I loved your Gabriel fic so could you please do Lee and Ler Headcanons for Supernatural?
Thank you for the request!!!
Supernatural Lee and Ler Headcanons:
Sam:
Lee:
This man is a cackler and giggler anytime he is tickled
Growing up with Dean, heâs gotten pretty good at defending himself against being tickled, but as soon as you get one spot heâs done
Will definitely give you puppy dog eyes to convince you not to do it
Heâs a fighter, heâll squirm and try to pry your arms away as he curls in on himself
Thats where his long limbs come in handy for him
Samâs ribs and armpits would be his most sensitive spots
Ler:
Sam can be pretty ruthless as a Ler when needed
Heâs figured out the signs of when you want him to tickle you, like when you provoke him with sass, stubbornness or trying to tickle him first
Type of person to use more rougher tickles like poking and squeezing
He loves making you laugh so he always admires your laughter when he tickles you
Definitely more comfortable being the Ler but still allows you to be the Ler at times
Heâs a teaser, saying things like; âYou brought this upon yourself.â Or âWhat was that? I canât quite hear you past your giggling.â
Dean:
Lee:
He will never admit that heâs ticklish no matter how much you prove it
His laugh can differ, it could be a hearty laugh or a squeaky laugh or if heâs holding back, only a chuckle
Will give you a certain look of warning when you try to tickle him
Like Sam, heâs a fighter and will do everything to get away
Although he secretly likes it but he will never admit that
His most ticklish spots would be his hips and waist
Ler:
Much more likely to be the Ler as he is an older brother after all, meaning heâs a very skilled tickler
Dean has the serious surface when in reality he would be getting butterflies at the sound of your laughter and canât help but crack a smile
He would definitely tease you if youâre âair ticklishâ
âI havenât even touched you yet.â
âOooo whatâs this?â
He can work with both soft and rough tickles, depending on the situation
Big fan of soft soothing tickles during cuddling
Castiel:
Lee:
He would be confused at the sensation at first but after a bit he will actually start to enjoy it
His laughs are usually more quiet, like little chuckles or giggles
After the first time you tickled him he would ask you to do it again because he âLikes The Human Experienceâ
Castiel twitches and squirms a little bit but tries to remain as still as he can
His most ticklish spots are his waist and neck
Ler:
Castiel likes tickling just as much as being tickled because he likes to understand human reactions like that
Heâll be soft with the tickles, smiling at you whilst stopping to make sure youâre okay
âAre you okay? Did I hurt you?â
âIs it okay with you if I continue?â
Uses tickles as a way to cheer you up if youâre sad or upset
He wouldnât tease you out of risk of embarrassing you, but also because he doesnât know how
Crowley:
Lee:
Donât tickle himâŠjust donât even try
He wouldnât actually be ticklish but he would threaten to murder you if you tried
Would give you a death stare
âDo that again and Iâll pluck your eyes out and use them in my cocktail.â
Ler:
I feel like he wouldnât try to tickle you often, but with the soft spot he has for you he canât help but find it endearing
Uses it as a form of punishment
âLearn your lesson?â
Only uses rough tickles to make his point
Secretly Crowley can be affectionate with you and may give soft tickles during a cuddle
Gabriel:
Lee:
Heâs a playful guy so I feel like heâd enjoy being tickled but wouldnât admit it
Wheezes or laughs whenever heâs tickled
Heâll threaten to tickle you if you try to tickle him
He would probably provoke you with his smartass comments to tickle him
I feel like heâd probably need to be pinned down, which I think heâd like anyway
Gabriel has very ticklish ribs and knees
Ler:
Gabriel is known for loving jokes and pranks so expect to be tickled a lot
Will use mockery and baby talk to tease you
âAw whatâs this? Is that another spot?â
âSomeoneâs sensitive.â
He would be a smiling/smirking idiot when he hears your laughter
Likes to use both soft and rough tickles as well as tickle hugs, surprise tickle attacks and wake up tickles
Loves when you giggle at neck kisses/love bites
A Joint Effort (Good Omens)

. . .
A lot of things went through Crowleyâs mind as he gazed at that all too familiar lake. Mainly all the times he and Aziraphale met here to discuss their âprivate affairs,â a secret team-up only one angel, one demon, and dozens of ducks could know about.
More recently it was all that dreary âend of the worldâ business heâd quite frankly prefer to Men In Black himself out of remembering (by the way, what a fantastic film that one was, the humans couldnât have been both more far off and somehow right on the nose with it). The lake was lucky it was still so pretty after all these years, otherwise heâd have stopped visiting after everything resolved itself some time ago.
Humans had a phrase for what he tended to do alone on the bench. âPeople-watching,â they call it. Such a funny phrase considering itâs technically been his job since the creation of man itself. Maybe thatâs why he enjoyed doing it so much. Technically, itâs kinda what he was made for.
He listened as a man adjacent to him across the lake was thinking and thinking his little head off. The man pondered over a woman, a lover Crowley presumed, and apparently how good their date had gone last night. Crowley noticed him fiddling with something in his pocket. Oh yes, a ring. What a disgustingly adorable tradition.
Crowley tapped his ring finger against the bench with an unknown impatience.
He saw that close by, a woman made her way towards the man (ah wait, itâs the woman, he could hear the manâs heart rate pick up and blood sloshing towards his cheeks, kinda gross how their bodies betray them), her hand finding his as she laid her head down on his shoulder. Crowleyâs throat made a funny sound as he crossed his arms.
Crowley didnât care much for the conversation, much more of an observer than a listener. Out of habit, he almost sent an evil little miracle their way, a ânoâ from the woman catching at his fingertips and becoming clenched in his fist. ActuallyâŠthis might be the first successful proposal heâll ever witness. He can hear the yes before sheâs even said it, so much love radiating between them it's like radiation to his skin.
But he wants to see this play out. Just because he actually can now. YeahâŠtrying new things and all.
So it plays out just like the movies. He gets down on one knee, she cries, yadayadayada, blahblahblah. But this time, Crowley can actually feel it. This isnât like seeing it through the screen. Those emotions become one with the air, making the whole parkâs atmosphere thick and sugar-scented. It makes his skin crawl. Or he got goosebumps. He can't tell for sure, maybe itâs all one and the same.
He keeps watching the couple, telling himself heâs invested like one would stare at a car crash (even though nothing about this is a wreck at all, itâs a tad beautiful and Crowley knows this, but thereâs still something so wretched about how his eyes stay glued to that spot across the lake).
They keep giggling and kissing, snapping a few photos of the moment and basking in each other. The man lifts the woman and twirls her around, her sun dress twirling with her and making the scene look soâŠugh, romantic.
OrâŠjust romantic. Maybe thereâs no need to groan so hard at that.
Then the woman does something that snaps Crowley out of his little haze (call it jealousy and Crowley will treat your legs like snap peas). She pokes and squishes around her new fiancés sides, and said fiancé begins to giggle. The woman gave the man a tickle.
Tickling is far from a new concept to Crowley. Actually, he may have had a little hand in creating it. It wasnât his idea exactly, he didnât sign off on the paperwork or anything, but letâs just say laughter wasnât the first possible noise option. He thought itâd be a bit more creative if there was less screaming in hell from time to time.
Most people would probably assume tickling came straight down from above, a place of innocence and love and, yeah, laughter. Others may even say itâs a hellish creation, but those tended to be the ones that drew the short end of the ticklish stick (that is to say, theyâre probably really fucking ticklish).
But honestly, this one was kind of a joint effort. Is the paperwork technically written on a heavenly scroll? Sure, yeah. But who was the one that signed off on that scroll in the first place?
Well, Aziraphale did always have such an obnoxiously perfect signature.
Near the beginning, Crowley had overheard some demons discussing new torture methods for the humans to use on each other, something easy that required less machinery on their part. One brainstorm talked of the humans being able to do nothing but poke at their enemy to get them howling in pain.
And, well, Crowley thought that sounded laughably absurd.
So the next time he saw Aziraphale on Earth, he gossiped like usual. Talked of how stupid it sounded, how the humans would get so out of hand using it theyâd never get anything productive done. And of course, Aziraphale agreed (though he was at first quite shocked a demon was against any brainstormed torture method, no matter how ridiculous).
Together they devised a little scheme. Nothing major, just something to beat the demons to the race. They had to though, right? Itâd just be stupid to ruin something as precious as humanity over a few pokes.
