I bought myself an inexpensive brush and ink pen at the comic festival I went to this past weekend. I wanted to try it out, so I drew up some fan art for the upcoming game, Armello, by League of Geeks from Melbourne. Inking was a delight, but I have made a few mistakes and my finger is black with ink from holding the pen in an awkward place. Iβll work on technique over the coming years ;)
I also decided to try ink washing for the first time. I like the result, and will also experiment more.

Went to a dinner meet for the crew working on League of Geeks' Armello. Β I learned that it was Lisa Gerrard who did the vocal work at the end of the trailer, and who sadly couldn't be there cos she's on tour with Dead Can Dance at the moment. *spazzed out internally*
