IT'S THE BERRIES--- George Konopko and his wife Dorothy on Saturday became the first tenants at the Blueberry Hill Apartments, Route 306, Monsey, and Leonard Guterman, right, managing director was on hand to present them with the keys to No. 171. The Konopkos moved from Haverstraw. She is a secretary at Lederle Laboratories and her husband is employed by a Spring Valley plumber.