So, instead of screaming in pain, the humans would scream in laughter. It wouldnât hurt, unless the human was too rough of course, and really the worst it could do was embarrass the victim (except when Crowley snuck in that sometimes they may wet themselves, as a silly little gag. Aziraphale may have been too distracted trying to find a mysterious, strangely itchy dark feather in his garments when he wrote that one). It was such a silly invention, and Aziraphale even felt a little embarrassed bringing it to Gabriel, but oh how the other angels adored it. It was a new game for their humans to play, to occupy and fill the time of their short useless existences. It was a perfect time-waster.
And so became tickling. A joint project created by Crowley and Aziraphale, one of the first little schemes they pulled together that only dipped their toes into everything that came after. And now Crowley got to watch as his invention created a positive memory for some random romantics at his favorite park.
It was weird. Heâs never felt funny about tickling before, but since he and Aziraphale have gotten ratherâŠum, close recently, seeing this couple be all flirty and affectionate and tickly was making him feel funny feelings about it heâs never felt before.
Heâs not blushing. Thatâs a human thing. Heâs justâŠwarm.
Crowley shakes his head, emptying his mind of all that weird mushy shite. He brings his eyes back to the couple, seeing them kiss and talk and bask in each otherâs otherness. Part of him made that happen, in some cosmic butterfly effect sort of way.
Maybe everything is a circle, just as they say. Like itâs all meant to be. One particular word stings at his tongue, heâs heard it a thousand times before out of Aziraphaleâs mouth when the subject of a great plan is brought up. Heâll just have to save it for when his angel comes back around.
âŠ
â( alt : s2 ending never happened and crowley goes back to the bookshop afterward and everything is fine and dandy and happy :D )
âŠ
The bell above the bookshopâs door rang a familiar chime when Crowley stepped through, announcing his presence to the one and only being it should matter to. He practically beelined for the drapes, figuring it far too bright for a cozy bookshop even with his sunglasses on.
Crowley heard behind him the soft angelic clunk of each foot making their way down the staircase, the room brightening on its own as Aziraphale made his way down.
âWell that wasnât a very long outing,â Aziraphale rounded into the main area, cup of tea in hand. âDid something happen?â
Crowley dusted the drapes with his hands, âSuch a worrywart, you are,â spinning around and brushing his hands as he met eyes with the one on his mind all afternoon. âThe park just got boring, donât get your knickers in a twist.â
Aziraphale rolled his eyes, âExcuse me for noticing that youâre home earlier than usual,â he muttered, taking his next sip with attitude. âBut since youâre back so soon, maybe we couldâŠhang out, as the youth say,â he smiled that thin-lipped smile, and Crowley groaned in the back of his throat, following Aziraphale towards the back room (yknow, the one with the couch that Crowley can stretch his legs on as long as he needs and nothing ever feels uncomfortable).
âGrahk, angel, thereâs a reason that only the youth should be saying these things. SoundsâŠunnatural, on your tongue,â Crowley plopped down on his favorite couch, his hand in Aziraphaleâs (heâs not even sure when that happened, but who is he to complain?) leading him down to the spot next to his. Aziraphale did a wiggle as he sat, like getting the cushion ready for him.
âI like integrating new shortened language into my vocabulary,â Aziraphale pouted behind his cup.
âHelps me understand everyone better.â
Crowley tutted, âOkay, well, one: itâs not called âshortened languageâ anymore, you boob. They say slang now. If you donât even know the word slang, you definitely shouldnât be using it in the first place,â Crowley propped his feet up on Aziraphaleâs lap, the only acknowledgment of his position being Aziraphaleâs zero hesitation in using his shins as an armrest. âAnd two: you already have the most extensive vocabulary on the planet. You can know all the words and phrases you like, but I doubt youâre in dire need of any new ones to use.â
Aziraphale sat his glass down on the coffee table, leaning against Crowleyâs legs. âI think youâre just jealous. Envy is one of the seven sins, correct?â
Crowley merely huffed, throwing an arm against the couchâs own and propping his cheek against his hand. He gazed a bit longingly at the angel, who seemed more interested in picking lint off his trousers at the moment. âSaw something at the park I thought youâd like.â
Aziraphaleâs ears perked, but more or less remained focused on grooming Crowleyâs pants. âOh?â
âWant you to guess.â
That caught his attention, an annoyed glare thrown Crowleyâs way. âI hate this game.â
âNaaaah you love it. Cmon, guess.â
âIâll at least need a hint, Crowley. It could literally be an infinite number of things,â Aziraphale sat back against the couch now, finally interested in the conversation even if he continued with the annoyed charade, hands folded on Crowleyâs shins. âAt least tell me if itâs good or bad. You know how I hate bad surprises.â
âItâs good, trust me,â Crowley grinned. âHas to do with something we created a looong time ago. Iâm talkinâ B.C, baby.â
Aziraphaleâs eyebrows raised, really curious now.
âWe created it?â
âThat we did, angel.â
Aziraphale hummed, fingers fidgeting with the fabric, before gasping in excitement, âWas it a chihuahua?â
Crowleyâs own eyebrows shot up at that, nearly having forgotten they created that wretched animal.
âOh but theyâre so cute, Crowley, look at how tiny!â
âFine, but that thingâs gonna be a beast, I donât care how little it is.â
âHeheh, no but good guess,â He chuckled, sliding his glasses off and tucking them into his front pocket. His hands mimicked Aziraphaleâs, fingers crossed but against his chest. âOne more hint: I saw some veryâŠgiggly humans.â
It took him a moment, but finally Aziraphale grinned, giving Crowleyâs knee a few squeezes and delighting in the squeak and kick against the other arm of the couch. He giggled as he watched Crowley turn pink and grumble. âThat may be one of my favorite things we created together.â
Crowley shoved his glasses back on as if hiding, more embarrassed than heâd like to admit. âYouâre ridiculous for miracling that shit into me all those years ago.â
âI only did it because you did the same to me!â
Crowley chuckled, regaining his confidence to reach over and squeeze at Aziraphaleâs side, relishing in the angelic giggles.
âWell obviously. Iâm a demon. Had to mess with my angel somehow.â
Aziraphale pushed his hand away, his smile remaining with pink cheeks. âYes, but an angel is nothing without an even better miracle than yours. We both know you got the worst of it,â Aziraphale said, throwing wiggly fingers in Crowleyâs direction when he tried to argue, âDonât make me tickle your ribs and prove it, Crowley. We donât want a repeat ofââ
âSay it and Iâll pluck each feather off your back and go to town on those ears of yours.â
Aziraphale just grinned, retracting his fingers and letting his demon relax as he held his hands up in defeat. Aziraphale sort of has the high ground here anyway, considering their differing levels of sensitivities; heâll just bring it up later.
âSo you saw some people in a tickle fight, then?â Aziraphale tipped the conversation away from them, a little wary of the threat. âQuite a public spot for something we made to be so embarrassing, donât you think?â
Crowley waved a hand, âAaaaah they donât all find it embarrassing. The guy seemed too happy to care, anyways,â he said, scrunching his nose. âHe had just proposed.â Crowley said the word like there were worms crawling under his clothes.
Aziraphale gasped, âOh how lovely! You shouldâve congratulated them, Crowley!â He whined, knowing Crowley too well, sensing there was no way he had given them a proper congratulations. Aziraphale hated missing out on precious human moments like that.
Crowley smiled at his enthusiasm, âDonât worry, angel. Theyâve got each other for that sappy shite.â
Aziraphale huffed out a happy giggle, giving Crowleyâs leg a little shake and pat. Crowley always found it gross how giddy the angel got over others happiness. It made his heart and belly feel funny, maybe he was going into cardiac arrest or something. Well, not literally of course, but maybe like metaphorically.
âSo the newlyweds had a little tickle tussle in the park? Oh thatâs just precious,â Aziraphale held his hands close to his chest. âThank you for letting them have their moment, dear.â
âWhatever, just didnât feel like working too hard today,â Crowley sniffed, leaning back against his arms. âYknow, the guy seemed to be loaded with those tickly nerves. I donât blame that girl one bit for going at âem. Kept making these funny noises and wigglinâ like a worm. It was honestly very amusing to watch.â
Aziraphale grinned all smug. âWeeelllâŠâ
Crowley frowned. âWellâŠwhat?â Aziraphale just shrugged, giving Crowley a quick up and down. Crowley shot up, pointing a finger, âNo. That is not how I am.â
âAll Iâm saying is, if you canât blame her for tickling her husband because of his funny reactionsâŠweeeelllâŠâ Aziraphale giggled, throwing shaky arms up in defense when Crowley leaned forward.
