In the fog of #Barolo and it's raining truffles... Risotto #Mantecato with #AlbaWhitetruffles at #LeCaseDellaSaracca in #Monforte #Piemonte #Italy. That's me #shaving my ass off. At this point in my more than 14 years visiting the #Langhe I can ask for the #truffles to be left on the table for my repeated #shaving pleasure.
