For the moment the fighting is over. But who knows for how long. Putting Mugen back into its sheath he gazes now shortly over to the red-head before he closes his eyes. No, never in his entire life will he ever admit to the trainee Bookman how scared he was about losing him. âIâd say weâre even. But next time, take better care of yourself, Baka-Usagiâ
The place seemed to be infested with Akuma for whatever odd reason that he doesnât want to stick around and find out.  Thereâd be no doubt more would arrive and this town is already empty that thereâs no reason to stand and fight to save it.  With the dust settling,  heâs allowed a breather as the redhead turns to his swordsman - companion.

She knew the feeling far too well. The sense of loneliness that was brought upon them due to their fate. To want to feel loved and wanted from that one person while accepting that person was also gone. To be in their memory but be somebody else entirely. Slowly she entangled her fingerâs further into his hair. eyeâs going half-lidded and content.Â
â I know what you mean... Yuu, it feelâs as if youâre grasping for the only sense of warmth youâve ever known. Pleading for the only sense of calm youâve ever known to return to you. When youâre gone itâs as if the world itself is dark... â
is Fairy Glitter now a permant trait of you? Because you're badass with that spell, Cana
My main, and practically all of my verses are set after the last chapter of the manga. Mashima did not go into whether Cana kept Fairy Glitter or not, but I like to headcanon that she does.
However given how much power it takes to use the spell Cana really only uses it as a last resort, with how drained it leaves her afterwards. Sheâd much rather use her card magic as itâs more versatile and she isnât left exhausted after using it, unless it was an intense battle.

christmas is only ruled by the big comapies out there to make as much money as possible. Therefore I donât celebrate it any longer
Well... I feel like a lot of people would disagree with you. Sure, I won't lie and say that people don't spend too much at Christmas, and worry about getting gifts. The commercial part of the season can be a nightmare at times. It's easy to see the shitty side of it.
Many religions have their holidays this time of the year--Hanukah, Kwanzaa, Winter Solstice. December is full of holidays, and not all of them have a commercial side.
Christmas is a lot of things to a lot of people. I know there's a lot of emphasis placed on presents, but that's not the true purpose for the holiday. When I think of Christmas, I think of family and friends, good food to share, pretty lights and decorations brightening up the dark days. There's a lot of love at Christmas, and I don't think any company or corporation will change that.
Also, the reason I spend a lot at Christmas?? Is because I love giving gifts. It brings me a lot of joy. I grew up poor. REALLY fucking poor. Christmas was always a rough time of year, wondering if we could afford presents or dinner for the holiday. But I have a decent paying job now, and I can afford to actually spend money on my loved ones once a year. Sometimes I go a little overboard, but it's because I can. I know what it's like to spend Christmas with nothing. AT ALL. And I try to make sure that no one I care about has to deal with that.
You're well within your rights to refuse to celebrate any holiday. I'm not begrudging you that. But just because you think Christmas is ruled by corporations out to make money, doesn't mean that everyone sees it that way.

