I've been designing a new program idea that I’m excited to roll-out.
You can check it out here: Lean Sprints
The basic principles underlying the program:
* The power of small groups. Each cohort is made up of 8-10 Founders, coupling individuals with a Buddy and a “Team” to generate momentum around each individual’s idea.
* Progress Principle. Weekly "Sprints" leverage the power of making progress on the most important thing every week, advancing the idea from one stage to the next over the course of four weeks.
* Accountability. The program provides each entrepreneur with a Coach they meet with every week one to one. Keeping entrepreneurs focused on the most important things and accountable.
At the end of the 30-day Sprint, each entrepreneur will leave with one of three things:
1) A Roadmap. That paints a clear picture of key milestones for fundraising and hiring purposes.
2) Testing Plan. Entrepreneurs who pivot from the original idea will develop a Testing Plan for follow-up Sprints.
3) Kill it. If your idea turns out to be better looking in your head than in the real-world, you’ll kill it unapologetically. And write a story on Medium about what you learned.
If you’ve been spinning your wheels or aren’t sure what to do next, maybe this program is for you. Drop me a line and let’s talk about whether this could be a good fit.