âKeep at it,â Crowley warned, throwing his legs off Aziraphale so he could corner the tittering angel into the couch, âAnd I swear, I will have jars of ticklish angel tears to display on my shelf,â he poked Aziraphale in the chest, awfully close now. âIâll make sure you discorporate with a smile.â
Aziraphale gulped on a giggle.âI-I was merelyâŠCrowley, come on now, Iâm teasing,â he stuttered out. Crowley was right up in his face now, a smile that may as well be fanged making Aziraphaleâs voice quiver. Crowley was eating up the sight.
âYeah? Well so am I,â Crowley grinned in his face, glasses falling to the tip of his nose so Aziraphale could see the endearment in his yellow eyes. Aziraphale sighed, bringing a hand to the demon's chest. Crowley leaned into the touch, humming contentedly as he started relaxing against Aziraphaleâs form.
He curled up against the angelâs side, Aziraphaleâs fingers playing at his cheek. Crowley pressed his face into Aziraphaleâs shoulder, mumbling, âItâs not my fault youâre a literal God-gifted tickler.â
âMm, well it isnât my fault youâre ticklish enough to break my vesselâs noseââ
âOkay, fuuuck you, I thought we werenât bringing that up, you twit,â Crowley flicked Aziraphale in the temple, âAlso, it quite literally is your fault Iâm this ticklish. Prick.â
Aziraphale kept a frown after having his face assaulted like that, âI feel like youâre just asking for it now. Insulting and flicking me as we talk about how horribly ticklish you are. Yes, quite a wise decision on your part, Anthony.â
Crowley pressed his face further into Aziraphale, mumbling something incoherent that probably made no sense anyways. Something like, âyour mumâs horribly ticklishâŠâ but who's to say. Aziraphale caught on with a giggle.
âOh is that it?â Aziraphale asked, squeezing Crowleyâs shoulder.
âIs what it?â
âDo you want me to-â
âNo. Fuck you.â
âAre you sure? Because it sure seems like-â
âNoooo.â
Aziraphale held back a laugh, trying not to embarrass Crowley so much he fled from the scene. Instead, he just slid a hand up Crowleyâs side, decidedly not tickling. Crowley tensed under him, his hand squeezing tighter on Aziraphaleâs lapels, but made no move to leave.
âI used a word before,â Aziraphale tapped one finger against the clothed side, not ticklish but definitely threatening. âEnvy. Is that what youâre experiencing, Crowley?â
Crowley tried to grumble, but it sounded more like a whine with his face smushed into Aziraphaleâs coat.âWhaâ would I even beâŠenvious of,â Crowley muttered. âSâall stupid. Not the proposal, thatâs for damn certain.â
âOh no, surely not the proposal,â Aziraphale used his one finger to scritch gently. Crowley tittered in his throat. âI wonder what else I could be talking about, hm?â
Crowley was vibrating. He could feel how warm his face had gotten against the coat, hating himself for it but refusing to leave. This wasâŠthis was something. âBeats me,â he shrugged, but quickly brought his arms back down when he felt Aziraphaleâs hand trail up even further, fuck. He growled, âSssstop.â
âStop what?â Aziraphale pinched once, and Crowley growled. âIf thereâs something on your mind, Iâd love to hear it.â
âHhmmhhmmhehehmm,â Crowley hummed a whine, squirming in Aziraphaleâs hold. Part of him desperately wanted to sprawl out onto his partner's lap and let the angel have his ticklish way with him. The other part of him was screaming to push Aziraphale away, tell him off for being so silly and stupid. He didnât actually think Aziraphale was stupid in the slightest, but fuck he couldnât really think of anything worthwhile to say with Aziraphaleâs fingers doing that to his lower ribs.
He didnât do either of those things, though. Instead, he stayed curled into Aziraphaleâs side with fingers also curled right on that spot that made Crowley feel allâŠall squirmy.
âCrooowleyy~,â Aziraphale sang into his ear, smiling against the shell of it as Crowley jerked and snickered in giggly fluster.
âWhat do you waaaant??â
âDid that couple make you think someâŠâ Aziraphale pinched a quick line from Crowleyâs ribs down to his hips. Crowley choked out a surprised giggle, body arching with a flinch. ââŠticklish thoughts?â
âYouâre such a dihick,â Crowley slapped Aziraphaleâs hand, barking a laugh when he just squeezed his hip in response.
âIâm right, arenât I?â
ââŠmmmmm no.â
âCrowley. Youâre pushing into my fingers.â
âShhhut up!â
âAdmit it and Iâll get this over with,â Aziraphale said, abandoning his fear of embarrassing Crowley too much as it seems he was actually enjoying that part of it now. Who knew demons were so fond of being a little flustered?
Well, probably not most demons. But, come to think of it, when has Crowley ever been like âmost demonsâ?
âI canât, angel,â he whined, words a bit breathy as Aziraphale has switched to gently, slowly clawing at the clothed skin. It wasnât enough to make him laugh, but damn if it still didnât tickle like hell. If anything, this was probably worse. He canât use the excuse of, âwell I canât talk when youâre tickling me!â because really, Aziraphale wasnât. Not yet at least. Now they both knew he just canât talk because heâs too flustered, and isnât that a horrifying thought in itself.
âI never realized you actually liked it,â Aziraphale said genuinely, but his tone really made it sound like a tease.
Crowley shook his head, âI dââ he bit down on his rebuttal with a growl, the word âdon'tâ falling down his throat. By now, they both knew that wasnât true. No sense in fighting it, he guessed. âI didnât know.â
Aziraphale made a surprised sound. âReally?â He gave a scribble to Crowleyâs side, longer than the usual ones, and Crowley whined through a giggle.
âUuugh maybe. Just whenâŠwhehen the coupleâwhen they wehehereâAngehel I canât speheheak when youâreâ!â Crowley squeaked when Aziraphale started pinching up and down, giving focus to that little spot below his ribs. He couldnât keep his giggles down, falling into breathless, flustered laughter as Aziraphale actually, finally started to tickle him.
âToo ticklish for words, Crowley?â Aziraphale teased on purpose this time, bringing his hand up, up, up to tickle a single finger in the hollow under Crowleyâs arm. Crowley spasmed, choking out high pitched giggles as he squirmed and tried hiding his face even more into Aziraphale.
Aziraphale merely brought his other hand in to play with his exposed ear, bringing Crowleyâs smiling face out as he jerked his head around to defend.
âNohoho! This canât be fffffuhucking fahahair-!â Crowley agonized, his laughter all over the place in pitch.
âI suppose not, considering I have quite the advantage here. More ticklish and enjoyable for you? What a pickle, my dear,â Aziraphale said, giggling as he heard the words come out of his mouth. âAha! A tickly pickle! Isnât that funny, Crowley?â
Crowley cackled as he shook his head around madly. Words werenât easy when Aziraphaleâs hand moved from his ear to his previously untouched side, pinching and squishing at the devastatingly sensitive hip bone.
âRefute it all you want, but with how hard youâre laughing you must think Iâm very funny,â Aziraphale said, digging both hands into Crowleyâs hips while dodging a headbutt to the nose.
Crowleyâs mind felt like tangled wire. The tickling, the teasing, the knowing that heâs enjoying every second of it (and tickling and teasing him for exactly that). Heâs been tickled before, been tickled by Aziraphale a few times in the past, but this wasâŠitâs different.
Theyâre closer now, closer than theyâve ever been before. They know each other so intrinsically and still manage to learn new things about each other every day. Todayâs discovery just happens to be Crowleyâs apparent love for being tickled silly by his favorite angel, and heâs having trouble coping with the embarrassment of that when Aziraphaleâs hands wonât leave his fucking hips alone.
âYohohou-! AHAâ! Youâre diabohoholical! Ffffuhuhucking wanker!â Crowley insulted through hysterical giggling, squirming and kicking as his hips were tickled to the nub.
âOh? Does someone want me to go back up to the ribs?~â Aziraphaleâs hands finally left his hips, but slowly scribbled their way back towards his awful rib cage. Crowley thrashed with a cackle, it doesnât even tickle that much on his sides but even the thought of those fingers back on his ribs has his stomach feeling ticklish on the inside.
âYou dohohonâtâ! Dohonât have tohohoâahAHAha nohohoho-!â Once those fingers found his ribs on both sides, Crowley gave up all the fight he had in him. He melted into Aziraphaleâs side, merely squirming and twitching as he let his ribs be plucked by angelic hands. It was a torturous bliss he never expected himself to be found in.
