I thought it would be a fun idea to buy my family some accessories from http://www.theworldofleablack.com/ , being from Miami and all...

The stuff on Lea Black's website is not cheap, but I purchased 3 crystal cuffs, totaling around $200.

I received them about 2 weeks later, and I admit, I didn't open the package right away.

But I did last night. I was shocked to find 2 of the cuffs were missing a tiny crystal.  Noticeable? Yep. When the whole thing is sparkly, and there's a black dot in the middle...!

So, I went to the package, there's no contact info on the sheet. I went to the website, there's not phone number.  JUst one of those forms to submit to cyberspace. And this horrible message:

If you are not pleased with your skincare product purchase from The World of Lea Black,we will be happy to accept a return in the original packaging to the address below, within 15 days of purchase date. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. The same method of payment will be used for credit processing.

All sales are final?!  Wait a sec - how can you claim that, and then ship out defective material?

What recourse does the consumer have?

Well, I've tweeted @LeaBlackMiami - of course, I haven't heard back. It's been 3 days.

There's no other contact information.