since Rikku is kind of Tidus first friend, how do you think the two come along should Tidus one day be married to Yuna (let's assume he really comes back at the end of FFX-2)?
Pretty well!
I like to imagine that Rikku would be a âBest (wo)Manâ for Tidus if she wasnât a bridesmaid for Yuna (which I wouldnât imagine anyway) or Wakka wasnât available for the position. I canât imagine the two of them losing contact completely, not with everything they went through and Rikku being Yunaâs cousin. I can imagine that as they get older, Rikku might settle down a bit and find out what she actually wants to do rather than running all over the place like Last Mission implied. But I suppose thatâs a normal life thing rather than anything new, especially after Sinâs defeat, weâre ignoring that weird audio drama/novella thing because no, people actually have a chance to live rather than just survive.
Sheâd definitely have a big part to play in their wedding, both on the day and planning it.Â
Walking quite a few feet away from where they were silent, Isa stopped moving. âShould be far enough.â He said softly. âMay I ask what you happen to be doing out here alone? Most would have known the dangers, however, you do not look like you are from this area.â He sighed now having a real look to the other. âYou may call me Isa.â
Lucy sometimes wondered if perhaps she was a bit too kind at times. Especially during times like these.
âLu-chan,â whined the adult male as she struggled to get him to sit down on his temporary bed. âWhy are you being so mean?â
âIâm not being mean,â Lucy said tentatively as she struggled with the laces on the guys dress shoes. âIâm just trying to help you. Men⌠I swear.â The last part, Lucy muttered under her breath. Though she probably could have shouted it from the rooftops and the words wouldnât have computed with Hibikiâs drunken brain.
âWhy do you always shoot down my attempts to flirt with you?â The blond was trying to pout, but couldnât quite seem to figure out how to fold his arms across his chest. âIâm attractive, arenât I? Well, I know I am⌠but why donât I attract you, Lucy?â A pang shot through Lucyâs heart and she sighed as she successfully pulled off one of those stubborn shoes.
âItâs not as if Iâm not attracted to you, Hibiki. You are very good looking,â she promised as she got to work on the second obstacle that was in her way of getting the man into his bed. âIt just doesnât seem very genuine, Hibiki. You flirt with every female that is in your immediate proximity, which is great. Donât get me wrong. I think it is fantastic that you are attracted to women of all shapes and sizes. Itâs great that you donât discriminate,â she laughed softly and Hibiki was grinning.
âI canât talk to you about this kind of stuff when youâre like this, how about we talk tomorrow?â Truthfully, Lucy was completely banking on the fact that Hibiki would remember absolutely nothing about the conversation that they were having. He was completely plastered, sheâd never seen him drink like that before.
Granted, the few times sheâd seen Hibiki beforehand he hadnât even been drinking. Heâd said that he didnât like how it altered his thought processes. He even refused when the lovely Cana offered to treat him.
So Lucy had been completely surprised when sheâd found the blond completely inebriated at the party that had been thrown in celebration of her being an official and published author. Sheâd spent quite a bit of time making sure that he was alright and not doing anything too stupid. Why? She wasnât entirely sure.
Because of her subconscious hovering around Hibiki, she hadnât done a whole lot of drinking herself. Cana had tried to wedge a bottle down her throat, but Lucy did well in fighting the drunkardâs advances off.
At first, sheâd wanted to see if she could put the responsibility of Hibiki onto Ren⌠since that just made more sense to Lucy. But it turned out that Ren was a bit too busy with his own drunken fiancĂŠe to really be of much help, so Lucy figured she might as well take it upon herself.
Which really⌠she didnât mind. Sheâd already absorbed quite a bit of attention from all of her friends, and her family. She had begun to feel a little bit uncomfortable with all of the attention when she first stumbled across Hibiki that night. So she supposed his intolerance to booze was her lucky break.
âAlright,â Lucy said mostly to herself, âI donât want to go through your suitcase, so this will have to do.â Lucy carefully laid the manâs suit out on the loveseat that was in the corner of the room that Hibiki was sharing with Ren and Eve.
Sheâd gotten Hibiki down to his boxers, which she decided would be for the best.
âIâm going to get you a bucket and a water bottle, okay? Iâll be right back.â Lucy took the key to the room and was sure to lock the door behind her. She didnât think heâd be able to figure it out if he decided to try and escape while she wasnât there. It didnât take her very long to find a suitable vomit-holder and a water bottle, but by the time she returned⌠Hibiki had managed to tear up the bed. There were pillows everywhere and the bedding was strewn across the floor. Hibiki was in the process of trying to cover up with the one sheet that remained on the mattress.
âItâs hot,â he slurred when he noticed her walking towards him, âThere were too many blankets.â Lucy stepped over the bedding and set the bucket down next to the bed.
âThis is for if you feel sick in the middle of the night,â she said as she straightened back up, âAnd this is for right now. You need to drink this before you go to sleep alright? Youâre going to wake up with a hell of a hangover, but this might help a little bit.â Hibiki looked from the water, to Lucyâs face⌠and then back to the bottle. He was hesitant in actually taking it, but when he had it in his hands he eagerly twisted the cap off and began to drink.
âHey hey, not all at once or you might wind up needing the bucket sooner than expected.â Lucy laughed softly as Hibiki heeded her warning.
âWhy are you being so nice to me?â Hibiki finally asked, after wiping his mouth on the back of his hand.
âInteresting how you were asking me why I was so mean just a bit ago,â Lucy chuckled as she sat down on the bed. âIâm just doing what anybody would.â She said simply, but Hibiki quickly shook his head in disagreement.
âNobody would do this,â he said, âI could probably guarantee that, but I donât think my magic would be very willing to work with me right at this moment.â He ran a hand back through his bangs and sighed. âItâs part of the reason that I like you.â
Lucy blinked and squinted her eyes at the man, âThis is interesting, I wonder how many moods you filter through when youâre like this.â She poked him playfully, âReally though, Iâm only nice to those who are nice to me. And you are typically nicer than most people.â Of course, it was because heâd be trying to get in her pants, but Lucy decided that sheâd leave that bit out for the moment.
âIâm going to regret this so much in a few hours,â Hibiki laughed quietly.
âWell, you seem like youâll be okay.â Lucy patted the guy on the shoulder before standing up.
âWait! Stay the night. Please.â Hibiki had tried to grab Lucyâs arm but didnât have the necessary hand-eye coordination to do so.
âHibiki⌠I donât know, that doesnât seem appropriate. Youâre a little drunk, what would the other boys think?â She laughed a little and Hibiki only shrugged.
âI donât care, all I know is that I donât want to be left alone tonight.â
Lucy knew that she should say no, but at the same time⌠he looked so vulnerable right then. So much different than usual, she kind of felt bad for him. She knew that saying no would make him feel poorly about himself.
âOkay fine⌠but no touching!â Hibiki grinned as though he were a child that had just been gifted with a puppy.
They napped together, and of course⌠when Ren and Eve returned to the room⌠Lucy got hell for it. They teased both her and Hibiki, but it was all in good fun. Lucy  had decided that going home would be for the best, but not before she told Hibiki that he should call her the next time he was feeling down.
Maybe she could help.

Thank you for asking! Not tooooo happy with how this one turned out though, Iâve seen so few Hibiki and Lucy fics! But I hope you like it anyway haha