âA ticklish demon,â Aziraphale cooed, leaning down to press his nose into Crowleyâs hair. When Aziraphale talked now, it felt like the words went straight to Crowleyâs brain, vibrating through the skull and making his neck scrunch. Crowley wanted nothing more than to let his angel play with him, and Aziraphale loved doing just that. âMy proudest creation.â

a/n : hope u enjoyeddd it was very fun to write lol. pls consider liking and reblogging!! happy holidays <33

Aziraphale's Literary Discovery
Important note: I am no longer writing stuff like this. It was a nice way for me to be happy while in a rather precarious mental state, but I no longer enjoy it all the same way I once did. I'm keeping it up as it was a gift, and there are still people who may enjoy it, but I am unhappy with my writing how it was in this fic, and I don't enjoy writing this stuff anymore. I still write good omens fanfics now, if you want to give me a chance there.
THIS. IS. A. TICKLING. FIC. COMPLETELY. SFW.
HAPPY HOLIDAYS @practickles!!! I am your squealing santa this year :)) I hope this is everything you hoped for and more!! (and now i can follow you without being worried that i'll blow my cover lol)
@squealing-santa
screw canon(/j), they are happy together and have tickles.
switch!aziraphale, switch!crowley.
cw: light mentions of alcohol/sobering up magically, cursing (because it's Crowley), using a miracle to pin someone that could be read as invisible bondage.
Aziraphale turned a page in his book, but wasn't really reading anymore. This had been happening more and more often: he would stop reading just to think about the demon who was currently asleep on his couch.
Aziraphale and Crowley had finished off some good wine last night, and instead of sobering up, Crowley had decided to sleep it off on the bookshop's couch. The angel had sobered up, reading all through the night with the occasional glance to the demon's sleeping form.
Honestly, Aziraphale prefers Crowley awake. He loves the demon's antics and being able to spend time together (although the serenity and calmness radiating off the demon's lanky form was delightful). He didn't technically need to breathe, but he did -- soft deep breaths that were almost soft snores.
Aziraphale quickly snapped himself out of the trance he had been in, staring at his friend(?), and glancing back at the book. It was a sweet romcom, one that left Aziraphale feeling giddy and with butterflies in his stomach. The couple in his book were playful, and in the current scene, were poking each other and giggling. This was a fascinating idea that humans called "tickling", which led to supposedly uncontrollable laughter and seemed like a sweet bonding exercise.
Something clicked in his mind and he looked back at Crowley asleep on the couch, limbs splayed out haphazardly. His tight-fitting shirt had risen a little, leaving a sliver of the pale skin of his lower stomach on display. Aziraphale gasped excitedly, looking back at his book where the tickle fight was happening. Supposedly, even small touches could lead to ticklish sensations!
He stood up, beginning to creep over to the sleeping figure, before realizing that Crowley could sleep through almost anything and walking over normally. The angel stared at him with wide eyes, glancing back and forth between his calm face and the sliver of exposed stomach. He tentatively reached out a finger, poking Crowley's abdomen.
There was a faint reaction, a small breath hitching in between small snores and Crowley squirmed a bit. Was Crowley ticklish?! How silly! How human! What a delightful discovery! He giddily clapped, then began tracing the sliver of exposed skin. Crowley huffed, squirmed, and scrunched up his nose a bit, before rolling over and crossing his arms over his stomach.
Aziraphale was ecstatic at his findings, and couldn't wait to enact something rather devious (by his standards)!

A few days later, he woke a grumpy Crowley up from his nap (and if Crowley became less grumpy when he noticed that he was covered in a cozy blanket, the angel didn't need to know). Aziraphale had a mission: go on a date -- a Friend Date (he told himself, at least) -- and bring up tickling to him! The angel had an innate need to tickle Crowley now, see his presumably adorable reactions, and have the physical contact that the angel began to crave.
"Come on, Crowley!" Aziraphale grinned, pulling the demon into a seated position by his hand.
Crowley grumbled, "For what?"
Crowley seemed entirely uninterested, but in truth, he loved spending time with Aziraphale and would do anything if Aziraphale truly wanted to spend time with him.
"A picnic!" Aziraphale gestured to a wicker basket stocked full of goodies.
Crowley rolled his eyes (but was truly content with this plan), put his shoes on, and drove them to a gorgeous woodsy park. When they had found their own spot, Aziraphale spread out a blanket on the grass, sat down, and began unpacking some small sandwiches and poured them both a glass of wine.
"Not so much now, my dear boy," He handed Crowley the wine, "I'd like you awake for a little while. It's dreadfully boring being all alone and reading by myself!"
He got nothing but a grunt in return, but everything was perfect, so Aziraphale continued on with his ramblings.
In between bites of his sandwiches, he told Crowley all about the books he had been reading, but especially about the lovely rom-com he had just read.
"They had such a lovely relationship! Human love just excites me so much! They do so many sweet things together, not unlike us!"
"Ngk-" Crowley choked slightly on his wine and turned a bit pink, but Aziraphale didn't seem to notice.
"They certainly touched a lot more than we do, though, Crowley!" The angel pouted.
Crowley shrugged, "We're not having sex."
"Crowley!" Aziraphale's mouth gaped as he gasped, smacking the demon softly on his leg, "Don't say that! They touched plenty without sexual implications!"
Crowley sipped his wine, not needing to respond.
"They cuddled, and kissed, and even- well," Aziraphale cut himself off, suddenly a bit embarrassed.
This now intrigued Crowley, who sat up a bit, and looked at Aziraphale, scooting closer so they were side by side.
He teased Aziraphale, "Oh? Was it sexual then? You realized I was right and you were wrong?"
Aziraphale huffed indignantly, "No! I'm just not sure if you even know what it is!"
Oh, Crowley was so up for a challenge. "I'm sure I would! I know much more about humans than you do."
Aziraphale leaned closer, grinning and placing a hand on the blanket behind Crowley, so they were almost touching. "Oh really?"
Crowley smirked and nodded, taking his sunglasses off and stowing them safely in the picnic basket, so he could look at Aziraphale in the eyes to show him how serious he was.
"Yes, they were tickling each other!" Aziraphale grinned, hoping that Crowley wouldn't know about tickling, so he could teach him.
"Oh, that? How would I not know about that?" Crowley didn't let anything slip, so Aziraphale thought it might be possible that he just didn't know.
"Yes, I think that's quite intimate," Aziraphale reached out and placed a hand on Crowley's knee, "it seems sweet to me!"
Crowley grumbled, avoiding eye contact awkwardly. "What, is this your way of asking me to tickle you?"
Aziraphale stammered, protesting quickly, "Why would I want that?!"
Now it was Crowley's turn to look offended, "There's nothing wrong with wanting that!"
Aziraphale was now slightly grumpy; this wasn't how it was supposed to go!
Crowley had that devilish (albeit attractive) grin across his face, placing a hand on Aziraphale's side.
"This wasn't how this was supposed to goHO-" Aziraphale smacked a hand over his mouth, eyes wide.
Crowley, that evil, evil demon, had squeezed Aziraphale's side! What a terrible thing for his corperal form to feel! Aziraphale, in all his planning, could not have anticipated this!
A small smirk crept across Crowley's face as he put the other hand on Aziraphale's clothed side and squeezed a few times in a row.
Aziraphale's hands flew down from his mouth to his sides, weakly pushing at Crowley's hands as he laughed heartily. His smile was beautiful. It was, well, angelic.
Crowley was right. Aziraphale thought this was quite nice. He hadn't laughed this hard in a while, and seeing Crowley's enjoyment of his reactions was amazing!
Crowley smiled widely, skittering his nimble fingers along Aziraphale's gorgeous plush stomach, before refocusing his attention on Aziraphale's thighs. Aziraphale's magnificently scrumptious thighs, currently busy with Aziraphale's frantically kicking feet. Crowley stopped, giving Aziraphale a small break, before placing his hands on those delightful thighs.
Aziraphale was not worried in the slightest; he had never heard of someone's thighs being ticklish, just the usual suspects like the upper body, feet, neck, and hips. But thighs? That seemed silly... until Crowley started squeezing them.
Aziraphale barked out a laugh, falling gently on his back as he was unable to hold himself sitting up. He made noises that were so embarrassing: he even squealed! Crowley was unwavering in his ticklish squeezing, grinning broadly. Aziraphale was laughing harder than he ever had, his head shaking back and forth as he laughed frantically, beginning to push at Crowley's hands again. This was Crowley's cue to slow down, and he moved his hands back up to the angel's stomach to gently trace shapes as Aziraphale recovered.
"Y- you're evil!" Aziraphale gasped, still giggling.
