickled. He’ll stay up long enough to drink some water and say you suck before drifting off and getting some much-needed rest.

Needless to say, tickles are a great motivator to get him to relax.

Ler:

Oh boy.

Eddie’s a very methodical ler. He’ll start off by testing spots, saying which ones are bad aloud, and moving on. Once he's got a general idea of your worst spots, he goes to town.

As you can imagine, that shit is incredibly flustering.

“Oh, damn, your ribs are pretty bad. Good to know.”

“Wonder if your back is ticklish… Let’s find out.”

“You always get all wiggly when I go near your pits. Wonder why…”

Aside from the notes, he likes to compliment you. You’re his spark; he needs to let you know how amazing you look when you’re laughing for him.

“That blush… I swear, it’s more beautiful than any wine we’ve got stocked.”

“I love that smile, spark. Too bad I’ve gotta tickle the hell outta you to see it. Well…not that bad.”

“You’re so soft here. Just wanna kiss it all day…”

Now, that stubble…

You just know he’d weaponize it while tickling. Nuzzles, evil kisses, raspberries with an extra kick: the possibilities are endless.

He’s pretty good with aftercare. He’ll grab you some water, maybe make you a Shirley Temple if you want something more fun to drink. He might even agree to a nap together, though he’ll usually call Volt in to join. The man loves group cuddle time, though he won’t admit it.

“Eddie, darling, you’re too stressed.”

Volt rubbed at Eddie’s shoulders, feeling the tension there. Their connection allowed him to sense the man’s general aura, and it wasn’t great. “Have you been overdoing it with the lighting again?”

“The bulbs needed changing, okay? Shit was dimmer than the crawlspace,” he grumbled, groaning as Volt’s thumbs pressed into some particularly tight knots. “We have to stay professional.”

“Bad lighting or no, we’re still the best joint in the house,” Volt sighed, leaning down to kiss Eddie’s stubbled cheek. “It’s not worth your health, dear.”

“I feel better after the reset. It’s not so draining anymore.”

Not technically a lie. Eddie was doing much better after their livewire reset the breaker box, his shorts almost non-existent. Still, he wasn’t new hardware by any means. He was pushing the boundaries of his new stability.

“But you’re still overdoing it. It’s simply not an immediate threat on your existence anymore,” Volt scolds, giving the back of Eddie’s head a little swat.

“Okay, okay! Don’t have to hit me,” Eddie huffed, being just a bit dramatic by rubbing the back of his head. Volt’s little tap didn't even sting, but he was feeling petty.

Volt rolled his eyes, but he knew what Eddie needed. If he could get the tired man to do something simple he enjoyed, maybe he might relax.

Hell, maybe he could even get Eddie to sleep for an hour or two. That would be a feat.

“I have a proposal for you, darling,” he said, leaning his head on Eddie’s shoulder. “We do something you enjoy for…let’s say half an hour. It can’t be strenuous for you. Afterward, you can go change all the lightbulbs your stubborn ass desires. Deal?”

Eddie chuckled a bit, turning to kiss his other half. “Deal. I choose what we do?”

While he could sense the mischievous edge to that question, Volt was too pleased to care. “Of course. This is your relaxing activity, Eddie.”

“I want to tickle you.”

Volt choked on air for a second, not expecting such a direct and obscure activity. He recovered after a moment, trying to hide his fluster. His cheeks still glowed a bright blue.

“Oh…well, if that’s your choice, darling. I’ll…accommodate you.”

Eddie grinned at that. Volt never could talk about being tickled out-right, and he found it adorable. Plus, he was tired of seeing Volt’s “concerned lover” face.

He wanted the “tickle-drunk, lovable idiot” face, and he was going to get it.

“Alright. Jacket off, sit up straight, hands on your knees.”

The commands made Volt blush. He knew Eddie got decently commanding when he was offered power, but it was still…well, shocking.

He did as he was told, trying to hide his blush from the other man. He failed miserably, of course, but it was a cute effort.

“Hm, good. Try not to elbow me this time,” Eddie smirked, reminding Volt of their first tickle battle. Eddie had used his stubble to tease the other man’s neck, and he’d received an elbow to the ribs because of it. It was obviously unintentional, and Volt apologized for hours afterwards.

“Do you have to mention that every ti— SHHHHYAHAHAHA! EHEHEDDIEHEHE!”

In the middle of Volt’s complaint, Eddie began attacking the lively man's ribs. He was quite pleased at the shocked squeal his actions received. “What was that? Got a bit loud there, Volt.”

“NYAHAHAHA! Y-YOUHUHU— AHAMP, NOHOHOT THEHEHERE!”

Volt thrashed as Eddie moved one hand upwards, slowly inching toward his neck. The man knew he’d pissed Eddie off with his mothering tendencies, but going for his death spot so soon? He truly must’ve pressed some buttons.

“Oh, but I think I will go there. Someone told me to relax, so I'm relaxing. It’s very calming to see you lose your shit.”

“PLEHEHEHEASE! NOHOHO, IHI’LL—”

Before Volt could even finish begging, Eddie went in for the kill. He leaned in, using his stubble and lips to tickle Volt’s neck. He nuzzled and pressed little kisses against the skin, loving the way Volt screeched and shrieked for him.

“NYAAAAHAHAHA! EHEHEDDIE, NOHOHOHAHAHA!”

Volt could hardly get a word out through his laughter, thrashing and shaking in Eddie’s grip. The man had wrapped his arms around Volt before he started on his neck, already expecting the fireworks. The poor extrovert had nowhere to go.

Little zaps and bolts of electricity sparked off of Volt’s hair as he lost his mind, kissing Eddie’s skin. He didn’t feel any pain, however—only a boost, a tingle of familiarity from the energy. It was nice, in an evil way.

This only continued for a minute or two. While Eddie loved rendering Volt’s silver tongue inoperable, he knew his lover could only take so much. He slowed the tickling down, switching from Volt’s neck and ribs to his lower back and stomach. His melt spot was enough to help bring him back to Earth, though he was still a bit dazed.

“G-gohohood ahahamp…” Volt huffed, leaning into Eddie and his touch. Even though Eddie’s touch still tickled, Volt was incredibly worn out; it was worth some giggles to be close to him.

“You alright, love? Too far?” Eddie kissed along Volt’s cheekbones, careful to avoid his lips. He didn’t want to smear Volt’s lipstick any more than all the laughter had. They had a safeword in place, but he wanted to be sure.

“Nohohoho, juhuhust…fuhucking cruhuhuel,” he giggled, a whiny tone slipping into his voice. It was very mean of him to start with the bad spots, especially without warning. Volt still enjoyed it, but it was mean.

“Poor you,” he chuckled, giving the tip of Volt’s nose a little kiss. The belly tickling still hadn’t stopped, and neither had the back teasing. “Want me to go for your favorites? Make it up to you?”

Volt’s cheeks heated even further at that question, though it was an easy answer. Who wouldn’t want their favorite spots worshipped by their lover? “Y-yehehes, plehehease.”

That got a grin out of Eddie. After one more kiss—this time a proper one—he began gently tracing his short nails over Volt’s forearms.

Listening to the giggly sighs and huffs of his lover, Eddie had to admit that Volt was right. He did feel relaxed, and the powerful current surging beneath his skin seemed more stable than it had been in days. Still, he could still give himself some of the credit.