"I'm a demon, that's kind of the whole point," Crowley deadpanned, although unable to wipe the smile off his face.
Aziraphale caught his breath, then grabbed Crowley's hands. Crowley's eyes widened slightly, but he tried to play it off, scoffing.
Aziraphale sat up quickly, pushing Crowley onto his back and pinning him there with shocking strength. Crowley looked at him confused and began squirming awkwardly. Aziraphale had fully sat on his hips, pinning his arms above his head as he leaned over the demon, their faces quite close together.
"What? How did you-" Crowley stammered, baffled by Aziraphale's strength, "What are you doing?"
Aziraphale grinned, excited to give Crowley all the exposition of his plan. "When I was reading that book, I tried tickling you, when you were asleep. I poked you, and you reacted! I have to try it again!"
Crowley blushed a bit, before retorting, "Angel, anyone would react to being poked. I'm not ticklish, I'm a demon. Being ticklish is all- cute and innocent. I'm neither of those things."
"I beg to differ," Aziraphale grinned, slipping his warm hand under Crowley's tight shirt, beginning to trace circles on Crowley's stomach.
Crowley's brain short circuted. Not only was the angel on top of him, but he was touching Crowley more intimately than they'd ever touched. And Crowley did feel something -- was that being ticklish?
Crowley squirmed, averting his eyes from Aziraphale's as he clamped his mouth shut.
Aziraphale, ever so oblivious, was slightly upset that it didn't really effect Crowley like it did when he was asleep. Maybe he was controlling his reactions? Maybe he truly was right and wasn't ticklish!
Aziraphale huffed, "You really reacted the other day, I promise!"
Crowley was trying his best to not react, his serpentine eyes flicking towards Aziraphale's well-manicured hand, still tracing under his shirt.
"Ngk- just give it a rest, angel!" Crowley sputtered, feeling giggles (Yes, giggles! Demons aren't supposed to giggle!) bubbling up in his chest.
Aziraphale was starting to feel a bit hopeless; he thought it would have been incredibly endearing if Crowley was ticklish. The demon barely smiled (not counting his mischievous smirks), and Aziraphale would love to hear him laugh, truly laugh, for the first time in years. Aziraphale pouted and decided to give it one last go.
He poked Crowley in the side.
Crowley gasped, jumped, and made awkward eye contact with the angel on top of him.
Aziraphale, on the other hand, was ecstatic! A giddy smile broke across his face.
"No, angel, no. I was just startled-" Crowley said quickly, squirming.
"Oh my dear Crowley, my dear silly demon..." Aziraphale grinned.
"No angel I-" Crowley couldn't focus on being called Aziraphale's, due to the imminent danger of him being tickled.
Much to his dismay, Aziraphale began ruthlessly skittering his fingers over Crowley's stomach and sides. Damn his fashionable outfits! The shirt he was wearing was incredibly thin and did nothing to protect him from the angel's attack.
Crowley tried to keep his mouth shut and hide his reactions, but his attempts were futile. He burst out into loud laughter and squirmed as much as he could (which wasn't much). It made sense why tickling was used as a torture method in the past; he would have given up any secret that Aziraphale could ask for in this moment! Although, there was something nice about it: the intimacy, the giddy feeling, and Aziraphale's touch gave him a rush of happiness.
"Why are you laughing, my dear boy? Thought of something devious? Scheming?" Aziraphale laughed along with Crowley -- for such a supposedly evil being, he sure had a contagious laugh -- and scribbled his fingers even faster. "Or are you just... ticklish?"
And if Crowley's cheeks turned an even deeper shade of pink, he hoped Aziraphale didn't notice.
"You're- teasing- me!" He sputtered indignantly, through bright, happy laughter.
Aziraphale paused, pretending to look offended, "No I'm not! I'm simply asking questions to figure out why you're laughing so much!"
In the midst of talking, he wasn't paying attention to what his hands were doing. His hands moved down to the hem of Crowley's shirt, causing the demon to jump, eyes wide.
Aziraphale's eyebrow raised quickly, "Oh?"
Crowley shook his head, stammering "No," and tugging on his hands.
As both of them knew, although the angel's corporeal form was strong, Crowley could easily have gotten his arms free by non-human means. Maybe he just didn't want to.
The most devilish grin to ever cross an angels face suddenly appeared on Aziraphale's. He let go of Crowley's arms, but not before preforming a miracle that kept his arms trapped in place, taut above his head.
Crowley's snake-like eyes grew wider as he tugged frantically on his arms, beginning to giggle nervously. His whole 'bad boy' persona was completely gone now, and he was quite enjoying this (though he'd never admit such a silly thing).
"Oh Crowley," Aziraphale teased, wiggling his fingers at the squirming demon, "are you prepared for your demise?"
That shut Crowley up.
Until Aziraphale did something truly evil. Something so evil that even the higher-ups in Hell couldn't dream of. He repeatedly squeezed Crowley's hips.
Crowley made the most embarrassing noise possible -- he squealed.
"AAAAZiraphale!!!" He laughed, wiggling as much as possible, "YOU BASSSSTARD!!"
Curse that stupid hissing. Usually he was able to disguise it, whenever Aziraphale caught him off guard with accidental(?) flirting or made a silly joke that a big bad demon like himself shouldn't laugh at. Speaking of laughing, Crowley was laughing more than he ever had in his life.
And it felt amazing. Having his angel so close to him in such an intimate way, literally on top of him. He was able to let his guard down.
The angel gasped, "What did you just call me, my dear boy?!"
Aziraphale skittered his fingers around Crowley's stomach and sides, relishing in the rare and genuine laughter.
Luckily, although neither of them could be sure if it was intentional or not, Aziraphale's miracle that pinned Crowley's hand was slowly faltering. Crowley didn't realize (he was laughing too hard to think about much) until his arms subconsciously snapped down to grab at Aziraphale's hands.
Aziraphale paused his attack, concerned about his friend(?). Crowley looked at him, as his leftover giggles became slightly more devious.
Crowley latched his clawed hands onto Aziraphale's clothed sides and rapidly squeezed, disrupting the power that Aziraphale had held over him, and toppling them both over onto their sides, facing each other.
Aziraphale tickled Crowley back, angelic giggles pouring out of his mouth.
"You- you're such a demon!" He exclaimed through loud laughter.
Crowley nodded, squirming closer to Aziraphale as they tickled each other.
They were practically cuddling as their fingers slowed to tracing each other's abdomens, softly giggling.
Aziraphale stared into Crowley's gorgeous auburn eyes and was struck with a sense of overwhelming love.
Crowley's smile was wider than it should have been from leftover giggles as he watched the angel and his smile and gorgeous face. As if God Herself had heard his thoughts, sunlight struck the angel's face in a certain way where he looked like he was glowing (although he may have been radiating an otherworldly glow from overwhelming happiness).
They stayed there for a while, in each others arms, staring lovingly into each other's eyes.

. . .
When Aziraphale gets in these moods, Crowley canât help but smile. Well, internally smile. He sorta prides himself on the air of mystery that surrounds his emotions. So he bites his tongue as Aziraphale giggles at him, laughing at how utterly annoyed Crowley looks by his antics.
Aziraphale had found an old joke book in the shop. Well, not really old, when in the hands of beings that have existed since the literal dawn of time. Actually, it couldnât have been published more than 30 years ago. But it was old in the sense that Aziraphale hadnât touched it since it had been brought in all those years ago.
Aziraphale told a vague story to Crowley about how it had landed in his possession (this was, of course, after telling him a truly horrible knock-knock joke that Crowley demanded an explanation for why he was being tortured so unjustly). But that story doesnât matter anymore. What does matter is how giggly Aziraphale has become since realizing how irritating this all was to Crowley.
âBlehck, HORRIBLE, just fffffuckingâYouâre the angel, Iâm the one supposed to be torturing you right now,â said Crowley, exaggerating his hatred of dad jokes just a bit (not by much, these jokes truly were horrible) just to see Aziraphale do that thing when he giggles, covering his mouth and clutching that wretched joke book.
âThat was a really bad one, wasnât it?â Aziraphale said once he collected himself.
âYes, yes, it was, now will you please stop before I groan myself to death?â
âAlways with the dramatics, you are,â said Aziraphale, before grinning, âJust one more?â
Crowley grimaced. âGrkâŠfor the road, I suppose.â
Aziraphale beamed. âYes, for the road!â He stuck his nose right back into the book, and it wouldnât be such an unfamiliar sight if he hadnât been looking up at Crowley every other second just to watch the demon stir.
When Crowley heard a gasp from Aziraphale, he knew heâd found his grand finale. Maybe heâd saved the best for last? (And in the angelâs opinion, he had. Just not in Crowleyâs favor.)
âAlright. Are you ready?â
âGet on with it.â
âYes, but are you ready ready?â
Crowley stuck an eyebrow up. Aziraphale just kept smiling. âHe really is in the best mood today, isnât he?â Crowley thought.
âCrowley, do tell meâŠwhen is a door not a door?â His cheeks were plump with the force of his giddy smile.
Crowley blinked. His arms were crossed, laying back lazily against the bookshopâs old cushion chair. He tapped his finger against his arm impatiently.
Of course, this just made Aziraphale smile bigger.
âCome on! You have to play along, itâs part of the fun!â
âFor you, angel, part of the fun for you.â
âMaybe youâll start having fun too if you work with me here.â
âYouâre working me, thatâs whatâs happening right now.â
âJust ask and this will all be over with,â Aziraphale raised his brows for a moment like he does when he gets all smug and silly. Crowley had to bite his tongue not to smile at that.
âFfffffine,â Crowley sighed hard in feigned exasperation. âWell, I just donât know, angel! When would a door not be a door? Seems like a paradox to me!â
Aziraphale bit his lip. âWhen itâs ajar!â
Crowley could only stare blankly at the tittering angel before him. It was a bit hard to conceal his own giggles as Aziraphale burst into laughter seeing Crowleyâs unamused expression. But he held steadfast, refusing even the slightest chortle. Crowley hadnât seen Aziraphale laugh like this in what felt like a millennia.
âYouâre a silly one, Aziraphale. A real splinter in my ass.â
Crowley hadnât seen a more angelic sight in so long. He felt his own face grow warm watching as Aziraphale tried collecting himself, but found heâd been caught back in his deadly case of the giggles. It was just precious.
âYou think youâre a real comedian, donât you?â Crowley said while trying to cover his own smile slyly, elbow now propped on the arm of the chair as he pushed his face into his hand. He tried looking as annoyed as possible.
Soon, Aziraphale caught his breath, a stray giggle leaving every few moments despite himself. They were now staring at each other, both too lost in the moment to think too hard on the implications of it.
But, as it usually goes in moments like this, Aziraphale put the brakes on first. He sat the book on the side table next to him before pushing himself off the chair. âWell, that was rather fun. But I do have some paperwork to fill out regarding the shop. Upstairs always feels the need to know how itâs running,â He gave Crowley an empathetic smile that almost said âIt did feel good, but you know it canât last.â At least, thatâs how Crowley interprets it. Itâs the same smile heâs been giving him all these years, after every little moment the two shared.
It wasnât the type of smile Crowley wishes to see on Aziraphale. He rather liked the real ones, with Aziraphaleâs round cheeks going pink, the ones with the little lines appearing next to his squinted eyes. Those made him feel warm. This smile always feels distantâŠmore cold.
âYes wellâŠguess I should be goinâ then, wouldnât want to distract you from your heavenly duties,â Crowley made his voice go all funny on the last words, almost snarling. Maybe he was trying to make Aziraphale laugh. If he had been, it didnât work.
âOh youâre more than welcome to stay! I do believe I have some wine left over from last time, if you want to get started beforeâŠwell, I thought I could maybe join you after Iâm finished,â Aziraphale looked bashful. Apologetic, almost. But he chippered up quickly, pointing a finger to the sky. âHeavenly duties!â He repeated the demonâs words with a hummed chuckle, before retreating away to his study.
Heâs always been like this. Leaving before Crowley could accept, so once Aziraphale returned from work itâs like it was entirely Crowleyâs decision rather heâd stay or not. Like Aziraphale hadnât offered in the first place. But that was fine with Crowley. Because even if Aziraphale pretended it hadnât happened, they both knew it had, and there was a silent agreement between them to not bring it up.
So Crowley did wait in that back room of the shop, where all the giggles and jokes and flirtatious annoyance had grown that lovely tension to start the evening off right once Aziraphale returned.
He didnât, however, start drinking yet. Crowley rather liked to start sober when they drank together. That way it felt more like an activity they were starting together rather than one Aziraphale was just joining him on.
It was around two hours Aziraphale worked before returning. He walked into the back, giving a surprised smile seeing Crowley had indeed waited for him.
âAh, you grabbed the good bottle, I see,â Aziraphale wiggled his fingers in the air like one would before diving into a slice of cake. He noticed the bottle had been unopened, and did not mention it.
âDunno, seems a good night for it,â Crowley popped the cork out with ease, filling one glass heâd brought in for Aziraphale before taking a swig straight from the bottle.
âOh? And why is that?â Aziraphale sat on his preferred chair before taking the glass and sipping in a dignified manner.
Crowley wiped his mouth with his sleeve. âYou just seemed in a good mood today sâall. Figured we could end the night right, proper wine to get your mind out of all that blasted paper.â
âAh. Well, I suppose I was in rather high spirits earlier. I donât know what it was about all those jokes, but at the moment they really tickled my funny bone,â Aziraphale took a sip and hummed delightedly.
âRight tickled you were. Could hardly catch your breath, and they werenât even funny jokes, angel. Really, Iâve got to introduce you to some actual comedians cause it was just a sad display of your humor.â
Aziraphale looked into the glass, swirling his wine. He gave a shy smile without looking up at Crowley. âMaybe it was partly so funny because you just seemed soâŠagitated by it all.â
Crowleyâs eyes widened a bit, surprised Aziraphale actually admitted to it. He couldnât hold back a smile anymore, and heâd blame the wine for it if you asked. âOh so Iâm what got you all giggly earlier?â
Aziraphale rolled his eyes, but he too couldnât keep a smile off his face if he tried. Heâd also blame the wine. âOh hush, you wily serpent. It was just funny seeing you so irritated at simple jokes.â
âNah nah, weâre not moving past this. You think Iâm funny!â
âI never said that. If you must know I wasâŠlaughing at your expense,â Aziraphale hid his mischievous smile behind the glass as he took a sip.
Crowley gaped in amused disbelief. âSo you were making fun of me then? Right, okay, I see how it is-â
âWell itâs a little hard not to when you have such a silly reaction to it!â Aziraphale gestured his free hand towards Crowley as if to say heâs doing it right now.
âSilly reaction? Whaddya mean silly reaction, all my reactions are perfectly rational and mean-spirited and never, never silly,â he growled the word as if to prove his point, but he only succeeded in making Aziraphale giggle again. He turned his head to hide his smile.
Aziraphale took a quiet sip from his glass again, his eyes peering over the edge to look at Crowley. Once he put the glass back in his lap, he said, âI rather like when youâre silly, darling.â
Crowley blushed deep. Darling? HeâAziraphale rarely ever used the word darling. But every time heâs done it these 6000 years (which, again, hadnât been too often) it sent something wicked through Crowleyâs system.
Crowley changed the topic quickly. If he didnât, heâd probably combust from having to think too hard about what all that meant, and if it meant anything at all.
So they talked for a while. About nonsense, mostly. Just jabber to fill the silence and let out all the thoughts theyâd been thinking and waiting to share with the other. Theyâd both grown just a tad tipsy at this point, and Crowley was almost ready to grab another bottle.
Mainly because he wanted to steer back to their first topic again.
âYknow I was just thinkinââŠyou said you, erâthat you like when Iâm silly, or whatever it was you said. And IâŠwell, I rather like it when you laugh. Has that, erâŠangelic quality to it. But not in a bad way, I suppose.â
Aziraphale smiled. âOh. Thank you.â
âDonât thank me, itâs literally in your DNA, if we even have that. Do angels and demons have DNA? I suppose not, but I mean somethingâs gotta compose all thatâs happening here, physically I mean,â Crowley rambled, now definitely tipsy. He took another swig. âBut, yeah like, thereâs literally that saying, âangelic laughter.â Itâs all up in you, youâre built to have a good laugh.â
âYes, maybe so. But you have a nice laugh, Crowley! So it canât all be angelic,â said Aziraphale.
âI do not have a nice laugh. You may have angelic laughter, but Iâve got a demonic cackle. Very different things,â Crowley could feel himself blush, but it was all thanks to the wine. Most definitely.
âI have heard you laugh on many occasions, and in none of them would I describe it as a demonic cackle. If anything youâre more of a giggler,â Aziraphale reached his glass out to Crowley, and through instinct he filled it for him.
âWe are not doing this, I refuse to have this argument,â Crowley said before arguing, âGiggling is not something I am even capable of. Not in my DNA.â
âI thought you established we donât have DNA?â
âPoint stands, itâs not in my bones. Giggling is-is-itâs, wellâ itâs childish, for one, and children arenât typically seen as demonic.â
âAfter helping raise Warlock Iâd beg to differ, and he wasnât even the Anti-Christ we thought he was-â
âSTILL, angel, still! Point stands, not going back on it. Letâs change the subject, letâs talk about-about dolphins or some nonsense, I donât really care-â
Aziraphale stood from his chair, and Crowley shut up. He sat next to Crowley on the sofa.
âWhat are you doing?â Crowleyâs voice was low and suspicious. Aziraphale sat his glass on the table, even going so far as to take the bottle from Crowleyâs hand to do the same. Crowley let him, of course, but not without raising an eyebrow. âI said, what are you doing?â
âIâm glad youâve taken that leather coat off, or this would be a much harder ordeal than it needs to be,â Aziraphale said before cracking his knuckles dramatically, waving his hands about as if to loosen them. Crowleyâs brows were furrowed and eyes wide.
âThat explains absolutely nothing,â Crowley leaned back against the couch, as if to say ânope, this isnât affecting me at all, Iâm not the least bit nervous about whatever it is youâre planning right now. I am the image of relaxed.â His leg was bouncing.
âWell, you claim that you donât giggle. I want to counter that argument, and I know exactly how to do it,â Aziraphale gave Crowley a devious smile, one an angel shouldnât be allowed to pull, before wiggling his fingers in the air towards Crowley. Crowley immediately backed his body away, only getting as far as the arm of the couch.
âNo, noâyou cannotâthis is not the direction Iâm letting this conversation go!â Crowley held his hands up defensively, curling his legs into himself like the snake he was.
âCome now, you canât handle a little friendly competition?â
âHell do you mean competition?! You tickle me, I lose, thereâs no competition to be had!â Crowley practically shouted, his nerves taking over.
Crowley had always been on the moreâŠsensitive side, one might say. It was something Aziraphale always found a little too amusing. âYouâre a demon!â Heâd say, âItâs just so silly how a demon could be as ticklish as you are!â
Crowley did not find it silly. In fact, he found it to be quite the pain in his ass. How was he supposed to look all scary and menacing and demonic when pinching his belly made him fall into laughter so unlike him?
âSo you admit you would giggle if I tickled you?â
âWhen did I ever say that?â Crowley was trying to shove Aziraphale away with his feet now, kicking (maybe too softly) at his thighs like it would do a thing. Aziraphale held his ground like a solid rock.
âWell you said youâd lose! So obviously that means you would giggle if I were to, sayâŠâ Aziraphale quickly grabbed hold of one of Crowleyâs pestering ankles, scribbling his nails into the socked sole.
âGAHK! NO-!â Crowley shouted, thinking maybe if he expelled his energy through loud sound he might not fall into those giggles Aziraphale apparently thought so much of.
But he didnât hold strong for long. Luckily, though, his feet were a little too ticklish for mere giggles. Instead, he cackled like no oneâs business, so maybe he would win this argument after all.
âStop! Ahahangel stop! Iâll kick you!â Crowley barked out through roaring laughter. He actually was already kicking Aziraphale, but it was still at his thighs like before. He was just worried heâd eventually nail the angel right in the nose if he kept up with it.
âWell, you arenât exactly giggling, but maybe itâs just because your feet are too ticklish,â Aziraphale inquired like a scientist running a study. Crowley wrapped his arms around his midsection through his laughter.
âYehehes they ARE! Now quihihit!â Crowley couldnât take tickling on his feet for too long, it really was too horrible to bear. Curse this wretched vessel and its terrifyingly sensitive nerve endings.
Without saying a word, Aziraphale darted his hands to the spot just above Crowleyâs knees, giving them quick pinches and observing Crowley like a specimen.
âOhoho nohoho! Angel plehehease!â Crowley felt his resolve slipping, falling into a more giggly realm than before. He gripped onto Aziraphaleâs wrists like a lifeline, not shoving him away out of pure trust. Goodness, feelings were a curse.
âAha! I believe Iâve found quite the giggly spot on you, Anthony!â Aziraphale teased. He only ever used that name when he was trying to get under Crowleyâs skin, and damn it if it wasnât working.
Crowley hated how quickly his face began to flame, a small blink-and-you-miss-it whine slipping from his lips. âYou cahahanât do this to mehehe!â He playfully swat at the hands tickling his knees, rolling over like itâd deter his situation at all. âIâm druhuhunk you bahastard!â
âYes yes, drunk and oh so giggly,â Aziraphale reiterated, really driving it home how heâd won their little argument. âBut itâs so divine hearing you like this, I really donât want to stop.â
God, Satan, someone help him. Not because Crowley needs the saving, but because now heâs not sure he wants to be saved.
âEhehevil! Wrehehetched angel!â Crowley giggled, before letting out a very undemonic squeak as fingers began pinching up and down his sides. Aziraphale was practically hovering over him now, and if Crowleyâs face wasnât warm before, it was searing hot now.
âNohohoho!â Crowley swat at Aziraphaleâs hands and arms, squirming from side to side and his midsection was attacked viciously by angelicly gentle fingers.
âWhy not, Crowley?â Aziraphale pinched Crowleyâs lower ribs, a killer spot on the demon he was very familiar with.
âBehehecause!â Crowley had no good retort in his giggly state, head swarming with endorphins.
âBecause why?â Aziraphale was mean when he was in these moods.
âYou bahahastard!â Crowley flopped to one side just to protect half of himself (and also to hide his face in the back of the couch), now letting Aziraphale play with his open side like a grand piano. It was miserably fun.
Crowley let Aziraphale play with his ribs for a solid two minutes, giggling his head off into the cushion, before finally having enough and grabbing Aziraphaleâs wrists for real this time.
He panted, still hiding his face in the couch. âYouâŠare without a doubt, the most evil angel to ever be created. JustâŠjust deplorable.â
âOh come on. You canât say you didnât have a little fun,â Aziraphale spoke softly, still tipsy and stroking Crowleyâs arm like it was second nature.
âI absolutely can say that, actually. Wouldnâtâwouldnât exactly qualify beinâ tortured as my favorite pastime,â Crowley curled in on himself, if only to hide his lingering smile.
âAlways so dramatic,â said Aziraphal before giving Crowley a pat and raising himself off the sofa. âWell, I donât know about you, but I could certainly do with some more wine, and weâre just about empty. Iâll be back in a moment, dear.â
Aziraphale once again left the room, leaving Crowley to lie on his back and ponder. Thoughts of how silly that situation was, imagine one of the higher ups seeing him in that kind of state. Itâd be to the pit for Crowley in an instant. Well, if he still worked for them that is.
Also, Aziraphale had been really pulling him around all day, hadnât he? Laughing at his expense, tickling the daylights out of him when heâs utterly inebriated. Well, that just wonât do. Wonât do at all.
An angel doesnât get to just play with a demon all he likes and expect no repercussions.
Crowley pondered some more on that. Just thoughts of revenge and a devilishly ticklish angel he canât wait to get his hands on.

Aziraphale took a slow, deep breath. In and out.
âWas that really necessary?â
Crowley snickered behind him, âWhat, I thought you liked when it snows?â
Aziraphale huffed, brushing off the flour Crowley had sprinkled onto his shoulders. He refused to turn and look at him, because right now he did not need that mischievous demon to see the smile he was fighting off.
âWell, I prefer when the snow is actually snow. Like on a perfect Christmas day!â He glanced over his shoulder with a cheeky side-eye, âYouâre making a mess of my best garments.â
Crowley snorted, âBest garments my arse, youâve had that one for, what, 100-somethinâ years now? You ask me, itâs about time you get a new wardrobe.â
Aziraphale decided against responding, instead going back to kneading his dough. It was silent only for a moment before he heard Crowley suck his teeth.
âYouâre boring. Dreadfully boring. The hell do you expect me to do, wait for bread to rise that I wonât even eat? Like watching paint dryâŠâ He heard pacing footsteps behind him now.
âYou donât have to stay. Iâm just trying to keep busy, youâre the one who decided today was the perfect one for a rainstorm-â
âBecause I thought itâd give us some ffffuckinâ⊠some alone time, angel,â Crowley mumbled in slight embarrassment and frustration, leaning against the wall and staring daggers into Aziraphaleâs back. âDidnât realize you hated spending time with me so muchâŠâ
Aziraphale couldnât hold back a fond chuckle at his pouty demon, molding his dough to perfection. âIs that not what weâre doing right now? Spending time with one another?â He loved making Crowley work for it sometimes, especially when Crowleyâs been so (endearingly) annoying.
Crowley grumbled, but Aziraphale felt arms wrap around his waist only moments later, a head resting on his shoulder. âNot the way I wanted, though.â
âMust you always get your way?â
Crowley chuckled, giving a kiss to Aziraphaleâs ear and whispering, âMy wayâs the more fun one and you know it.â
Aziraphale flushed, but otherwise gave no reaction. He continued to knead, and felt a bit flustered at how intently Crowley watched his hands work.
He felt hot air against his ear once more, âYouâre very good at that, angel,â Crowley hummed, kissing behind his ear, âGot such a way with your hands.â
Aziraphale tucked his lips in, his hands slowing, âYouâre distracting me, Crowley. Quit.â
Crowley chuckled darkly, âWhaaaat, Iâm just observing!â
âYes, well, youâre very talkative for someone whoâs âjust observing,ââ Aziraphale was ready to let his dough rest when he felt the arms at his waist squeeze tighter.
âCanât help myself. Youâre a bit easy to tease,â Crowley snickered, biting at the lobe. Aziraphale gasped softly, fingers nearly pinching at the dough. It tickled, and Crowley wouldnât stop even when Aziraphale started squirming away and huffing. The demon knew he was tickling, even blowing air into the ear to make Aziraphale squeak, before finally the angel-
âOkay, I think Iâve had enough,â he said through a breathy giggle.
âEnough of what? Mânot doing anything,â Crowley pinched Aziraphaleâs sides, purposefully tickling him now. Aziraphale couldnât help but yip at the tickle, how frustratingly embarrassing, and finally he snapped.
Aziraphale whipped around, grabbing his leather collar and pushing Crowleyâs chest towards the door, leading him back towards the living room.
The demonâs eyes were wide,âGotten impatient, have you? Someone canât handle a littleâoh-!â Crowley yelped as he stumbled backwards, âOhohoh, excited are we?â
Aziraphale wore a smug grin as he used more force to push Crowley against the couch, âYouâre very persistent.â
âI try,â Crowley gleamed, leaning his smug head back against his hands, âI mean it worked, right?â
Aziraphale just hummed, crawling on Crowleyâs waist with his intentions seeming obvious. The demon chuckled, prideful over another successful temptation. He pressed his hands into Aziraphaleâs thighs, smoothing the pants with his palms.
Aziraphale gently took Crowleyâs wrists, bringing them above Crowleyâs head and meeting their faces in the middle. âOh, itâs that kinda night, is it?â Crowley mumbled against Aziraphaleâs lips. He felt the weight lift off his wrists, but since it seemed his angel was taking a more, mhm, controlling role tonight, he kept his hands where they were.
Aziraphale said nothing in return, if only humming in affirmation. After all, he was a little busy making sure his hands tracked down the demon's body to that verrrry specific spot on his lower ribs. And Crowley remained none the wiser, still caught in trying to keep his hands up and off Aziraphale (which was agonizingly hard, how heâd love to stroke his soft cheek with his thumb, or scratch along his back, or maybe even keep up his cheeky streak and tickle hisâ)
âGahK-â Crowley choked, nearly biting Aziraphale in the lip. He jerked, pinned under Aziraphaleâs weight as he felt fingers pinching into his fucking ribs, that sneaky little- âWahait angel!â
âNone of that. You were being particularly annoying just moments ago,â Aziraphale tutted with a smile, fighting to keep his fingers under those ribs as Crowley wriggled and squirmed and laughed. âI shouldnât be rewarding such pestering behavior, now should I?â
âYohou cuhunt-!,â Crowley cackled, his hands pushing and slapping weakly against Aziraphaleâs, which had now moved to squeezing against his very ticklish belly. âAhaha-! Hahaha nohoho!âr
âYou arenât helping your case any, Crowley~,â Aziraphale sing-songed, poking his fingers up and down Crowleyâs sensitive torso, which made him squirm like a giggly worm on a hook, his hands mainly just gripping onto Aziraphaleâs sleeves at this point for something to hold onto. Aziraphale smiled down at his giggling frame fondly, âWhat would help you, however, is. a proper apology.â
Crowley scoffed through his giggles (it came out more like a choke but thankfully Aziraphale didnât tease him about it), shaking his head from side to side. âMake me-ehehee!â
âOh now youâre asking for it,â Aziraphale took Crowleyâs batting hands with relative ease and hid them under his knees, pinning him down fully. Crowley felt a zing through his chest, digging his heels into the couch despite no longer being tickled just because he needed something, anything to put his anxious (excited) energy toward.
âHhhmmmmhh,â Crowley hummed through a nervous giggle, refusing to look Aziraphale in the eyes. Hopefully his lips donât bleed from how hard he was biting them.
Aziraphale looked so smug above him, cheeky grin and all. âSay youâre sorry. I wonât even make you do the dance.â
Crowley chuckled in his throat, âNot happeninâ.â
âIsnât it?â
âNope,â Crowley popped.
âI think you will.â
âAnd whyâs that?â
âBecause I happen to knowâŠâ Aziraphale placed soft fingertips against the skin where Crowleyâs shirt rode up, his lower belly quivering at the gentle touch. Crowleyâs face scrunched hard, and Aziraphale only smiled harder, ââŠthat being gentle with you makes for a most delicious torture.â
Crowley stood no chance holding back his whine. âYouâre being mean, angel. I donât even know what I should be ap-ahhaâapohohologizingâwahahait, wait just gimme a secohohondâ!â
Aziraphale had just barely grazed his nails against the soft skin, back and forth against that pant line and, and, andâGod, how did you make an angel this demonic?!
âSuch a sensitive demon,â back and forth, a single-finger scribble inside that awful hip pocket, and Crowley tittered as he felt his face heat to an unreasonable degree. âSo, are we going to keep name calling, Crowley?â
Aziraphale brought both hands into his evil equation, fluttering against his hips with a gentle ferocity that sent Crowley into a horribly embarrassing giggle fit. He kicked against the arm of the couch, his body too long and his nerves far too alight to keep still.
âAngel plehehease.â Oh how he hated that word. Aziraphale hummed, his laughter sounded so pretty when it was laced with those desperate giggles.
âPleaseâŠ?â He gave a quick pinch to those hips, a flustered cackle escaping Crowleyâs chest before bringing his fingers up to barely flutter against Crowleyâs lower ribs. Fuck Aziraphale for knowing him so well.
âNonononohohohoho you bihihitch!â Crowley squirmed and shook, hair a tousled mess and cheeks dusted a pretty pink in his delighted embarrassment.
Aziraphale sighed dramatically, pinching the ribs, âOh wellâŠâ except this time the pinches didnât stop, gentle and precise as they plucked against each and every rib. Crowley couldnât stop the cackles and giggles and snorts and whines and fuckâŠmaybe this was worth all the fuss it took to get here.
Crowley laughed and laughed, spewing curses here and there as his ribs were plucked and poked, his belly scribbled, curse his fucking waistline for being so damn sensitiveâ
âAhahangel-! Iâfuhuhuhuck!âI cahahant!â Crowley pulled at his hand, those fingers poking delicately along his waist and around towards his back making words very hard right now.
âA break, love?â Aziraphale asked so sweetly as if he wasnât breaking Crowley down bit by bit, one sensitive nerve ending at a time.
âYes-!â Crowley squeaked as Aziraphale pinched his sides just to be cruel. But of course, Aziraphale pulled away, giving his belly a warm rub that only an angel could make feel so good.
Aziraphale kissed his cheek tenderly. Crowley scrunched his neck instinctively. âYouâre lucky youâre cute, Crowley,â he whispered in his ear like Crowley had done just a bit ago to him. Crowley was still giggling at the slight contact, twitchy and unsure if it was over for good or if this was really just a break. Maybe a really short one with how long Aziraphaleâs been lingering at his devastingly ticklish ears.
âA-Angel, the earsâ He squirmed his head, shoulders as scrunched as they could go with his hands pinned by his sides.
âMmm, yes Iâm aware. I did say a break, no?â
âFfffuck youâll kill me there,â Crowley said, a breath away from another giggle fit.
âWhat an unusually adorable death for a demon of your stature,â Aziraphale teased. He kissed the sensitive ear, unable to hold back a chuckle at Crowleyâs squeak. He kissed again, and again, light as he dragged his soft lips against the shell, relishing in Crowleyâs growing giggles.
âOh fuhuhuck.â
âSo incessant with the cursing. Itâs almost like you want me to keep going.â
